Wow. We’ve been many times over the years. Always a good experience. Our most recent experience deserves sharing. After our excited black lab grand dog, jumping with joy, sent our vintage floor lamp crashing to the floor, we needed a new glass top. The next morning, off to Doylestown Electric my husband went. He returned with two options. He was told to take them home and see which fits. The gentleman even searched and found a special screw for us that went missing. The employee took only his name and no money. Heartwarming. Brings back days of old! Shop local. What a great experience.

We went in to discuss getting replacement light for 3 of our outdoor lighting fixtures. And, a man and woman said you probably just need a photocell replacement. That saved us money from buying 3 lights the electrician said we would need. Thank you for saving us from spending what only cost $20 to fix.

Just purchased 3 fixtures from DES today. The gentleman was very kind and helpful and there was a wide selection. Whatever was not on the showroom floor, he was willing to special order, however, I was pleased with the floor and in stock purchases I made. As far as the person complaining about the 3% fee, with all of the discounts offered, it really didn't matter - I would have paid it either way and I wouldn't have left a one star review. Also, why anyone would leave a random one star review due to a car pulling out of the lot too quickly is absurd - shop local.

Always shopped there until I purchased a product that did not work. Do not want to go into details but they would not take it back because they said it was used. If it worked I would not have been asking to return it! Very poor customer service. Why would I want to shop there if they don't care aboutsatisfaction. Depot would be better.Very disappointed!

Well stocked. This is a smaller supply house but I am always amazed at the large selection of products that are in stock at this location. I buy from other much larger supply houses but they only want to stock the most popular items and then make me order or go elsewhere for the less popular items. But at Doylestown Electric Supply they have almost everything I ask for. Keep up the good work!

They charge a 3% fee on credit purchases and will not refund the money back if you return the item. I feel like they are stealing from their customers. Will not use this business in the future.

Whoever works here and drives a navy blue 992 porsche 911 (I assume the owner) should learn how to drive…flying out of the parking lot almost causing an accident…

Helpful and decent prices. Home depot is cheaper but Here is much more knowledgeable and convenient. Of course a more complete and full line of electrician supplies.

I’m not sure where to go now. I’ve always patronized the store but no one in the parts department wears a mask, and so I’m not able to go there anymore. Are there similar stores in the area anyone can suggest for small electrical parts? Thanks!
