So I would be giving 5 stars if it wasn't for the high prices and terrible rewards. I've been going to Sarah's like once a week with different family members visiting and we all 3 always get larges which I believe ran us close to 8 dollars which was okay because it's amazing ice cream and a cute little shop that smells like vanilla, but after spending close to 80 dollars I feel like something better than 2 dollars off my next 8 dollar ice cream should be offered. After realizing it wasn't a free small or medium and it was just 2 dollars off, I haven't been back. We tried macks which wasn't nearly as tasty but it also was half the price 🤷‍♀️Cookie Monster is literally the only flavor I ever get because it's so freaking good. I'd be giving 5 stars if it wasn't for not getting something better for spending so much money all the time.

Cute little ice cream shoppe. I tried one of the homemade flavors and one of the PSU. Cotton Candy and Coffee Break. Both were good. Staff was friendly and willing to answer our random questions. We sat outside, plenty of seating inside and out.

Fantastic ice cream with so many tempting flavors! Not only does this creamery serve up a nice selection of Penn State Creamery ice cream, they also have a mile long list of their own flavors with dietary restrictive flavors available! The outside seating is festive. The parking is plentiful. The service is friendly. They are also doing a great job with maintaining safe social distance. I look forward to visiting again and getting to experience the ice cream parlor atmosphere inside.

I loved this place. My first time here. Scooper was very nice. The place was very nice. Had books and a small children's area.Outside was a few yard games. And giant chair!

This ice cream is the best. Toppings bar no longer self serve but that's fine by me. Selection right now is minimized compared to my last visit but always delicious.

Phenomenal creamery. Arguably the best one I’ve ever been too. Every time I come here with the family it’s always a great time. The ice cream and frozen yogurt is always made to perfection and tastes like Heaven. The staff is always so nice, particularly one lady with black hair and tattoos who seems to run the place but wants no credit. She was awesome! I’d highly recommend Sarah’s Creamery! 10/10 will be back again and again!

We had a lot of fun meeting up with friends.The staff was very polite as I was playing with 5 years old boy.Kid-friendliness: Sarah's Creamery is an ICE CREAM SHOP. YES, it is very kid friendly . They are very friendly to Adult Kids like myself.

Hands down, top 3 ice cream joints that I've been to in my 37 years on this earth. The Happy Happy Joy Joy was phenomenal. Definitely spring for the home made waffle cone if you like them. It was delicious in its own right. My boyfriend loved his malted milk shake. We will be back very soon

I've gone here a few times with family or friends. The ice cream is great, and they also have Penn State ice cream there, which is a big draw for the business. They have a variety of ice cream products you can get, and I had gotten an ice cream cake from there before. Kinda out of the way for me personally, but it's a fun place to go to with friends and not have to drive all the way to Penn State main campus for Penn State ice cream.

Ice cream is good. Ordered a shake through Greer's next door from here. Had to wait in the Sarah's line for 30-40 minutes for the ONE employee on duty to turn around and take the already made shake out of a fridge. I mean come on. That long a wait to retrieve an already paid and made product? I know Greer's is its own place and the coordination can be hard but between two businesses find another solution than waiting in another line as your food gets cold. Absolutely ridiculous. You gotta find a better way.

Rented Sarah’s Creamery ice cream truck for my daughters graduation. Very happy with their service and the ice cream was delicious. Booking was easy and I highly recommend them!! Thanks so much to the two young ladies who arrived early and had everything to go on time. They were great.

i visited here recently in hopes of trying new ice cream, but unfortunately it wasn’t what i had hoped. i had not been treated very well by the girl with the nose ring, she was fairly rude to me. the ice cream itself was okay, but the customer service was not very friendly :( most likely won’t be coming back

Excellent quality ice cream. I got mint chip and butter pecan. Pure taste, no cheapening additives to cut costs. Taste surpasses ic creams available in grocery stores

Walked in on a Sunday evening with one family right before us, thinking our order would be taken within a minute or two... Unfortunately we waited for at least ten to fifteen minutes. Then, the person waiting on us was quite incompetent - more training needed! He walked around thinking of what to do, brought us the wrong item, and almost put dairy whipped cream on our vegan ice-cream. Mind you we have a dairy intolerance. Thankfully we caught it and a new item was made or it could have ended badly. That added 20 more minutes of standing in line. We ordered a LARGE vegan brownie sundae and in the end had a thin brownie and one scoop on top. How do you call that a large?
