This place is always out of stock of so many items. I try to avoid it because it's always a hit or miss of having basic items needed. And the staff that takes care of the online orders are always so rude when they are doing the shopping. I've almost been hit 4 different times by the big carts they push around while filling the online orders. And they are so rude when they do it and don't even apologize. I avoid this store as much as possible! I've had to complain to the manager before about their online shoppers staff and how they are very rude and almost ran me down.

Self checkout is set to full volume. I mute it for sensory reasons but the it screams at me when I go to pay. Very unsettling. Otherwise fine

I can never find gluten free bread, and I wish lights are less bright or more yellowish, cuz this store gives me anxiety:( not bad choice of products though.

Giant really is my favorite grocery store but the the vibe in this store is abysmal. The folks in the pharmacy are very nice and I've appreciated their customer service as I'm new to the area but the rest of the team? When I checked out at the self checkout the other day, (Wednesday 9/27) as I was leaving there was associate standing at the self checkout that looked a little tense, so as I was leaving I made eye contact, smiled, and said have a good day and I was met w absolutely no reaction. Now, everyone's entitled to have a bad day, I get it, but this has not been a singular event. I'm still gonna shop there, it's the closest to my apt but, I wish folks were a little more courteous.Also the organic section could use a revamp.

The store is very clean but in the area in the deli where they prepare the food the floor and the kitchen is dirty I bought a sub and it was disgusting I tried to talk to the general manager and there was never a response I would like someone in the store to do something about it because in the area of the deli and kitchen is disgusting

It's a small Giant, so there are some things we want that we can't always find. But it works for us. They have the staples we need. And it's enough for our weekly shopping that we don't need to go elsewhere. Depending on the day of the week, you will find some shelves bare.

DONT USE THE BATHROOM! I walked in and wouldn't just held it if it wasn't an emergency. Toilet was disgusting with the toilet seat hanging on by the will of God himself. Imagine sitting down and sliding and having your skin touch the rim of the toilet. Which by the way had all types of stuff on it. Luckily I discovered this before I sat down because there was dirty though prints on the toilet seat that I had to clean off first . There wasn't any toilet paper but there was a dirty pad rolled up just sitting on the toilet paper dispenser. Shout out to the lovely customer service representative that got me some toilet paper despite it not being her job. She was extremely pleasant. There was hair and black stuff all over the sink the soap dispenser was gross and didnt want to touch it. Smell was horrible, urinal was gross but Honestly cleaner than the toilet (doesn't say much given the state of the toilet but I digress) the floor was covered in.. stuff. There was also graffiti on the door so . Also the diaper changing station was disgusting as well so I'd never put my baby on that. Suffice it to say just hold hold it. Or go in your pants. I went home and immediately showered and disinfected everything I touched and washed my clothes. Wiping on a seat that will shift pretty far at the slightest movement is hard and I'm almost certain I touched something and I wanted to vomit.

It's a fine store as you usually can find what you want and and the inside food court thing they have is awesome most the time especially the Chinese food place as we get stuff there alot . And giant is in my opinion one of the top 2 maybe with the best produce yet . Just don't like the prices sometimes on some things. But oh well lol

I don’t know what the cause is but every time I stop in after work they are always out of something that I need and I always end up having to make another stop somewhere else, today was the last straw, I needed to get a few cans of sliced red beets…….and low and behold guess what? Not one can of red beets on the shelf, just the empty spots where they should be, this was the last time I will shop at this store , I put everything else back and went to weis market and found everything I needed there, red beets included. This seems to be a constant issue at this particular giant, other locations I have been to are always fully stocked, maybe poor ordering? I will have to go another 10 minutes out of the way to go to weis but at least it will only be one trip instead of two.

Fast forward 3 years, it would apper that the Giant isn't concerned about the customers. Direct order pulled out of my bank twice, and the amount wasn't a small amout. Called the manager at the store, could barely understand him, called corporate and was basically laughed at. Sorry Giant you lost my business.A 1 star! Not only did you Steel mony for a day, but you took medication money. Do NOT ISE Giant direct!!

Giant is always good; clean, friendly, and well stocked. I didn't give them 5 stars because they're being like Weis. Namely, they dont label the food in the hot bar, you just have to guess. This is one of the reasons I stopped shopping at Weis, and now Giant is doing the same thing. Must be a lot harder to label hot food than I thought.

I would not recommend buying meats here. We bought "fresh ground pork" I'm not sure when it was freshly ground last week or the week before. But when I went to use this product 3 days after buying it, it smell like a dumpster behind a Chinese food restaurant. I'm not sure how I kept from vomiting everywhere. The meat was rotten needless to say, I'll take the extra time and use the local butchers from here on out. Not worth my family getting food poisoning

Store is always clean and items are typically in stock and easy enough to locate. Ms Cece is my absolute favorite cashier/employee . She is always very nice and super pleasant to be around.

Great store good specials weekly. One thing I don't like is the buy 2 get one free specials, when you don't have kids and you can't freeze the stuff can't buy it because we would waste it could have more specialized related to just two people

I'm new to the area , everyone was nice.. Eager to help,today had to return cheese that was cut too thick but they returned it with no complaints and apologized for the mixup, but also when I was as there yesterday they gave me advice aboutmoving into the area, an associate even told me of places to try.

They must not remove all sale markers on items when they expire. Too many times now I go to check out and it doesn't discount the item, now I have to call them over and then they have to go and double check the price make sure I'm not scamming them. It's always tedious. Well today was even worse when I called for help, the guy comes over and tries telling me it'll take the discount off after I swipe my credit card. I told him I've had this happen before and it usually takes it off before I swipe and I'm gonna get charged for it. He reassures me that it's not going to happen.... Well guess what happens, I get charged without the discount. So he calls over the manager and now she wants me to go over to the customer service desk (Which has about 4 other people in line) and go through the whole waiting and process for a $2 refund. If the guy there would have listened to me in the first place, I wouldn't have to go through all of that. I'm done with this place, I don't go there much because this happens frequently, but after today I'll stick with Weis Markets and Walmart.

I like the convenience of one stop shopping and gas, I see if you have a plug in car, can charge as well. Always easy to go in and out, love the different options of check out's. Friends have worked here. The wine and beer shops are convenient as well as Chinese food next door and Investments. All the shopping center needs is a mailbox store for shipping things, as well as dropping off dry cleaning

A line or two manned by people would be preferred at the main entrance near where the alcohol is sold. So that the older folks don't have to walk to the other entrance
