Absolutely...... It was one of the worst pharmacies you could ever go to get your medicine. The staff change on a regular basis, so you can never get someone that you can trust. They have screwed up my wife's prescriptions on a regular basis. I can't wait to see every single ride aid close.

The pharmacy is in a small strip mall and has plenty of parking. The place is kept very clean and check out staff is friendly. Always greeting and engaging good conversations on purchases. Coming to the pharmacy, there were delays sometimes, but mostly, the prescriptions are filled on time, and they have in stock. Good place to get the flu shots.

I have always enjoyed going to this pharmacy and the pharmacists are great, but lately i have been trouble with getting prescriptions refilled. They are refilling things i did not ask for, and then not refilling the prescriptions that i did ask for. Most recently i was given 2 90 day prescriptions for the same medicine within 2 weeks of each other, and then the prescription i actually asked for was not refilled. When i tried to straighten it out over the phone and in person, the new pharmacy assistants don't seem to understand how to operate their system and ask me things they should be able to look up like the prescription number, when was it refilled last, how many refills remain, etc. Ridiculous.

Why do they say the pharmacy is open until 9 pm, but half an hour straight can’t answer the phone? Certain things require a call.It’s been an hour and no pick up. Not really sure what’s up? Do you have specific phone hours?

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Never in my life have I been treated as horribly as I was tonight by the pharmacist Pat. It was really unbelievable. I left my name and number with the very kind cashier up front and she said she would have the pharmacy manager call me tomorrow, and I have plenty to say. I've encountered rude people before, but I've never been verbally abused the way I was tonight by Pat. She should be ashamed of herself. I am changing my prescriptions to another pharmacy, and I will not step into this Rite Aid location ever again.

Rite Aid location: 1249 Horseshoe Pike, Downingtown, PA 19335 - The worst pharmacy I've ever seen. Nobody knows what they are doing. Constant mistakes. Huge long lines at the pharmacy to simply pick up a refill. Long lines caused by their constant mistakes. Pharmacist cannot answer any questions. Stay FAR AWAY from this place. Go to CVS or Wegmans Pharmacy.

Love the Guthriesville Pharmacy. Everyone is always very nice. The Head Pharmacist has been there for years, he is so helpful. They don't come any nicer than him!

I have been coming to this Rite Aid for many years. Everyone in the Pharmacy is extremely friendly, helpful and wonderful. I absolutely love Pat & Sam, the both of them of have been so helpful, warm and caring. They should be recognised for their excellence.

Why doesn't anybody answer the phone? Option #3 to speak to the pharmacy DOES NOT work. I received a message from the pharmacy that the medicine prescribed to me required a pre-authorization. I tried to reach out to the pharmacy to find out if they were contacting my doctor. The phone rang off the hook. I called the doctor myself so that they could receive pre-authorization. When I was notified of approval, I then tried to call the pharmacy again. No answer. It rang off the hook. It wasn't until I chose the option to just stay on the line that I got someone. I'm very disappointed in the pharmacy. We'll be moving on.

Do not bother scheduling an appointment here. They will not follow through. I waited for 40 minutes after check in for a scheduled appointment at which point I had to leave. They were not busy.

There is a scam going on at this store. They charge you for something called "KIDCENTS" and when you question it they say that "you" signed up for it. Neither my wife nor I ever signed up for this, which means someone from the store did it and said we did. BE AWARE!!!!

The Rite Aid on Horseshoe Pike in Downingtown is a fine place. The clerks, pharmacy assistants, pharmacists and management all go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
