This Wawa used to be great even for it being busy. I used to work for Wawa as an FBM, so I know what the standards are and this store isn't even close to touching them. The last 2 times I went in I waited almost 20 minutes just to be told the fries I ordered wouldn't be ready for another 10 to 12 minutes. The hot cases are always empty. The express case is always empty. The cold box is always trashed. The place has really dropped in quality since the one of the managers quit last November. Sounds like the store needs a new GM who actually knows how to motivate their employees. It's clear that morals are low and the employees look miserable.

I am disgusted after seeing the “Outside Service” cleaning crew mopping the floors with Water that looks like they went down to the Susquehanna River to fill the buckets. I returned the items I was going to purchase and left. I must be spending to much time in Wawa’s because the more I go to them the more I see things that absolutely disgust me or bother me. I defend this company as I have been visiting their locations my entire life. I think maybe they are growing to a point where they no longer have control or are able to uphold that values that got them where they are today. I now have another location to cross off my stops on my travels along 422.

I buy gas and an occasional hoagie and they’re ok. Last night 12/5 at 8:pm I stopped in for a 1/2 gallon of milk. I was surprised that the sell by date was 12/7. 28 hours from the time I was going to buy. I don’t go through milk that fast. I’m 65 years old so I remember when Wawa was basically an outlet for their dairy products. Apparently they don’t sell much milk anymore. Went to Redners across the street, expiration date was 12/17. 10 days later than Wawa’s and $.47 cheaper.

Went in on a Saturday at 5 a.m. hoping to snag a premade breakfast sandwich. None were even out. So I ordered a breakfast BURRITO and I got a breakfast quesadilla well done. After close to 10 minutes waiting for my item the employee called my number 590. When I told him this wasn't a burrito and with a quick look at his monitor he said "I'm sorry, I can remake it for you". I'm on my way to work. I don't have time for screwups to be fixed. That is why when shopping at a Wawa you pay the premium fee for convenience. Not pay extra money for no frills food and have it remade, because an employee does not have adequate help or training.Also as the line grew longer the other employee behind the counter continued to open food bags and prep for the day.

I have watched someone with a black shirt dropped pretzels on the floor and put it back to serve other people.I have demanded that they throw the whole first tray out. But all they did was take it back to the back and sat them down. I told them that I was going to report them. I will not be returning to this place ever in life. It's not safe eating at this establishment. I will be calling corporate office in the morning. This happened around 8:45 pm tonight on a Monday October 16th 2023. No one would give me the girls name.

I MUST make my Wawa run every day. I'm surprised all the employees don't recognize me and say Hi and ask my name by now 🙃. I have to go around 11-12 noon for either their awesome smoothies, creamy milkshakes or a new drink that may be out at the time. My favorite is the Matcha (?) cream smoothie with either vanilla, chocolate chips or chia in it. Or I also just get it over ice. I love that they give you the option of what type milk you'd prefer. I love Oat milk. I always have protein and energy added to my choice of beverage that day, if it's an option. Then I must, I know I shouldn't cuz it's good for you, but the sugar cookies at checkout where the soft pretzels are, they are ligit awesome! I can not go in get my drink of the day and just not look at those cookies right there when you pay 🙃 lol! I'm telling you, they must be a winner-winner chicken dinner ( hahaha) because they are sold out a lot. Good thing for me I guess. Gotta keep my womanly figure. But, that's not all, just the wide variety of crazy good drinks, they have hot coffee of all different types...cappuccino, etc...I just prefer cold. Now, after 4pm it gets packed dye to the fact they start serving dinner. OMG 😲. I have not unfortunately been able to try all they offer due to my digestive issues, but, what I have tried, which is pretty much, they do not disappoint in any way whatsoever. Their hamburgers are my favorite 😍. It's not some frozen beef patty ( hey, I've heard that somewhere before). I always build my own burger. So many choices to pick from to put on your burger. This meat is thick, juicy and hanging off the bun sometimes. And it's misformed so u know it was hand ✋ made. Their fries are ,well, great. They have a lot of other sides too. Of course their hoagies which you can get all day are packed either if you take their version or build your own. This has nothing to do with food but they have 2 🏧 machines and they don't charge your account for using them. And my favorite, yes, I have a LOT of favorites, the scratch off tickets. Hey, I don't play any lottery, just scratch offs. Better chance you'll win something. I have won quite a lot on some tickets. It only takes one. So, hey, this is not my first post about "my" Wawa. It's always been the same. It's the best convience store by far. And I guess a lot agree being how crowed it is, like all the time. Ligit true statement. I am addicted to a convience store 😩. How crazy is that 😳 😅 🙃 UPDATE... I drove by today, 11-8-23 to get gas, but just an FYI to those who don't know all the pumps are closed, there's a big high hole dug in parking lot, so if y'all need gas gotta go elsewhere. Hopefully won't be closed down for long. But, thank God, the store still open. Yum!! The Turkey Bowels this time of year are bang'in y'all!!! 🦃.Parking: It's so super cool but every time I go on my daily Wawa run no matter how crowded, and it's ALWAYS crowded, the same disabled parking space is open! It's so weird. But very 😎 cool! They know I'm coming!! HahaWheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair parking plus a side door to go in just for wheelchairs.

