I love shopping at CVS because of the coupon rewards program which is OUTSTANDING. The program allows u to stack coupons for ultimate savings. I would never shop anywhere else if I can get it from CVS.

Nice clean Cvs lots of options different brands, great for selections video Customer Service. There is not a great year was have to look for someone. No one is ever at the register another day of them soft cash out they should at least have one person up front . so if you’re ever looking for help you will have a hard time finding it at this store.

The pharmacy is UNDERSTAFFED. My guess it's hard finding good people. All of the employees are great. Unfortunately the head pharmacist looks burned out to me. He certainly acts like it.He told a medication was incorrectly ordered by my doctor (dose too high) then he changed the story to it was not carried by CVS. He lied on both counts. The CVS in next town over carries it in the dosage ordered.

Evening staff is horrible. We waited for a prescription for over an hr to be filled. After talking and being shuffled to different staff members to get different responses you could tell they weren't very knowledgeable. When one worker showed up who was knowledgeable she wasn't pleasant and even forgot to give us our paid for medication. There was a gentlemen who stayed calm and pleasant through the whole ordeal but it just felt disorganized. The location is also unclean and low stocked on so many items.

I was buying a drink with my friend and an employee approached us and accused us of being thieves who wanted to steal cat food and when we told him that was NOT true, he was being very rude, we showed him that we hadnothing in our pockets, The employee no longer knew what to do. He didn't even have anywhere to look, so in terms of wanting to get us out of the store, I don't know who thinks he's giving me orders about what to do. He started saying that if not, we would buy cat food from the pharmacy, trying to hide the mistake from him. I didn't tell him. Nothing to the manager about him out of respect, but I plan to ask for a complaint form. And don't be intimidated by people like that, ask to speak to the manager or ask for a complaint form, they can't deny it to you. THE TRUTH THE CARE IS TERRIBLE IN THIS PLACE, THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT HELP YOU AT ALL, THEY ALWAYS HAVE SOME INCONVENIENCE, I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS PHARMACY THAT SERVES MASMALO, this is for the manager.

Worst CVS in Delaware County! Store stock is low to non-existent and pharmacy wait time is unacceptable! They have two drive up lines but only ever have one open and even that rarely happens!

Ive been past this CVS but have never went in until a few days ago I came here for a few things that I needed and I had a pretty good experience while here. It is a pretty weird layout of the store but other than that it was rather easy to find all of what I needed. I would definitely come back if ever in the area again

Store is pretty worthless half of it is out of stock and they don’t even carry something as simple as lighters. How a place is going to in the middle of winter Cell accessories for a grill but not something to light said grill is beyond stupid. Apparently, it’s because lighters are considered a smoke and accessory. Yet you still sell spoons which are just as much an illicit drug accessory. Use some common sense with what you carry And how they are actually related to other things. It’s no wonder this place is on the verge of bankruptcy.

The overnight staff was rude and unwilling to hell! Called all day only to be sent to voicemail, my doctor left messages 3 of them (showed them proof of the calls) they still laughed and ignored my request for the to check the medical line. The clerk at the front became loud and rude when the self check out machine froze during my transaction I asked for a manager after he began to hollering at me. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I already begun to transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens

Bro Khalil!} 🙏🙏🏾🙏🏿———————————Great help this morning from cool bro CVS Manager Kyle! Present, available, he boldly stepped up and asked me if I “found everything I needed”. {Poor soul didn’t know what he was about to be subjected to! #CrazyNewmie}☝️I was trying to delineate the differences between three packs of disposable razors. All containing what appeared to be the same razor, one pack having a $1 coupon attached to it (which wouldn’t scan; thankfully Kyle got it done!), all three packs having different prices. This configuration, along with CVS offering $5 back for purchasing $15. Not to mention a $5off based on my ExtraWhatevs (phone number!) expected for buying $15 (which also didn’t occur). I stood there at the self-checkout, in front of all humanity, sun slowly rising, wondering… pondering… deeply… “Today matters. How?”And true to form, a CVS employee is always helpful for me in these regular conundrums. I am still bewildered by the array of similarities these razor packs portended, yet why be it so duly confuddling to a grey-haired man? Thusly… How much more so a green teen in need of a shave?Clearly the fault for my confusion lies not in my old, addled mind. Nor in any presentable fashions set by CVS — a genuinely good store in its overall indefatigable ubiquitousness. But rather, I point a questioning attitude at the marketers (MBAs?) of corporate entities charged with production and distribution.Manalive! Paralysis of Analysis? Maybe. This CVS is a pit. I can't believe that it is in such poor Condition. There is no organization when it comes to the vaccines. The store is dirty. I will never set foot in that store again.

