Just picked my dog up from grooming and he looks GREAT! He was done quickly and seemed very at ease there. The girls take good care and all of the dogs there seem happy. Would recommend!

I took a lot of care in deciding where to take my new puppy for her first grooming. I am overjoyed with the results! The kind and caring nature you showed my sweet Darla was very reassuring! She looks absolutely darling, you did such a great job. She looks perfect. Your techniques and care is amazing, your shop is well-maintained and you simply get the importance of what it is to be well groomed and cared for. I just love you and your pups. I had a great experience! You absolutely made my day and made my little girl the look the best on the block! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this easy for me. ❌⭕️✨♥️

Jacqueline, the owner of Dog Daze, left a comment on a video of a dog being rescued from a hot car that the people who rescued the dog should have minded their business and left the dog trapped in the hot car to die. I would beware trusting my pets to be safe here.

Just wanted to share... As our world is ever changing... so are the types of individuals whom we come across on a daily basis.... much different than than the clientele of a decade ago. As anyone can see, you'll note that there has been a run of negative reviews... Please understand that many "reviewers" are those that consistently love to review negatively, rarely do those have the time on their hands to compliment.I have made it a practice when responding to the negative reviews, to share the full conversations, texts, emails, or our versions of the story... as most negative reviewers love to amplify their story in a light more affective to their little disappointment.Today i went for a Gastroenterology appointment. At their reception area the attached picture was taped to their glass window. I share this with the "normal" so that all can see, this is not a Dog Daze issue... this is clearly a current general public issue....Our PSA, enjoy --- lol

Jacque and her staff are friendly and they treat my dogs with care, always willing to go out of their way. I’ve been going to Dog Daze for years. My dogs are all rescues and had issues with being handled when I got them, the staff was patient and helpful with their rehabilitation. My one Berner was a mill momma barn dog prior to being rescued and she is a large girl, extremely scared of the tub so they washed her outside with a hose. Friendly, great work, and price. You can’t go wrong!!

Millie (my Wheaten) and I have had nothing but a great experience with this groomer and owner!! We’ve been a customer for around 6 years and every cut has been fantastic! It’s always great to chat with everyone there and get advice, recommendations about anything dog related too! I appreciate their ability to deal with so many different breeds and temperaments...dogs & owners alike :-)

I was forewarned about the owner’s attitude and certainly saw a glimpse of it on my first visit. However, I never had to see it worsen because on the morning of my second appointment, I got a text canceling simply because other clients cancelled and she didn’t want to open the salon for just me.I can understand that would be annoying as a business owner, but as a customer, I scheduled this appointment well in advance to fall on my day off and as a teacher I can’t just come in another day at 10am, as was suggested.The conversation was brief and apathetic, and I’m now back in the process of finding a new groomer for my dog.

I was insulted by the owner of this bus for years until i could not take it anymore. You walk in and she gives you a dirty look, no greeting. I saw her grab a doodle on a leash and push it into a room while she was angry. My shih tzu was not given any water and was dehydrated when i picked him up. I would advise people to keep their dogs away from her. She is a very angry unhinged woman and does not respect her clients or the precious dogs that use her service. Depriving my shih tzu of water was the last straw for me. I informed my breeder about this and she said depriving animals of water for hours is inhumane.

Just wanted to add to my past review, especially after seeing some of the crazy negative reviews. Bunch of whiners, IMO, LOL.My dog has developed several health issues since we first started going to Dog Daze about 4 or 5 years ago, and Jacqui and her staff have continued to be caring and supportive. All the groomers are gentle with him, and Jacqui often has a great suggestion for me to supplement his care. Prices are very reasonable, and the one on one care is top notch. Ignore the haters, and treat your fur baby to a great grooming experience. We had a WONDERFUL experience with Jacqui, she was terrific with my dog, who is a big baby when his nails need cut. Embarrassing, really, but Jacqui was very calm and got the job done with no fuss. I highly recommend this business.

This business is horrendous. They are mean and treat the customers terribly and the dogs even worse. I have never met a more nasty person than the owner of this business. I discovered that a shock collar was placed on my dog while he was at this facility. And with the way the owner treats people, i can only imagine the other terrible ways that she treats the dogs.

Just took Grace and Frankie for a day at the Salon! They were so calm and well taken care of!Joan did their grooming and she was excellent. These two sisters have nails that grow fast and sharp.She did a fantastic job on their nails and every other little detail. First time there and we will definitely beGoing back again. Took my 13M Goldendoodle in for grooming since my old groomer was too far away. Facility is extremely clean and the staff is very knowledgeable. I was very happy when I picked up my dog, he looked great and seemed very comfortable at their facility. I would definitely recommend Dog Daze for your dog and already scheduled my next appointment.