I was a manager at wawa for years. So know the 6 core values like the back of my hand. 10:40 this morning the women handling coffee and drinks was so rude and just plane disrespectful. The Colombian coffee was out, I tried to get her attention but she was talking to another coworker. so I flipped the handle forward so she knew it was out. She ran over so fast flipped it back with a smack in front of my face. The flys hovering around the pots flew away with fear and terror. She made no eye contact with me instead of changing the coffee pot out so I had fresh coffee. She waited for me to be done made eye contact and put a fresh pot of Colombian up. What the hell is that Wawa?! Disgusting behavior for a employee

Was in on 12/24/2022 around 5pm and my cars battery decided to die at the pump. One of the cashier's came out to the car and pushed it away from the pump so I could jump it with my portable charger. I only wish I could have gotten his name to make sure that he gets the proper recognition. I am so thankful for him. He could tell it was really upsetting to me. He was so nice! This man is definitely a gem to have working at Wawa!!

Fuel pumps are for pumping fuel. Parking spaces in back and in front for in-store shoppers. Absolutely hate wawa and their lack of ability to do anything about the rude humans who leave their vehicles at the pumps like parking spaces. Every wawa has this problem. People leaving the pump with the nozzle in vehicle... rude. Not sure if it is illegal in pa, but if you're really pumping gas and the nozzle doesn't trigger, who is cleaning that mess up and paying for it?

This is by far my favorite Wawa. When I first moved to the area I would actually drive to another store because this one had issues. Things started improving several years ago and now I am always there. They do a great job of keeping the store stocked and if for some reason they don’t have something, the employees are great about checking to see if theres more in the back. The employees are AMAZING and the main reason I keep going there. They do a great job of keeping the store clean and stocked, are always helpful and polite & always have an upbeat and cheery attitude, even with the craziness they have had to endure this past year. As long as they keep doing what they’re doing I will forever remain a #00282 customer!

The people who prepare the ice coffee need a little more training there’s only one person there who can make a good coffee and it’s not the younger ladies but everything else is your standard wawa

This is the only Wawa that I know of that stops making/selling coffee after 8:30pm-ish. I don't know if it's because they can't be bothered at that time to make it or if sales volume doesn't justify it... just find it slightly odd.

So i had an issue one night and i was given the wrong soup. We ordered a chili and we were given a chicken noodle. I called and talked to a team member dean and he was very well and proper. He took care and handed the situation perfectly. Today is saturday august 20th at 2:00am and we went to go get our chili that they had messed up and a wonderful night crew member dean and zach i believe his name was very nicely got our soup and was very nice to us and apologetic of the situation! So thank you guys for taking great care of your valued customers !!! We will be back soon !!

So disappointed.... ordered a sandwich and got nothing what I ordered on it, along with things that I'm allergic to added onto the sandwich... If I could give this Wawa a 0 I would. Maybe if your staff making the food was less worried about showing off/ oogling at the scatily dressed young girls, my sandwich would be made like I ordered it... I mean seriously you have a print out list of everything that goes on the sandwich.

Store is usually clean and well organized on the overnight shift. However on occasion on the weekend it is not. With debris at the entrances and on the sidewalks it is not a good appearance for the first approach and lends itself to a dirty reputation. The night manager is very snobby and quite frankly unfriendly. Not the personality you need from customer service in such a wonderful organization.

The restrooms here are always disgusting. Trash can over flowing with feminine products. Floor and toilet wet with who knows what. If you have to use a restroom, don't go here.

I love Wawa and always will. But our wawa is so dirty! The coffee station bar is a mess! Hire one person just to clean that area all day long. Other stores always have one person cleaning theirs all day.

I was actually going to write a average review for this location but the customer service brought it back up to a 5 star review. My lottery ticket got stuck in the machine and waited 10 minutes for the manager to come over and get it out. But between Tracy and the manager they were super friendly and apologetic, even letting me have a free iced coffee. Customer service goes a long way in this industry so I just wanted to give a shout out for rectifying and solving a problem correctly

I love that Wawa had the containers of marshmallow bits, like the tiny marshmallows in hot chocolate. I add the marshmallows to my coffee, as well as French vanilla creamer and a lot of sugar. Although most people would probably think it was too sweet, I just love it! And as the marshmallows start to melt in the hot coffee, it gives it that extra something that makes you say, "Wow, was that good!" After you take the first sip. Because of how much I love a cup of Wawa coffee, I find myself going a little out of my way so I can go to a Wawa versus stopping at a different but closer gas station.

Just beware that management is not enforcing customers to wear masks. While I understand employees safety is important, knowing this before you enter a business that has a “mask required” sign on the door and throughout the store, it is important to customers with health risks to be aware it’s not enforced before entering.

Always pleasant. Food is especially good for a convenience store. Hoagies are awesome fresh made to order whatever you want on it. Good place for a quick visit. Rarely have to wait long. Gas prices in line with others in the area. Highly recommend.
