I really like this Rite Aid. They have a good selection of seasonal items and offer excellent selection of general health care and personal hygiene products. They are always very friendly.

Changed pharmacies and the staff here was amazing helping me out with that. Not only that but when came to pick up my medication , they went above and applied GoodRX coupon as I was looking for mine. My previous pharmacy didn’t cared to help with that. Thank you for caring!

I stopped in to pick up some sinus medicine. There are so many varieties I ended up asking the pharmacist for help. She took about 5 minutes listening to my issue and helped pick out something that helped alleviate my issues. I would have never gotten the relief I was looking for if it wasn't for her kind help. The store is always clean.

Pharmacy has always been good. I wish the personnel in the store were better. The front register is often unattended. Recently a very unpleasant employee was annoyed when I rang the bell so I could pay - she was obviously doing her own shopping because when she finally arrived she stashed some boxes of candy and make-up behind the counter before checking me out. I rate the pharmacy 4.5 and the rest of the store a 1, hence my 3 star rating. After this last experience I have decided to shop elsewhere.

These guys are the worst! 20 minutes per car at the pharmacy drive through. They literally spend 5 minutes wiping down the whole counter and inside the drawer after each customer so they can put paper bag in it...and there's a little bin in the drawer so you don't even touch anything!. Bit excessive I think..Slow...arrogant....poor poor service. Total attitude...prescriptions not ready when they say it will be.. happens everytime I go.

Came in asking about a product, said hi and began to ask my question. The lady cut me off and said " um hello first of all" like I hadnt greeted her. I'm from out of state. Would not recommend going to this location. I just walked out of the store. Dont want a front end person with an attitude problem. Highly recommend the company retrain or find NEW employees that will actually do their job. Highly disappointed in their training of employees!!!!!!!

Super clean and well stocked store. Assistant manager is the kindest and most considerate individual. The covid 19 shots are well organized and you couldn't find more caring people from start to finish. Kudos too all involved.

I have been coming here for at least 6 years. I love this place. They're awesome people and if they have a problem they now text me. I won't go anywhere else. All the people there are wonderful from the pharmacy , managers and cashiers. Have them text you from now on. I love this way of communicating..😘😘😘😘😎😎😎😎❤❤❤❤

The women at the register is very mean to the customers. She doesn’t know how to treat people. I was trying to buy some alcohol pads and disinfecting wipes then with a very bad actitud she told me that I was not allow to buy more that one of each product. I said, “ there is not sign that says anything “ then she said “ the sign is at the front door” I looked at the door and there is not sign that says anything related of what she was saying.I understand the message, and also supporting it, especially at this times. I just don’t think the way she talks to people is correct.

Excellent pharmacy staff, feels like a personal experience just for me ,and they take the time to know their customers. Always very pleasant ,helpful and accommodating My pharmasist name is Jerry,at the Rite aide on Lincoln Highway in Thorndale..He knows every med I take what I can take with prescribed meds and what is red flagged ,I trust them with my life,health and all my family needs also..Thks Jerry !!!

Our experience here used to be better, but on our las three visits thru the drive thru has been very unpleasant! Starting with the staff, they don't seem to get along and they are rude! You get to the window! And no how are you! No nothing! Then they ask you what you need with a very unhappy face! They say is 20 dollars! You pay! I Said thank you with no response! So we will take our businesses some where else! Like CVS! Thank you Cass for your unremarkable service!

It is always pleasant to shop in this store. The people are always helpful and the prices are always reasonable. There is also a nice selection of gluten-free snacks...something not generally found in pharmacies.

Very Rude! I submitted a refill request and when my wife went to pick it up they said they couldn't fill it. She waited there for 40 minutes. They should have called me to tell me this in the first place instead of wasting our time. Now it's a Saturday, doctors offices are closed and I'm without a cholesterol drug that I have to take every day for my health

The store manager rear ended my daughters car, not a big deal but this man provided false insurance / personal info. Not the guy I want around my prescriptions!!!!!!
