Great selection of pet supplies and we go here regularly for our dog's food. However, I need to go with my wife, otherwise we end up with dozens of toys for our little pup, Maximus. Prices are fair and there's lots to pick from for all kinds of pets.

Herkales loves his boots from Dogs and Cats Rule! He had surgery and needed protection while out in the snow and dirt of our recent storm. Def the best go to pet store with friendly staff and very helpful all around!

I want to start off by saying majority of the staff is great, super friendly, awesome people.Today I walked in with my puppy to return dog treats that they sold me (i got a full refund) that contained GARLIC which is TOXIC to dogs and cats. Yes in large amounts but a bag of PUPPY treats imagine if a chihuahua puppy got into the whole bag! (Garlic toxicity leads to rbc damage and can be fatal!)The girl at the front desk told me garlic isn’t toxic to dogs and it is good flea and tick prevention...FALSE!!! (I am a veterinary technician/ nurse and was told this information so you can imagine my internal dialogue here)Garlic does not prevent from Lyme disease or other tick Bourne illnesses- nexagaurd is my recommendation.But the fact that this girl was spreading this dangerous misinformation to public blew my mind. I asked her if she was a vet tech too and she said no.Do not give pet owners advice if you are not qualified to do so!

I happened to need to go to this location because the one closer to me was temporarily closed. As soon as I walked in a staff member greeted me and two more made sure I was finding everything okay. The selection is vast and the store pleasant-- they had exactly what I needed and more! Also worth noting, there are some marked "DCR" spaces for convenient parking right in front of the entrance so you can slip in and out without having to navigate across an already full parking lot.

This is the only store I trust for my kitty's food! The staff are so knowledgeable about animal nutrition and holistic remedies (more so than the old vet I used to go to, who never mentioned one thing about diet when it came to my cat's asthma)! I am so grateful for this family owned small business (and so is Kitty)!

Really helpful staff and knowledgeable recommendations. I was really pleased not only at the extensive product inventory they carry, but at the pleasant and helpful staff here. I had just returned from Denver where is been introduced to a few new food based supplements for my doggo, but couldn't find in my local fancy pet stores. So when I called them and found out they had all the things I was looking for, I headed right over. When I arrived, I saw so many great choices, and any questions I had were answered or someone was found right away who could answer knowledgeably. I especially liked when I was ready to check out my substantial haul and then was going to make an impulse buy of an item I didn't really need and would have sat unused eventually, the gal who had been helping me avoided that I probably didn't need it ($6 item). I appreciate the honesty and practicality. Also like their frequent buyer program on some of my favs. I'll be back!

This used to be my favorite pet store but the last several times I've been there have been not so pleasant. One staff member has been not so nice to me and my daughter. Nothing has happened so not sure whats going on but not what I want to deal with. I've always been pleasant so its not that or I could understand or if it happened once or twice. We all have bad days but this has happened more often. Its sad because I liked that store.

the staff at this location are amazing. They're very well-versed in nutrition for animals. They have great recommendations and have even been so helpful to give me samples to try with a very difficult dog. Brittany and specific has been wonderful and helping me through these challenges with a dog with dietary issues. Thank you so much for your help!

It's a great place if you have a lot of money. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. They have a huge variety of pet products but, they're definitely on the upscale/pricey side. There's no way a regular person can afford to regularly go there, imo. But, if you're blessed with money to burn and you want to spoil your pets with fancy stuff and feel fancy doing it, this is your place.

Tried this store out awhile ago to get food for our Beagle and have not gone anywhere else since. He was having some gut issues and the staff recommended some different food and supplements, which have completely fixed the issue. I appreciate how knowledgeable everyone is and will take time to answer your questions, and provide great recommendations

My dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes. I was trying to find the right food for him and visited a few pet stores, which did help me look at the ingredients on the cans Etc., but it was something I could do myself. The pet stores did not know what type of food I should be giving him, but when I walked into Dogs and Cats I was greeted by a very knowledgeable person who knew exactly where to go not just in one spot but several and knew offhand exactly where the food would be and the ingredients and gave me many options. I was very impressed and told him he was very knowledgeable. Dogs and Cats is now my only pet store. The staff is very knowledgeable - I even thought that the person who helped me must be going to school to become a Veterinarian . The store also keeps a record of what you buy so it makes things so much easier for your next trip. Owner of this store should be very proud of their business and staff!!!

I live within walking distance to this store, so it's a quick stop in for the things I need for my 3 doggos. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the selection of foods and toys is rounded. When I was transitioning my dogs to a non-grain free food, the staff were especially helpful.I can also say that my 3 doggos love it - whenever we even look like we may be walking in the direction of the store, they want to stop in! So 12 paws up from my canine crowd!

Dogs & Cats Rule is wonderful. We use the Doylestown store and everyone there is always so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. For example, Frankie is our first dog and we needed a lot of help at the beginning. Vince helped guide us with the proper diet, toys, treats, car seats, need, ect. even behavior tips over the last few months. Today he helped me install a seat cover in my car to make sure it fit and show me how to do it. Everyone there is so friendly & Frankie loves going to say hello to his friends there.

Everyone who works here is so friendly and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of specialty cat food and regular cat food. Also, the little furry cat toy balls they sell are a huge hit with our one cat, I have to buy one every time I go in.

Upscale pet supply store mainly catering to dog or cat owners. They carry a wide selection of meals and treats for your pampered companions. The staff is pleasant , knowledgeable, and helpful. If your pet has special dietary needs they will assist you. Parking is a breeze in the new shopping center off of Veterans Lane