Update: We've now been at Dog Daze for over two years and they are still providing the best grooming in the area at a very reasonable price. I've recommended several friends to Dog Daze and they are extremely pleased as well. Also, we've tried several different groomers at DD and the service, love and support for our dog has been consistently good. Thank you DD!Orig Review: We've been going to Dog Daze for over 1 year. The entire staff is professional and we've been happy with their service every single time. We originally took our dog to DD because our poor dog received a horrible grooming job from another groomer in town and the dog was traumatized. If you have a rescue, do not come here. They do not want to deal with any dogs that are rescues and need patience and assistance. I’m sure they are great with other dogs but my guess is they do not have the experience or training to know what to do. I was dismissed immediately when I asked if they had any experience with rescues.I simply asked if they had experience with rescues and they never answered my question. Even in the email threads, not once did anyone say they had experience with rescues….

Just took my dog to get groomed here yesterday after newly moving to the area. When I picked up the owner began berating me about how "vicious" he was and how he would not be allowed back. First of all, my dog is a 10 pound yorkie/maltese. He is 9 years old. He has been getting groomed regularly his entire life, mostly at the same few places across New York and New Jersey. His entire life one place in Manhattan told me he could be a little difficult, but they worked with him to ensure he wasn't overstimulated, for example asking me to book him early when there were no other dogs at the same time. No one has ever said they wouldn't take him back.Second, I am just at a loss to have someone say something so vulgar about my dog who I love dearly. Can you imagine a hair stylist saying something like that about a child who puts up a tantrum?This woman has no respect for dogs, clearly cannot handle them, even a 10 lb dog, and as a result is cruel and hurtful. Added a star because he did look nice when I picked him up.

We have been taking our very large and fluffy dog to Dog Daze for several years. He is a rescue with some anxiety but he loves visiting his friends at Dog Daze. They do an amazing job AND my dog loves it here. He's always relaxed and happy when I pick him up. The owner and staff are wonderful and you can tell that they love their jobs and their 4 legged clients.

Horrible experience! Our dog was afraid of traffic on Broad St. and was nervous to go in. The owner came out and began berating my wife and daughter. She then accused us of having an untrained, out of controlled, disobedient, dog. Then she berated us for buying the dog from the breeder we did, not knowing who we purchased him from. We did buy from a breeder in Lancaster, PA. This is our 3rd boxer and we know all about the puppy mills in Lancaster. We did our homework on the family. This women is a complete fruit cake and one of the nastiest people I have ever met! We took out dog to another Holiday House Spa and had a fantastic experience!!! Stay away from Dog Daze!

I took my Golden Retriever puppy,, he was so clean and tidy when I picked him up, all the people were good with their job, they cleaned the nails, the hair cut around his ears and near his tail everything was as expected. The only downside is they are expensive. I'm happy with their service and would take him again.

I used to LOVE Dog Daze, the owner cares about what she does and is extremely knowledgeable. A few months ago she hired a new girl and everything went downhill. My first encounter with the new groomer: my English Bulldog (who has extremely sensitive skin) was not brushed AT ALL, his hair was falling out in clumps and he wasn't even dry. The second encounter: my poor dog was tied up IMPROPERLY; his harness was on completely wrong and it was damn obvious, to the pole in the middle of the room even though there was a completely empty dog pen right next to him. The last time I tried taking my dog there, he refused to get out of the car, I had to PULL him out of the car and then he was fighting against me to just walk in the door. I don't know what happened there, but I will never take my dog back.

I have never been more offended in my life. I went there and the owner was rude and harassed me. She told me that I was “ruining” my dog and it was useless because “dogs are no better than house plants” and I was appalled. The owner did not do my dogs grooming, which is the only reason I felt comfortable leaving her there. The haircut turned out wonderful, but sadly that cannot make up for the harassment I suffered from the owner. Never go here.

I've taken my fuzzy dog here for a year when he needs to go from shaggy dog to Mr. Dapper. Every groomer has been kind and professional, has done a great job, and has treated me and my pup well. I'd definitely recommend, and I'll be back again next time the pup needs it!

I've been taking Prince, my little Shih-Tzu to Dog Daze since he was a puppy and I am the pickiest person. He looks like a show dog each and every time he leaves. It's like a day spa for pooches.
