This was possibly the best contracting experience I have had. Fron research to completion was about 6 weeks, pricing was fair and never changed, workers were prompt, polite and thorough. Our sales rep John G was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Thank you to the Doylestown store for everything, for our next project, if they offer it, we will be going back.

John Ginny was my salesman and was very responsive with any follow up I needed. Dan, Robert and Agzom did the actual installation. They were professional and pleasant.. I watched them remove the old window and install the new one. It was a huge job, 97” x 120” inch bow window. It was obvious that they were skilled at what they were doing. You can have the most expensive window in the world but it’s the installation that matters. They cleaned up, showed me how to operate the window and even cleaned the window when they were done. They also did a great job with sealing and adding new trim. Just had a visit from JOHN GINTY for a sales consultation.John was like talking to my brother and super helpful.John made consultation like a college reunion instead of a high pressure sales pitch.I am leaning towards contracting Tom Adams just because I saw the honesty, knowledge of products and sincere concern for customer satisfaction.

Absolutely bizarre experience and I urge you DO NOT believe any of the positive reviews that you read. They try to force you to leave a Google review on the spot before they will leave your house..The guy here to do the work pulled out this laminated card with a QR code and was asking me to scan it to leave them a review, and that I had to mention his name. As they were leaving, I had already signed and paid and thanked them for their work.I told him hey, sorry man I don’t have my phone on me. I’ll definitely leave you a review later. He says “OK, LETS GO GET YOUR PHONE” .What??He was trying to usher me back into my house to get my phone so I said no thank you! What? 100% bizarre and inappropriate.You really shouldn’t act like that when you are coming to peoples homes.

Jason installed two storm doors we purchased from Tom Adams which included some modifications to our front door frame. Jason’s explanations of modifications provided were explained and shown along with the features provided with each storm door.
