This is the only place I will buy my pet food from. They are so kind and helpful. Everyone here makes the atmosphere feel like a small family. The manager Keith is fantastic and caring, from him spreads the same positive helpful attitude towards his fellow employees.They host many events to help animals in the local area get adopted.The Groomer in the back is also fantastic, it is run by 2 or 3 great girls who really do care, I was hesitant about using a chain as a groomer at first however it is not run like a chain at all, it is really just a small little local groomer with an atmosphere that matches.I am posting this review because they earned it by keeping their word. I recently tried changing to a different dog food and was told by them that if my dogs didn't like it, or it didn't agree with them, that I could return it opened for a full refund. Sadly the food didn't agree with my sensitive tummy dog but they did honor their word and allow me to return it to purchase a different food.So thank you so much for this, it is really appreciated and I hope to see you soon!

Love the store but love love love the groomer even more. Wren is one of the best we have ever had for our dogs. She provides an amazing cut every time and gives my three dogs the five star treatment. Whether it’s my dog being groomed or others she has in the shop, she is always showing great love and care with the animals. If you need a groomer, please reach out and give Wren a try, you won’t be disappointed. She listen to your needs and concerns for your pet and then follows thru with amazing expertise. If she ever leaves, I am following her.

Always a warm welcome when I walk into the store. I love the mother-daughter team! They go out of their way to help you find what you need. The store itself is clean shelves are well stocked and organized.

This was my first time bringing my dog here. He has a lot of anxiety so I wasn’t sure how he would react. Well he did great. Kayla was fantastic. She groomed him exactly how I wanted. My dog was happy and so was I. Highly recommend Kayla. Will definitely be going back.

Excellent friendly and helpful staff! Was a little unnerved that they were made to work during a power outage. I hope corporate appreciates their spectacular customer service through such an unsafe work environment.

Besides lacking cans of cat food and litter genie trash bags this place is good. Prices are fair but some items are higher than if u went to a pet section in Walmart. But I hate walmart so it's worth it to pay a little more 😸

Young staff but always very attentive and polite! Love their dog baths! Much nicer than the ones with open sewer pipes underneath their tubs!? Yes!? What is with that!?At any rate always pleased! And if you use the self dog wash, from a fellow afficianado, please, clean up the hair as you go and tip the staff! They still clean up a lot before and after you!

Really helpful. I didn’t catch their name tonight, but the employee who had longer blue hair was so sweet. Let us pet the kittens available for adoption, and taught me more about how catnip works and let us take a little sample home to see if our cats prefer it fresh. Really friendly and kind, even though we were annoying and came in to buy food right before closing. Super accommodating!! They deserve a raise

Edit: Online site says they have things in stock, then the order gets cancelled & they tell me they'll call back when they have it. I call after 2 weeks & they say they still haven't gotten it. I call after 5 weeks they only have 2 left. So they got more in & just never called me. I drive 1.5 hours to get 2 of the 3 I ordered, since they said they'd honor my discount, & they overcharge me & tell me they always have it in stock. Ridiculous.Riley makes my day every time I come in! He makes it an outstanding, positive experience for my kitty & me every time🌞🐾Pawsome dude🌟

Pet supplies plus is a decent pet store for your basic needs. They obviously don't have a large selection like the big box pet stores but they always have what I need for my dog and their prices are affordable.

This place is awesome, I took my cat who is afraid of everyone and the groomer was amazing. She clipped her nails in minutes, made her comfortable and brushed clumps of hair off and cleaned her up. The price was great and I was so happy!!!!

I used to have a Hill's subscription for my dog, but they miserably failed to deliver my last order. I tried Pet Smart's curbside pickup, my order status was "processing" for 2 days and their customer service is terrible - I had to call the store to have my order cancelled. Meanwhile, my dog's food was about to end and I am self-isolating. Facebook probably was watching all my struggle when it showed me a Pet Supplies Plus ad. I placed my order in the morning and had it delivery at my door in the afternoon with a cute handwritten note 😊. I used to think that big chain stores would solve all of our problems faster and cheaper, and stores like Pet Supplies Plus (and other amazing local merchants) are changing my mind. Thanks for saving the day! 😀

Went in for cat litter and they rang me up for the wrong item at a higher price. When I pointed this out, I was given a bunch of excuses, but ultimately the cashier refused to give me the right price. You can go to acme right next door for better price. Never going back such a shame that the old store closed down and this place is run by ripe offs.

My visit was not good. Only one star for the Groomers. Mask-less workers, couldn't help me find my cat food, and saw dead fish! Not to mention the employees seem miserable and very un-attentive. Never shopping here again, will be going to the other store. A shame this opened so close to me and I hate it! Whoever is in charge should be making BIG changes.
