i recently went to this pharmacy on friday may 3rd at around 6:30pm. the line was pretty long but the techs were helping customers fairly quick. the doctor who was present was very unpleasant! he was yelling at his staff as if they were at fault for a long line. it was honestly distasteful too see, to be so unpleasant. a tech named Alishba handled it so well! even when he yelled in her face, she still managed to help the customer. a tech named Mohamed (?) helped me and also did the drive through as well, they honestly deserve recognition.

I really hate this pharmacy now when Covid hit they became very short staffed. But now it’s been more than enough time to get fully staffed. The employees are rude and lazy and they never have enough staff.

Wow had to come here cuz they did not have my script at my regular pharmacy, first off the store was very dusty even the front door. Then I get to the Pharmacy and I had a lil wait but then when I was being helped the cashier said oh u don't need a receipt because you don't have a copay. And hit the no receipt button on the screen before I could hit print receipt. Like Ms. Who are you in my life to tell me what I do or don't need?! Then tried to justify it when I told her no I need a receipt. Then couldn't even hand me my script had to have someone else do it. I will not be back to this location.

This is my enrolled store. I also make many Shipt deliveries from this store. The staff at this store are friendly, helpful and professional while being among the hardest working people I’ve ever dealt with in a pharmacy setting. It’s a pleasure to be their customer and to work with them to make deliveries.

This pharmacy is the worst I have a neighbor that gets the same medication hers was filled and then this pharmacy will tell me it's on back order why do they mislead their customers I've been waiting for almost a month it's almost time for my Dr to put in for the next prescription in October but I haven't even received my September prescription yet this is totally wrong to do to people in pain like myself

Completely insensitive, unprofessional and careless. On 3 different occasions I've dropped off a prescription that they promised to order and fill. I arrive a whole week later, allowing for ample time to receive the medication and fill my order, just to find out they never requested the medication. WTF! If there is a problem CALL ME! Now I have no medication left. You call me for all sorts of other reminders. Can you call me to let me know there is a damn problem and not just wait until I show up fully anticipating to pick up the meds and finding out it was never submitted? I couldn't even call this last time because they had their phones disabled. Who does that??? No offer for resolution either. Come back if you can't get it elsewhere... huh? Jerks!

Seriously go anywhere else. Pharmacy doesn't fill orders, doesn't communicate with doctors, and doesn't even answer the phone (Currently on hold for over 45 minutes having never spoken to a human at OFF PEAK hours!)