What an absolute joke! Go in for a scheduled vaccination/booster shots. Takes 45 minutes to be seen. Then have this frumpy angry individual administering the vaccinations yelling at my daughter to go in a corner and yelling at me how she's been nothing but a distraction. My daughter didn't even do anything to this person. Other than be a 2-year-old who wanted to be close to her father.

They don't answer their phone, the line at the pharmacy takes forever, they frequently screw up prescriptions, and the staff don't know what they're talking about. The only positive of this store is that they're open 24 hours.

The pharmacy seems to have improved a bit. A year ago, there was a male pharmacist who worked the later hours, and he would often question my refill pickup times (non-narcotic), even outright refusing a refill despite insurance covering it. It was only 4 days prior to the 30-day mark.To my knowledge, he's gone now. The only other complaint would be the inability to reach the pharmacy via phone. Be prepared to wait a minimum of 10 minutes, no matter the hour.

I was told my prescription was out of stock and that it would arrive the next day. When I came back the next day, I was told by a different pharmacist that it was still out of stock, was never arriving today, and that she had no idea when it would arrive. She told me to pick a different CVS and tell my Dr to call it in there. But by then it was the weekend and my Dr was unreachable. If CVS had just told me the truth upfront I wouldn't have had to go without my medication for the whole weekend. They really do just make things up because they don't want to deal with customers.

They are constantly out of stock or have very limited selection of pretty common healthcare items like nasal spray. The store is dirty, drive through typically closed regardless of time of day. Why isn’t CVS as a company fixing a vital part of a very busy community.

Went to pick up my RX two days after the app said my RX was ready. When I went for pickup I was told my RX was on hold. I went to the customer service counter, my information was looked up and I was told my RX would be ready in 15 min. When I returned it was ready. When I got home one out of my three items of that RX was missing. I immediately called XVD. As I wrote this review I am.on hold. I have been on hold for 38 minutes. I will be transferring all RX's to another location.

On 6/14/23- went to pick prescription - the pharmacy cashier is stoic, unfriendly and lacks common courtesy! Don’t let Lose her job - just give her proper training, including some of the pharmacy staff who have no proper telephone manners - one hung up the phone on me - I was not even rude to her, just inquiring!!

FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY TO FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS AT!! I came to pick up medicine for my parent and the staff member at the pickup counter said there was 1 out-of-stock and 1 on hold, and I needed to go to the consultation counter to ask why. I didn’t know the names of the medication, but just provided the name and birthdate on the prescriptions and the older woman at the consultation counter said she couldn’t locate anything. But how could the other women at the pickup counter locate it and not her?! I had to call my parent to find the name of the medication and the pharmacist still could not locate it. Eventually, she found the one that was out-of-stock ( I don’t know how come she couldn’t see it before when I gave her the person’s name and birthdate) and then she still said there was nothing on hold. I told her the other pharmacist told me there was something on hold and she said “that woman isn’t a pharmacist.” She had more time and energy to make snippy remarks like that, but not enough to verify with that other woman about what she saw on her computer screen! I was making an emergency run to the pharmacy after work for something someone needed urgently and encountering that attitude was so unnecessary and infuriating. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what, but that’s no reason to be rude like that to ANYONE (customer or not). She responded to all my questions and statements as if I was making stuff up and seemed so reluctant to help, when I waited 20-30 minutes in line at the pharmacy (the lines are always so horribly long) just to be told to go talk to someone who couldn’t even help me. How come someone who’s “not a pharmacist” (her words) can see all the medication listed under someone’s profile and the medication’s status, but the ACTUAL PHARMACIST cannot?! Makes no sense. DON’T GO HERE!

