I have been here several times and noticed that this stores pharmacists are very helpful and knowledgeable while being extremely overwhelmed by the line of customers. You can plainly see they are very understaffed, most likely due to corporate cutbacks and shareholders' greed. In light of how busy they were, they still remained calm and pleasant.

Rite Aid has several signs promoting walk-in vaccines, but after waiting in line for 15 minutes to get to the pharmacy counter, I was informed that they never accept walk-ins. When I suggested taking down the sign about walk-ins, two staff members laughed at me.

My favorite store always has just what I’m looking for. This store is kept very clean and orderly thanks to quality employees.👍🏻UPDATE 2024:Thank you corporate for Lauren. With Lauren overseeing the floor operations and ensuring the shelves are full and perfectly set, I find everything I need in a timely manner. It would be nice if more customers pointed out the good work the hardworking employees of our community are doing to keep the 710 Burmont Road store looking nice.

I live not too far from here and I’m this is usually my go to rite aid but they never have anything in there they always have their workers away from the registers to the point you gotta look for them the pharmacy people are rude it’s annoying

I find the cashiers are pleasant and friendly. Today we got vaccines (Rite Aid on Burmont Rd). It was an excellent experience:- short wait- competent and pleasant staff- confirmed which vaccine she was administering- private room for administrationNice job!!

Pharmacist and companion most ignorant people I've ever come accross. Shouted out 2 me with customers in store that I take 2 much medication. Embarrassing but that's who they r. Pulled $ 60, 000 a yr from that store and gave business 2 another pharmacy, it's inconvenient 4 me but I will not do business with these people anymore

I used to work not to far from this RiteAid and would go here occasionally on my lunch break for snacks or something to drink. I have always had a pleasant experience, and was always served rather quickly. They were always stocked up on the things I wanted/needed too.

Rite Aid on Burmont Rd in Drexel Hill had been my favorite go to pharmacy until today. Last year the pharmacist assisted my 93yo mother with her flu vaccination by going out to the car to administer the flu vaccine so mom did not have to struggle Ambulating into the store. The pharmacist catered to her, did not rush her and genuinely cared. We were so appreciative and actually never expected that fabulous attention! Today We arrived expecting to be able to receive the flu vaccine and covid booster as offered by Rite Aid as posted online between the hours of 2p to 3p. Pharmacist was a different one and was quite terse stating that Rite Aid on Burmont Rd in Drexel Hill did not honor that posting for walk ins since they were a community pharmacy? Yes that’s exactly why I go there supporting my community business. Sadly with much trepidation and disappointment I scheduled our business at CVS instead. I did call RiteAid to discuss this first and was told someone would contact me in 5 business days! Bye bye Rite Aid! Just not acceptable. The pharmacist when asked her name repeated twice to me that her name was BB. I think The customer has the right to know the name of the individual servicing them in a public forum. Unprofessional again so very sad! Ms BB. I did have another person with me who would verify this exchange to be true.

The pharmacy never had my prescriptions when I needed them, lied to me by telling me they didn’t have a prescription when I had written confirmation from my doctor that they had sent one, and really did not seem to care that I was deprived of medication due to their incompetence. At a certain point it started feeling like some kind of hate crime. A truly awful pharmacy, which is sad, because you should be able to trust your providers

This is my go-to Rite Aid. I've been going there since 2016. The staff knows me by name, they're always so pleasant, and they go above and beyond what they have to, to make sure I have everything I need. Even though I've moved, I still use this as my store for prescriptions and pharmacy needs.

I like this Rite-Aid especially since the renovation . It's clean and easy to navigate. I also enjoy the variety of frozen foods there which can help if you don't want to necessarily go to a supermarket. I have never been there when it's really busy so I can't speak to customer service when it's crazy busy. Otherwise, I am normally in and out in good time.

Arrived early in the morning. Found what I wanted, plus a bonus unexpected sale item. One person was stocking as well as handling register. (Reasonable so early.) Had to look for her. She was very friendly.

Dangerous pharmacy. If you need steady refills, they will not have them on time even when you have confirmation from the prescribing physician it was sent. I think their system must be faulty. The pharmacist was not at all accountable and tried selling us an unsuitable supplement.

Worst experience ever, the pharmacist was so disrespectful , she straight up told me that it wasn’t RIGHT for my parents to get their 2nd dose of the covid vaccine without a ssn, and then proceeded to ask about their immigration status and say it wasn’t okay. They had their IDs and If she didn’t want to do it, that’s fine. But she can’t just downgrade people like that,there’s other ways of handling things.

I have been going here for many years and Jenny, Tina and the staff at the pharmacy are just excellent. They go out of their way to make sure you get your medications on time. They are friendly, and very nice.I recommend this pharmacy without any reservations.Risper

these guys are the best! Don't know who you were dealing w/to be upset about the pharmacy dept. but can understand it. My daughter who has Down Syndrome & other special needs & myself w/hp, these guys are on the ball! I wish I knew all of their names to praise them but I don't so my daughter just made a plate of cookies & special treats tray for them. Yes, sometimes, you will get your hard ass, (newbie) following the proto, ran into them my selves, but overall, the mgr., & rest of the staff are great, as well as other members of the store.

Pharmacy has the worst and most unprofessional people working for them. They are very unhelpful and unfriendly in every way possible. I would STRONGLY recommend to NEVER come here for any prescriptions needed.

Can’t this company hire a manager who is actually able to do the job? One guy was always miserable. A new manager basically ignored me after I won $20 on a scratch off ticket and she didn’t know how to get me my money. I went to a nearby Wawa and got my money. That is why I go to CVS to fill prescriptions

Very clean and well-stocked. Very friendly and helpful staff. If one worker doesn't have the answer they will ask someone else until they do get an answer. Whatever help is needed by one worker the other workers are quick to assist.

They have got to be the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered .. they never answer and if they do they never have your meds ever and they give you an additude because you expect your meds to be not only there but ready for pick up.. I'll be changing pharmacys and make sure everyone I know doesn't go there.. get new employees asap not a good look people really depend on there's meds we shouldn't have to deal with it..end rant ..
