This place is great! I have been going to this location for a couple of years now and I've always had a positive experience. This year they have soft serve ice cream on their menu; you can order some by itself or you can get a "stuffed" snowball which has the ice cream inside and on top of the snowball (pictured).There are picnic tables and a small yard in the back where you can play tether ball or corn hole.The service is always good even if it's busy. The owner is very nice and will gladly help you with recommendations and off-menu requests (ask for a Neopolitan!). It's affordable and better than Rita's.

Enjoyed it. Lovely, delicious like melt in your mouth shaved ice with such a lively and excellent serviced staff.I ordered the Tiger's blood and Mango which tasted amazing (I hate coconut btw so if you're a super huge strawberry mango coconut fan just get it)Then i got the grim reaper... and it was the most sour but sweetly satisfying thing to put in my mouth. Try them.

Nice little place, nice staff, cheap prices, and syrup flavors for the shaved ice are so realistic and delicious! I have been here three times, and recommend the "strawberry cheesecake", "fruity pebbles", and "red velvet cake" flavors.

These snowballs brought me back to my childhood 30plus years ago. Shaved ice so perfect it held the syrup, which was just sweet enough by not too sweet. The flavors of 100 to choose from were all good. If I lived closer I’d be there weekly. If you have never had a shaved ice, you need to try it! What a treat, thank you!

Pelican Snowballs offer a variety of treats to chose from. They will provide a treat for your dog if you go, it is only $2.00. They also offer a variety of flavors and they have a menu where you can chose from. The one time I went I requested a cotton candy snow treat, they said they didn't have cotton candy. I got birthday cake instead.

The service is impeccable! That one tall boy with the brown hair was very personable and helped me choose the best flavor combination possible. He knows so much about the menu and is a true expert in his field!!! I believe his name was owen. Keep it up owen!!!🤭

Easy parking, quick service, endless combinations. Make sure to try some of the add-ons like the marshmallow or the condensed milk. This is beyond shaved ice. Absolutely worth a try and highly recommend. There's also a back area where kids can play and benches and plenty of seating

First time here today and we loved it!!! Absolutely delicious and the prices are pretty decent! I had watermelon, my husband had blackberry and my son had rainbow. We actually thought it was much better than Rita’s, and there’s SO MANY FLAVORS! We will definitely be back!

A nice place to take the kids to get some cold shaved ice. 🍧 lot's of different flavors and no sugar options available. You can tell the owner takes pride with all the updates he does each year and maintaining a clean environment.

This is not water ice, it's shaved ice. Locally, they compete with Rita's, and though I enjoy Rita's, this is just a little better. They offer so many flavors, and the shave ice is smoother than other varieties of water ice. It reminds me of the kind of frozen treat you'd get on vacation. The owner is friendly and always willing to try whatever you want if you don't find a particular mixture on the menu. Love this place.

Surprisingly good!! I'm an ice cream guy, NOT a water ice or snowcone guy, so my expectations for a snowcone shop weren't very high, but this place is amazing! There are over 100 flavors, and each is very unique and flavorful. It's a snowcone, so the syrup does sink to the bottom and the first half is less flavorful, but the bottom is absolutely delicious. Impressive that a frozen water store could actually be good enough to rival an ice cream store!

Every time I've gone I've never been disappointed. All the flavorings are distinct and strong, especially when you add something like the sour spray. I wish they used a little less dye in the syrups and it was a little cheaper though.

Shaved ice, different from Italian ice and snowcones as it is much fluffier. So many options to pick from was hard to decide. Over 100 flavors. The lemonade is really tasty

Outstanding snoballs and service! Not only do I go there frequently with my family, but I also recently hosted a house party with Pelican's SnoBalls providing a surprise dessert. Everyone was so impressed with how good the snoballs were! Would highly recommend trying!

2 star only because the guy at the front was so nice. I got the Green apple snowball and it had over the amount of syrup needed by far. I could only eat half, thank god I got the kiddie size. I wont be back sadly. My fiance got the cheese cake, he said was very over sweet.

Love this place. Better then the big chain. So many cool flavors and u can mix and match. Prices are great and the amount u get is a bang for ur buck so to speak.
