Night shift black guy is very rude and has threatened customers in front of me. I know this because I worked with him. Even on camera in my face he was threatening myself. They said he didn't look like it. But now i just want everyone to know how serious rutters will take u. Not very serious. It's been a min since I worked there, but I still here things about this guy who cheats on his wife.

Do not drive off from the Dover store without checking your food !! Second time this week got screwed. Must have been a shortage on the chilli for the dogs .and tonight you cook all the cheese out of the sticks. Good help is hard to find .

Parking is terrible, but worse, they will try to rip you off if you have something free on the app. If you are getting something free from the app, make sure you know your total before going to the register. Cashier gave me a total that was more than what was showing on the screen. I told them that total was wrong and that my drink was free. They quickly canceled it and rang it up again, but of course it won't show the second time because it was already taken off the first time! Not my first poor experience here, but it is my last. There are other places to go for gas and snacks.

Coworker was racially profiled and the lady at the counter refused to accept his ID, then my white coworker went in an bought cigarettes and dutchmasters for my other coworker then the lady followed him out and said he was banned yelling, she didn't even look at his I'd or the other white lady that came in and bought cigarettes. I couldn't read her name badge from the car but she had a neck tattoo

If i could of gave it no star i would. Dont come to this rutters. Never any food made. Always long lines.. They a very disorganized. The worst rutters in the county. They should just shut it down. The Help here is no help.
