They were very helpful in helping us pick out high quality, great looking carpet that was within our budget. The installation crew did a wonderful job, even with some obstacles they had to go around, and they even cleaned up very well at the end. We are very happy with all the services provided!

This flooring company is excellent to work with! They care about their customers' satisfaction and stand behind the products they sell and install.We bought and had installed 1,000+ Sq. Ft. of flooring. My Dad's was fair with their pricing and responsive in their scheduling and communications. The true colors of a business come out when there are challenges. We ended up running into product failure that was not directly the fault of My Dad's. That being said, when the prominent manufacturer wouldn't stand behind their own product, My Dad's stepped in and decided to make things right on their own accord. This speaks volumes about their business ethics and how well they treat their customers. We really appreciate Jay and his team running such a reputable business, and there is no doubt we will be purchasing more flooring from My Dad's in the near future. We sincerely recommend My Dad's.

Jay, Sarah and their entire team have been wonderful to deal with. We had all of the flooring in our home replaced with hardwood, and they were so helpful with everything from start to finish. We found My Dad’s Flooring at the recommendation of a friend who had used them several years ago. Our experience with them was extremely positive from beginning to end. We replaced the flooring on our entire first floor, which was a big job and a significant investment. Stoney was very knowledgeable and helpful with our selection of materials, and we never felt pressured in any way. Jay came out and did our measurements and estimate, and filled in the details on installation and answered all of our questions. Our installer, Jeff, did and excellent job and we were very comfortable with him in our home. Overall, My Dad’s exceeded our expectations and we will be back when we’re ready to tackle the upstairs!

We have worked with Dad's flooring on a prior project and had a great experience but unfortunately this experience did not match that! When it comes to planning the install, everybody was awesome! We loved their positive attitude and willingness to help! When it came to the day of install and the actual install, I had many concerns. They sent one person to do my three-story home when we were informed differently. The person they sent made many inappropriate comments regarding women as well as jews as he stood just feet away from a menorah sitting in my home. I brushed it all off because we were desperate to get this project completed. The project was very unorganized as he jumped from one room to the next on separate floors therefore, we couldn't really maneuver the animals and our family safely and appropriately. Working one floor at a time would have made it much smoother and safer not just for us but for the worker! Once the project was complete, we walked around our home and saw missing trim, gaps in the flooring and uneven trim. Again, we left this all go because we were desperate to have a finished project and we weren't comfortable speaking up due to prior comments that were made. A few days after the completion of the project we received a call asking about the project and we expressed our concerns regarding the comments and were met with no surprise as they know this person tends to be a talker. After that they informed us there was an issue with billing and they were taking a big cut due to their error, it was a bit uncomfortable because I wasn't sure what they wanted me to say. Like, thank you for the discount or let me pay you the difference of your error? Just really uncomfortable. I was just really taken back by this whole experience because it was so different from the first time, we worked with them. The unprofessional and antisemitic comments made will lead me to pick another company if further projects are needed. I hope others have a better experience and I hope My Dad's flooring provides training to their staff to avoid these issues moving forward. Aside from that we did spend a large amount of money only to have to fix the issues pictured as the gaps and lack of trim are scattered throughout the whole home.

From the start it was a great experience. Sandy in the showroom, was both personable and knowledgeable. The showroom is beautiful with a wide selection of flooring. I then interacted with Sean who did the measurements and he was willing to answer my questions. Jason, the installer was excellent. I had some cut out areas in my laundry room and he did such a good job laying the floor.They also offer a nice financing option.I highly recommend My Dad’s Flooring and will use again in the future.

My wife and I could not be happier with the experience and the results. The owner, Jay, took an interest right from the beginning and made sure we got what we wanted at a fair price. He stayed involved throughout. Sandy came up with a great idea how to make our house look even better with some contrasting flooring on the stairs. Jeff, who did the installation was friendly, professional and did a great job. If I could I would give them more stars. I highly recommend them.

My Dad's Flooring has done numerous flooring projects throughout our home - a complete first floor and basement remodel with Luxury Vinyl Planks and carpet. More recently, we've used My Dad's for new carpets up our stairs, in our second floor hallway, and all bedrooms. The installers are always so kind, professional, and clean. We love the finished products! We will definitely continue to use My Dad's for all future flooring needs.

When we decided that our current home was going to be our “forever home” we started to make a “to do” list of all the improvements we wanted to start making. First up were our floors. Several rooms in our house had the original carpet and padding, now that our kids were no longer destroying all “nice” things it was time for an upgrade. Supporting local businesses is a big deal to us so we contacted three companies in our area, My Dad’s Flooring being one of them. Right from the beginning their customer service was on point - friendly and very responsive. They immediately made you feel like you were just as important as family. But that wasn’t the only positive - their prices were hands down the best! I’m addition, they were honest in helping us make the best choices for us not for their business! We laid out a long term plan with them for whole house reflooring, starting with our upstairs. Carpets in the bedrooms and hardwood flooring in the hall way. Two different crews but same overall quality of installation. And I don’t say that lightly, my stepfather was a floor installer with his own company for years - he was even impressed! The crews were professional, careful, meticulous and friendly. Honestly, I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. Next up was our entire first floor - replacing everything with hardwood. Same crew who came last year for the upstairs hallway came for this massive job. Same experience as last time! True masters of their trade. We didn’t think you could have a love affair with floors BUT we are SO in love with how they turned out!!! We have and will continue to recommend My Dad’s Flooring to all our local families.

Everyone that I have encountered at My Dad’s Flooring have been genuine, kind, and respectful. I like to support local businesses and this is a family owned company. The prices can’t be beat. From free quotes to installation and to financing I have been more than pleased. My floors look amazing. I will definitely hire them in the future when I am ready to complete my downstairs as well.
