It's an okay place..Some nice specialty items, but they would not order me a product that is available through Ace as they need to order several... I need only 1 and they did not want to stock it... not too good when I can get the products that they supposedly sell and I need...

We have been coming here for years, every time they have ALWAYS been helpful with finding what you need and a bit of friendly advice. I enjoy taking the time to look through the store, you never know what you may find and actually need. Excellent customer service, staff has been there for years, last visit Tuesday 12-15-2020 they were currently doing the store over, but had helpful signs and staff to guide you around nonetheless. Even though they were all busy assisting customers for the upcoming snowstorm, they maintained their friendly and helpful attitude, which they all should be commended for.. Cannot wait to see the new store layout, thank you all at Douglassville Ace Hardware for all you do to help out

This small business is great. The employees are friendly. I try to support them as much as possible over big chain retailers. I appreciate the variety of products offered. I would exclusive shop here if they offered everything I needed, ie.. wood, drywall, etc...

Love this place. Staff goes above and beyond to help. Has that home town feeling, not like the big-box home stores. Prices seem very reasonable and selection is good, especially in the paint department. Handle Craftsman tools too. Oh, and great place to go for outdoor grills.

This is a great staple to the community. Friendly, helpful staff that aren’t over bearing.Today I bought a Stihl power head with a bush trimmer attachment and the gentleman who helped me went above and beyond from start to finish.You just don’t get that type of customer service anymore.

I've been in this store several times now. They don't carry everything but they sure carry a lot. There are a lot of ( I didn't know I needed that) items. The prices are competitive with the box stores. When you enter their store someone is always available to help you. If you sign up for a store card you will be sent good coupons regularly. Check them out! 👍

I called in to ask about an item I saw online and wanted to purchase from their store. First, I'd like to say I have always been impressed with the staff whenever I have called or gone into the store. They are always pleasant and extremely helpful. Second, I am even more impressed with the length they are going to in helping to protect the health of their employees and customers during this unprecedented time. Kudos to Weaver's Ace Hardware!

If you plan on having something shipped just don't rely on expected delivery..... Especially during the holiday time.I had some problems with delayed expected delivery time. I really needed my item before my work week started (Wednesday) I was told my item would arrive late Tuesday. Which wasn't going to work. Originally scheduled for Thursday the week before... lucky one of the employees or owner called me and resolved the issue. They delivered my product within the next couple hours, so now I have time to do what needs to be done without worrying if it's going to get done in time.I really appreciate whoever it was that stepped in to resolve my problem as my initial phone call no one was there to help. We do love the convenience of having a hardware store only a couple miles away. I'm happy we can still use and rely on them. Thanks again for the help. And happy holidays!

This is exactly what I want from a neighborhood hardware store. 5 minutes from the house, incredible customer service, and most everything I need. I know Ace doesn't have the purchasing power of the 2 big box stores and that means the prices are a little higher, I am willing to pay more at Ace instead of going to the other guys. When you walk in the door at Weaver's you're greeted and asked what you need help with.

Excellent. They have hard to find items that you can’t find at the big box stores. They have some neat Knick knacks that the woman seem to enjoy. Staff is friendly and always helpful. They have a frequent flyer punch card for propane also. Look for the coupons they mail out as some good deals can be had

Went in to buy a drill and a snow shovel. Was in and out without any problems. The staff was helpful. In hindsight I may not need the snow shovel due to the weather.
