My pup Lana recently did her evaluation here. Staff is very friendly and answered all my questions and even toured the boarding facility with me. Very clean and modern. The report card and photos are a nice touch. She came home so happy followed with a very long nap! Already purchased a package and we’re both excited!

What a great experience boarding our dog for the first time! Loved the daily updates, and the fact that daily daycare is included!!Would highly reccomend, our dog came home exhausted from all the fun! She’s already looking forward to her next time she gets to go!

Daisy, our four (?) year old Jack Russell Terrier/Border Collie mixed rescue, received rave reviews for her evaluation session at the Playtime Pet Resort: Downingtown location. After touring and seeing the facility for ourselves, we decided that, since it appeared to be pristine and smelled fresh and clean, we’d board Daisy there for the three nights 🌙 encompassing my wife's surgery. And boy, did she have a blast!First, she couldn’t get up the steps and into the building quick enough, tugging and pulling me in tow behind her. Then, as though she was announcing that she was here and ready for her “vacation”, she vociferously barked about ten times as if to summon staff to the front desk. She eagerly greeted Christine, the Playtime location manager, barking twice as if to say, “I’m here and ready to rock and roll! Let’s go!”The report that I received after Daisy’ stay had fantastic things to say about her time there. They reported that she appeared to be happy and upbeat throughout the four days and three nights she was away from home. This from a dog with otherwise severe separation anxiety!Lastly, besides the excellent level-of-care (and a very important consideration for humans): there were no hidden costs; everything price-wise was made known up-front with 100% transparency!Daisy agrees with us: Playtime Pet Resort is the cat’s meow! Bravo! And well done! We shall return to Playtime for some of Daisy’s future boarding and/or day care needs!

We scheduled our pup, Noel, for an evaluation at Playtime in Downingtown PA today. She passed with flying colors. Prior to pickup, a report card was sent to me of Noel’s interaction with the other dogs and staff and how quickly she adjusted to a new environment. Playtime is very clean and well taken care of. The staff at Playtime in Downingtown are phenomenal. Christina answered all my questions and assisted with scheduling future stays for Noel. I had the pleasure of meeting the founders of Playtime, Cheri and her partner (don’t recall his name, sorry). When Noel was brought out to me, she insisted on going back in to play. That alone tells me Noel was treated extremely well and enjoyed herself with her new furry friends and human friends. I am looking forward to bringing Noel back to Playtime in Downingtown PA!! I highly recommend Playtime! If you are looking for a place for your pup to have a great time and get the care and attention needed, look no further!!! Playtime will not disappoint.

I take my Pug, Odin to Playtime in Downingtown and he LOVES it! He is always so excited to get there and see his doggie friends and his human friends. He actually pulls me along just to get in faster. The facility is always clean and doesn't have that "kennel" smell even though they provide boarding services.I can't say enough good things about the staff. It is very clear that they love dogs and love what they do. Literally, every person I have met and interacted with has been friendly, helpful and welcoming. And they all get to know and bond with the dogs.Odin and I are so happy to be at Playtime Pet Resort and highly recommend it.

Our family used Playtime Pet Resort for the first time this past week.. I was so impressed with the staff , the facility is fabulous, and my golden retriever loved every minute!! I can tell you we have used several facilities in the area .. Chester Springs/Downingtown/Exton area and Playtime ranks way above all the other facilities we have tried .. we will go no where else but Playtime Pet Resort!! Thank you for taking wonderful care of ourpup and for all the pictures you sent.. just a wonderful experience!!

Playtime Pet Resort is nicer than most hotels I've stayed in! The facility is beautiful and clean, with all the amenities your fur-baby could need. The staff is super accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. They go above and beyond for all the daycare dogs and boarders. They're the best around for sure!

Playtime is a premier daycare and boarding facility. The staff is really into making sure our Ellie who is a border collie has a full day. Dan and Cheri who own Playtime are fantastic people who care about our pet. Playtime is our go to and Ellie is excited when I say you want to go play.

I absolutely LOVE Playtime Pet Resort Downingtown! My dog Jax goes here for daycare and boarding. Everyone is so caring and they treat Jax like their own. The facility and boarding suites are immaculate. Jax has so much fun playing with the other dogs and always comes home a tired pup. He is also very comfortable boarding here and I know he is in caring hands. I highly recommend Playtime Pet Resort Downingtown.

Excellent daycare with a new state of the art facility that is clean and well maintained. Staff is wonderful and always looks happy to see Bear come in. He is a year and a half old German Shepard, with a lot of energy. I would recommend this business to everyone.