Messed up my kids prescription several times while I was waiting. Gave me less quantity than prescribed, then forgot to add water to liquid antibiotics solution and gave it without mixing, then gave an extra bottle of antibiotics which they thrashed when I asked about. Thank God I checked every time after they gave me my kids medication and there was an issue every time. I was told it'd be ready in 20 minutes when I stopped by around 2 hours earlier. It wasn't ready when I came in. Took around one and a half hours for them to give me 3 bottles of same medication. Overall it was an extremely annoying experience. How can you make so many mistakes over and over?

Just got "accused" of stealing a summer umbrella that you drop in the middle of like a table. I ran out to my truck but realized I needed something else and went back in. While paying $200 for something else I actually needed, I had some kid walk up to me and told me that he was going to need me to bring back in, the umbrella that I didnt pay for or he was going to have to call the police! SMMFH! Just give me a call off the clock-.....I teach!

Called pharmacy and front desk. No one ever answered. The phone rang for 45mins on each line and not one pick up. To be 24hrs and can't get through is ridiculous.

This pharmacy routinely messing up your prescriptions. They also want to charge you a copay when it is already covered. I always have to tell them I do have a copay. I have to have them look at my past prescription and you will see that I never paid a copay before on that particular prescription. This is very frustrating as I have to deal with this every time I go there. It also means you have to wait until they figure it out. One time I went early in the morning to beat the long lines. The person working at that time had not been relieved. No workers showed up so he closed the pharmacy while people were in une to get their prescriptions. So much for going early.

Not a good CVS. Pharmacy seems OKAY, but the cashiers and the organization of the store, forget about it. Went here Monday evening to get some drinks and a bag of chips. Half of the drinks in the refrigerator were empty, meanwhile you can see the back of the fridge that there is BOXES of beverages that are yet to be put away. This CVS is also severely understaffed, just like most of them. The cashier I had was very unprofessional and made me feel like I was being rushed out. I can understand that it is a hard job, but at least ACKNOWLEDGE me. I said “hey how are you” and she just completely ignored me. So maybe she was having a bad day or something, I don’t know. But the next customer that she helped, she changed her attitude completely. I felt judged, and based off of the way she looks at and talks to white people, she might be prejudice/racist towards white people. CVS corporate needs to go to this location and seriously consider revamping it. Also, half of the products on the shelves are empty as well. Horrible store, decent pharmacy. Meh.

I strongly urge CVS Corporate to take a look at this location. It’s alarming that almost all the reviews have the same issue. You go to the store and it’s nothing but waiting. When you finally get to talk to someone, they tell you that you need to go wait in the consultation line so you can talk to the pharmacist. Wait in another line. Finally get to talk to the pharmacist and then you tell you that your insurance doesn’t cover it. The pharmacist then just shoes me away. I try to ask why the medication does not get covered, the pharmacist just says, I can’t help you. Then goes to the next person in line. Wow! I waited 35 mins in line for nothing?I call my insurance they say it should be good now. Don’t want to make the same mistake, so I try to call first. Oh boy! I was on hold for 22 minutes, team member says I need to talk to pharmacist. Ok no problem, then I’m on hold for another 15 minutes! Finally pharmacist gets on the phone and he hung up on me! I can’t believe the customer service this CVS branch shows it’s valued customers. I figured out who the Pharmacist was- and I don’t normally do this but he was so rude! I felt so belittled the way he was talking to me, it’s just not ok. There is no need for that, the world is a difficult place to begin with, there is no need for people to act that way. Be kind Minh! Be kind! CVS should be embarrassed for the lack of leadership that operates this branch. I am taking my business elsewhere.

My husband went in search of kids tylenol which is currently sold out nationwide apparently and we were on the phone with each other very worried bc my son who is 4 was in pain, he waited in line to speak to the pharmacist on 12/31 at around 630 pm new year's eve he was a very nice pharmacist (he didn't get his name) helped to figure out a mathematical equation in liquid acetaminophen to give to my son. I followed up with my sons dentist who confirmed the equation was right and to give to him. Whomever this pharmacist was thank you very much , you were so kind and helpful wish more people were like you in the world. That night my son did get a great night sleep, thanks to this man.
