Nice little store , clean , around 12 pumps , gas prices are competitive to other local stations , electric charging stations are available , clean convenience store , staffs are friendly , coffee are brewed and ready to take , made to order food with some limited menu, on premise ice , propane tanks are Available, couple of outside table for eating. All in all one spot for quick relaxation.

This store is terrible! I stop every now and then when I want some good overpriced chicken. Walking in you are always greeted with the sounds of rude employees yelling at or too each other. Also managers yelling at employees for being late. Then you get to play food roulette. My order has never been correct. I believe they just make it whatever and however they feel like it. Hopefully you don't need help at the register. If you can find someone, they will not be happy to have to help you.

The store is usually pretty clean and organized. Their chicken is insanely overpriced for what you get and they charge you extra for sauce which I've never seen anywhere that sells chicken actually do that. Save money and go to Popeyes, you'll get better chicken and better sides for cheaper and the sauces are free. It's a good place to get gas and they have electric Tesla stations to charge electric cars. It's also a good stop to get some quick snacks or something to drink. Since it's right next door to a middle and high school so there's always going to be a bunch of teenagers in there.

Excellent, clean organized and with a good location.Staff is very professional and friendly. Guy at chicken counter even helped me make the best choices for my first RF fried chicken order. That Chesapeake dip was the perfect combo to my food box!

Been a long time coming, tried and gave the place a few tries all with the same results. online orders, times given are NEVER right. Always a "we just had a rush" always the same scripted answer and not one person gives a S&/+. Cashier told the I assume manager and he didn't deal with it and tonight after an order was 20 minutes late when ordered 2 hours earlier.....and I quote " look you got your chicken so what's the problem" perfect example of why some people deserve minimum wage and others don't. If one of my workers spoke to a customer like that your fired on the spot.

If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. I stopped there to fill my gas tank, spent $49.10 checked my bank and they charged $125 on top of the tank of gas. I called my bank to figure it out and my bank said it could possibly be a hold and to contact the gas station to see if they can remove it. I tried calling and I was met with an absolute child on the phone đ Ryan from the Downingtown location was the "manager" (don't really know if you could call him that considering he couldn't answer any of my questions) and actually started laughing at me on the phone when I was explaining my frustration about a $125 hold for a tank of gas. Instead of being a mature adult and somewhat sympathizing with the customer he just sat there laughing which is insane to me. I didn't ask for anything except for him to understand what I was saying and why they put that much of a hold on my account for a tank of gas (when I have plenty of money in my account). It would be one thing if he was nice about it but the laughing is what was unacceptable. They charged a total of $175 to my account for a tank of gas and refused to do anything about it, he basically laughed and said you'll just have to wait and see if it goes through. Easy for him to say because it's not his money. Shame on this place. I will literally go out of my way to never go to this waste of space establishment again.

PLEASE allow us to lower the salt content of the chicken. Popeyes is already too salty and it tastes like this chicken has twice the amount. The sides aren't even too salty and neither is the pot pie, it's just the fried chicken batter.

Rude employees. Cashier acted annoyed when I interrupted his conversation with a co worker to pay for my coffee. I guess I was supposed to use the self checkout. His female co worker yelled âExcuse youâ as I walked out. 6:12AM on Friday March 15

Closer to the route 30 junction and 322 and easy to get in and out for gas and some quick food options. I have visited this place multiple times to get some chicken or a cold drink or get sides like Mac and cheese or fries. They do have a Krispy Kreme donut area. Like their morning sandwiches and egg sandwich and hash browns. The chicken is okay, not great , if made fresh, it's good , or very average. Saw spicy fries and thought I would try it but very average and oily stuff. Also got Mac and cheese, which was perfect !!

Something new to the area. I'm still used to my wawa. They are similar to wawa. Very crowded whenever I pass and when I went in today. I got the Italian sub and my friend got the chicken sandwich, which had bones in it.

We love the fresh grind coffee at Royal Farms. However, special order breakfast sandwiches would be more enjoyable if they were HOT!!

Anytime you walk into these stores the fried chicken smell leeches onto your clothes. It's awful. This store in particular is very bad! They need better ventilation.

I am in that store 3 days a week around 5:00 to 5:30 p.m. That is my pit stop for gas and restroom. I think it's too congested from getting in the front door to getting to the restroom. Too much stuff in the way. Bathrooms are usually okay, however they have not been lately. Please keep up.

Royal Farms is definitely a second tier quality convenience store (Wawa and Sheetz are examples of first tier stores. Royal Farms is disappointing. They all start out as nice shiny stores with really good fried chicken. When new, they would earn a 4-star review. But after a few years, they slip to about a 2-star level. Only the chicken keeps them from being a 1-star. I've watched the store in Ridley Park, PA near I-95 go through this spiral downward. Invariably, one or more bathroom fixtures is not working and a gas pump or two is out of service. The brown floor color looks dirty even when it might be clean. The personnel in the store don't seem to have the training that the first-tier stores provide. If it weren't for the chicken or for gas for the car, I would give up on Royal Farms altogether.

Convenient location for gas, and not usually too busy at the times Iâm there, which is plus. Iâd recommend the chicken sliders or tenders, along with the western fries as a side. I havenât had the chance to try other items yet.The one time I did have an issue with my order, they went out of their way to make it right on my next visit.

