We came here to pick fresh strawberries. It is a fun experience to do with the whole family. They also have a place here to buy ice cream and light food. The staff and dogs were all extremely friendly. Plenty of free parking here as well. We had a great time and will be back for raspberries 😁

My daughter enjoyed every second we were at Barefoot Farm! We picked 3 quarts of pick your own strawberries and had some delicious ice cream. Their prices are great and they are so friendly. This was our first time there.. we definitely plan to go back this fall for pick your own pumpkins. 5/5 stars!

Barefoot Farms is a "MUST" if you live in Central PA. They have the best berries to pick. The farm fresh vegetables are also grown on the property. The ice cream shop is just perfect for when your done picking your 🍓.

This is a very well run family farm off the beaten path, but well worth the drive. I recommend going as early as possible and try to pick a cloudy day because berry picking can get hot and tiresome fast.Be sure to stop at the snack bar and pet the two very good dogs 😀

From strawberries and black raspberries, to sweet corn and pumpkins...you can't go wrong!! Small family owned farm that is the absolutely the cutest, most family oriented place! My kids loved picking their own berries and the strawberry sundaes are amazing!

Staff was kind, helpful, and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable/fair. Land/farms are beautiful, well kept/organized, and easy to navigate. Plenty of information and resources at your finger tips for quick reference (ie: clippers for pumpkins in buckets, wagons to transport, signs to guide you). I can't wait to come back during strawberry season and enjoy a new experience.

What an amazing experience. We arrived after hours(accidentally) and instead of turning us away, the owner was instead super pleasant and literally opened things back up just for us. Our 1 year old and 5 year old nieces had a blast picking berries and the ice cream was delicious. Definitely will be going back again!

Nice place, plenty of parking. It was pick-your-own for what I wanted (Black raspberries). Plenty of the berries. I'm not a fan of pick your own, though, and would rather pay a little more to have them already picked for me. The raspberry bushes were below waist high, so very difficult to keep bending over to pick them (I'm older). I ended up not getting nearly as many as I wanted - about 1/4 of what I wanted that day. I ended up going elsewhere to get some already picked black raspberries. However for youngsters and those without back problems, this is great. I then tried some ice cream from the little store they had. It was good and refreshing. Everyone there for either ice cream or produce was having a great time.

What a great place to pick your own strawberries and raspberries. Owners are friendly and make you feel like old friends as soon as you arrive. Be sure to save time after berry picking to enjoy ice cream too. Their Strawberry Sundaes and thick milkshakes are a must. Places to sit and eat your treats with a wonderful view.

Went with my two littles today. (Ages 6 and 1) all of the people who worked/lived there were so friendly and helpful. The strawberries were nice and juicy! We picked 4 quarts of strawberries and had a fun time. They have a nice little play area and a tire swing, a delicious ice cream stand, and some picnic tables set up to enjoy your goodies. We will definitely be back for raspberry picking!

This was a really cool place. Picking your own strawberries was both easier and harder than I expected—it wasn't very hot and the bugs weren't bad, but the bending over sure is tough! They also have an ice cream stand which I enjoyed and got a strawberry sundae with the strawberry syrup made from their own berries, I only wish they made more of the ice cream items they sold from ingredients they grow themselves, I would love that fresh from the farm taste

This is such a great place! Lots of berries available to pick and they were delicious too! Cute ice cream shop for yummy treats when you're finished picking. Will definitely be going back again!

Berries were a tad small. The marking system was highly visible. I know they plant different berries but there was no indication of what variety and whether they were sweeter than one or the other. Ice cream shop is a little perk. Cicadas were in full force!

I love taking my family to Barefoot FarmsNot only do I take them for the strawberry picking. I also take them for raspberries. We've also attended Barefoot farms for their Halloween. Their food that they serve there is sensational. You can't be the personalities of individuals that work there I don't think I've ever met anybody on barefoot Farms that has ever had anything but Sweet Disposition and ever so helpful.

We love this place!! I have taken my boys there to pick berries every year since my oldest has been around 4...he is now 16! It is a nice atmosphere and a great place to do a fun family trip tht isn't terribly far from home....

We went for pumpkins. I thought there would be more for the kids to do. The large Trump and gun signs were a turn-off. That and the desolate atmosphere put a damper on the experience. Maybe we'll try in the spring for strawberries.

Ten out of ten would recommend 😁!Wow what an awesome experience it was at the Barefoot Farm.The atmosphere was very peaceful.The owners (husband and wife) were extremely down to earth and very genuine.This particular day it wasn't crowded and there was plenty of parking.My 7year old son had a great time and experience.It was his first time picking raspberries.He asked to go back.So we will be making another trip there real soon!P.S.the Strawberry Sundae was delicious 😋!!!!!!Thank you Barefoot Farm!
