I have used a number of Rite Aid stores, and this one is without any question the most customer-friendly of any. Prescriptions are filled promptly and accurately. The staff is friendly, courteous, and welcoming. And, somehow,the line at the prescription counter moves very fast.

For a business that's closing most 0f their locations, you'd think this one could do the minimum like having regular hours and posting the correct times online or even on their front door. Most of the pharmacists are good. Some, not so good.

Switch here from CVS. I mostly use the drive thru. Its not a very modern drive thru and kind of hard to pull up flush to the window but it gets the job done. Most times they are very prompt with their service. I've gone inside once and it asks you A LOT of questions on the pinpad vs the drive thru. Prices are fair and the staff is always helpful. I wish they didnt use these vacuum sealed bags for every prescription. Very wasteful.

I spoke with the pharmacist at Rite Aid who was very helpful when I called inquiring if my prescription/ antibiotic would be gluten free. I told her of my urgency needing gluten free medication due to having celiac disease. I had a horrible experience at another big name drug store who didn't have the time of day to help me with my concerns. Although Rite Aid didn't have a manufacturer who prescribed my gluten free medication, she took the time to help me problem solve or find a pharmacy that may carry my gluten free needs. I want to personally thank her...a true healthcare professional.

So I had a job interview with a manager at this location , I get there and I’m told this manager had off of work . I call the next day to reschedule and the manager was supposedly too busy to come to the phone . What a very inconsiderate unprofessional manager you are ! Not only did you waste my time and gas but lost a customer as well . I received a email weeks later saying that they went with another candidate, what a joke I never even got interviewed. I’ll make sure to tell family and friends to shop other locations instead . Second time I’ve been let down by this place , the first was by not having my prescription ready when it was confirmed it was . Thanks for nothing !

So i looked up the hours for the pharmacy. The website clearly states 9am opening time everyday of the week. I arrive at the pharmacy at 945 and decide to wait 15 minutes because the website is wrong and the pharmacy has different hours. The one female attendant told me that they have been trying for 4 years to change this with Google, but for some reason cannot. Whether this is true or not, This is unacceptable. I was then told at 959am that the pharmacist called out sick and another was on the way and they had no idea how long that would be. I had clearly been waiting for the pharmacy as i was seated right next to the window. Contact Google, I'm sure they can fix this for Rite Aid!

Place is conveniently located on Lansdowne Avenue with a traffic light at the entrance to the parking lot. The interior of the store is a mess with boxes of merchandise needing to be put on the shelves blocking the aisles. Prices for pharmaceuticals are better than CVS which is 200 yards away.

I've been going to this Rite Aid for over 15 years. I love this store. It's convenient, I know where everything is. I love the prices, etc. I have one complaint. Lately, the newer employees look absolutely miserable. No smile, or friendly hello. One employee actually complains to me about what she hates about her job. She's done that on three occasions. I find that unprofessional. There are three people in that store that are awesome. That is why I go back to this store. I always hope theyll be on duty. Over the years Rite Aid has had fabulous employees. I don't know what happened. Anyway, I hope they are more particular in who they hire for customer service.

Hello and my experience with Rite Aid was ok. Rite Aid is not my first choice when it comes to drugstores. My favorite and first choice is CVS. I come here to see if they have Keri Lotion. It seems that CVS does not carry this brand anymore. My mom loves the lotion. If you order it online, you will be paying astronomical prices. Have a blessed day, Google family!

As a store Rite Aid is as per the usual drug store. Employees are friendly and usually helpful. I visited the Redi clinic last year when I was sick and the Dr ( not sure her name, older Indian woman) was great. She did try to take someone who came after me, before me, but when she realized her mistake it was a pleasant experience. She was like a Mother who really cares. I sent my husband in today for sore throat because I recommended him to her. I called at 7:10, closing hour was 8. I said "Hi , you close at 8?" Her first words to me was "Yeeeess but don't come late" I said my husband can be there in 10 minutes. I walked in the door 3 minutes later to relieve him of the kids and off he went from where we live (next to Arlington cemetery) to Rite Aid on Lansdowne Ave, 5 minutes away. Long story short I he got the proper care and meds for sore throat but he said that she told him it took him 25 minutes to get there🤔 I've worked in retail, I get it you want to go home, but he did NOT take 25 minutes to get there. More importantly he was there within the set hours of the clinic. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to tell a customer how long it took them to get there. My family will not return

Worst pharmacist ever her name is katherine she knew she has to be know the how to talk to people /and customer she’s is so rude I just tell her explain my I have a two profile in the pharmacy so she’s so rude so disappointed I never go to this place ever

it used to be my pharmacy when i lived near by 3 years ago it was 24 hours..i loved staff welcoming,friendly and the part i loved is new makeup displays...😍

Worst pharmacy ever... pharmacist is rude...won't fill prescription even though it says on site it is time to refill... terrible hours.. didn't have Prednisone...I will never fill another prescription here

Tried to call at least 6 times no answer. How are people supposed to pick up their prescriptions if you don pick up the phone when your supposed to be open very dissatisfied will not be back to rite aid