Food is good but they can't get an order right. Shame on me for not checking my order but got home and items I paid for weren't in the box.

So very clean. The food/sandwich area is different than the typical Wawa, and it's refreshing. Wasn't a fan of the coffee creamer. But the coffee was HOT and fresh. THAT was nice. The gas area was clean and easy to use. Easy to clean out your car while you fill. Easy in and out at the light. I'm curious to try their Fried Chicken.

Love those chicken wings. However i am going to change my rating to a 3 where previously it was a 4. I was there yesterday, Sunday and left around 1.42pm. I encountered a female supv with the durtiest green shirt i have ever seen on an employee in that store. She looked like she worked in a garage instead of an eating establishment. Was she cooking, no, but she was back in that area. Her unkept dirty shirt has cause me to rethink my stopping by just to get a couple chicken wings which i love. This is not a good look for this establishment. Maybe more shirts are needed by the employees.

Even though I am not a fan of fried chicken, the gas prices are alright. Although it can sometimes get slightly busy, it is usually fine in terms of being populated and the like. The most important part, however, are the slushees and milkshakes. My kids love them, and so do I ;)

I don't know that I've ever been to a gas station before where there was an hour wait for the food they were serving inside. That changed yesterday. The fried chicken at this place causes massive lines, but people wait anyway. If you're expecting this to be convenience store service where you're in and out in a few minutes, go to Wawa instead. However, if you're in it for the chicken, and you're willing to wait, this place serves up some tasty chicken that reminds me of places down south. Outside of the food lines though, this is a clean, will lit, friendly 24 hour gas station and convenience store. It feels very modern and new. There's a large staff, and it's a great stop if you're looking to refill your tank. I'm glad it's in the neighborhood.

Today I visited Royal Farms for the first time in Downingtown, PA because it is right down the street from my job, and I needed lunch. I ordered a pulled chicken sandwich on a hoagie roll with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. Not only was the sandwich not wrapped like a hoagie should be wrapped so it made eating it near impossible, butthere was also a whole thigh bone in the sandwich, and a full piece of fatty skin as well. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will never order anything chicken based from this location, and I will encourage others not to as well. Hopefully management will see this and attempt to rectify the situation.

Went in to get some chicken tenders, because it normally is the only chicken that's not dried out and the tenders are normally a decent size. I looked at the chicken tenders today and they were the size of nuggets, but because they were half the size of the regular ones, they did not offer more chicken or reduce the price. It is a rip off. Their sides are not tasty at all. Last time for me!

Cashier was rude. She was not paying attention and got annoyed because i asked for a refund. Sign says save a1.50 on 2 pks of cigs, so i ordered 2 pks. She only rang 1. So she gets my 2nd pack, no discount. So i explain i ordered 2 becuz of discount. She called for a refund to be made and was like she wants a refund to save a dollar, with an eye roll. Well if u paid attention to what i ordered we would not have had an issue. Very unprofessional and unpleasant girl. The guy who did the refund was very kind though. Stick with Wawa, way better service there and great happy attitudes.

The Cook is excellent. The staff is friendly. This is a brand new store, they are adjusting well to the high demand. They became popular very fast. You Guy's are doing a great job. I am also appreciative of the fair gas prices.

Been in a couple times, clean coffee good, ordered chicken 40 minutes wait for undercooked chicken. They chicken is nice but it has a slight spicyness to it. I like it just an informational for those that dont care for a little zip. They way they have there order system is confusing. They employees call out numbers. There is no order just randomly called. So people wait longer than others. The company needs a new system. There card is a plus. Will go again

This place was great when it first opened. I've given this place multiple tries I usually stop 11:00 11:30pm every other week just to grab a hot meal on the way home. Half the time the place is understaffed at night and the people working there are slow as molasses and this was the third and final straw the chicken was ice cold and you can tell the chicken was not fresh at all it's been sitting for quite a few hours. Funny because the Royal Farms in Maryland blows the Pennsylvania one away by Miles

I came here thinking they had deep fried Mac and cheese bites maybe if you came to the conclusion to start serving deep fried Mac and cheese bites there would be better review fix it.

Pretty quick service, has everything I need but the fries usually seem under ooked but that's probably how they are supposed to be. 3/5 chicken tenders were very very dry but it's still better then other fast food chicken places.

People will make mistakes. I make them every day at my job. There are 2 things that keep me going somewhere: The products and the customer service. Every place will have good service and bad service. The food quality here is wonderful. I haven't had food that wasn't full of flavor, fresh, and delicious. I started buying my local coffee here, on the days I used to go to Wawa. The coffee is delicious and hot, I like the cups they use, and they offer a wider variety of creamers. I found my candy fix here as well, with good prices, and a candy I never had that has become my go to.It also matters to me is how I'm treated when the mistakes happen and I explain them. Some places are dismissive about your concerns. I left a message for the manager here (his name is Matt). This man knows what customer service is. He listened to me. I can't stress that enough. He listened. And he cared. He could have done far less than he did for me and my family, and I still would have been happy with his response. No. He went above and beyond that. I will definitely continue to go here.Like I said. Places have good and bad service. And there may even be frequent mistakes with the orders at times. It happens. The people who serve us work hard, and asked to do a whole lot for a ton of customers. Then they have to do it quickly. We all know how people get when they have to wait. So perhaps we should focus more on the quality of what we get, and the customer service when mistakes are made.
