A morning visit is fine but evening visits are horrible. Three straight nights my coffee I order it was made incorrectly label was right, but they seem to add whatever they want in the cup. Just wanted to say thank you to the employee behind the counter who helped make a bad day better for me. All I could say I wanted was something hot. I was simply asked to you like sweet? do you like chocolate? I answered yes to both and was given one of the best lattes that I have had in a long time. It made a really rough time a little easier. Such a simple jesture of kindness made a huge impact. Thank you.

I go here before work on Saturdays and Sundays. They sometimes take really long to give me my drinks and food through the drive thru. Today I ordered a caramel iced coffee with extra cream and sugar and a sweet tea with extra liquid sugar. I went to drink my coffee and it tasted like water. There was like no sugar or cream and no caramel. Also, my sweet tea tasted like coffee. So I just paid for two drinks that I didn't drink because they were made wrong and tasted gross. I will never go to this one again.

This used to be a very quick drive thru and very efficient. Has definitely gone down hill. Took about 10 to 15 minutes with about 5 cars in front of me. Got a Boston creme donut and they put it chocolate down in the bag so when I pulled it out all of the chocolate stuck to the bottom of the bag. And they had no sweet and low.

AFTER verifying (over phone) this particular store had their dining area open, for the past 4 weeks on Saturdays at 6 p.m., I had been properly social distancing and enjoying my iced beverage at the few tables they had available, which were not marked with prohibitive signage, trying to respect the social distancing aspect of our state's green phase. Today, however, after I had ordered drinks for me and my wife, and had previously seated her at one of those tables, an employee (who identified himself as a supervisor) informed me that the dining area is not open. When I asked him when did this change, his reply was that it had not ever been open. I briefly recounted my previous 4 visits as a dine-in customer. I pointed out that there was no signage stating their dining area was closed, as I had made it a point to check on this during previous visits. He replied that there should be a sign on the door, but there wasn't. I would really enjoy conversation with the manager for this site, because I do not believe that the supervisor was dialed in to what the staff and crew were permitting for weeks on end.

Drive through only. There is nothing telling you what doughnuts they have on any given day and they wait until you get to the window to pay to tell you that they don't have what you ordered. Very disorganized way of doing business. Maybe even just a paper printout of the day's doughnuts taped to the menu board would save a lot of people time and frustration.

Its ok. My rating for any Dunkin' Donuts is based on how hot the regular coffee is and how it tastes. It was on the hot side of tepid, but still fresh. The toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese was good.

I use to be a every day customer but not any more I rather drive the extra 8 min to another location. The past three days I get a Carmel latte hash browns and bagel.Day 1. Latte ‘s has no Suga unless you ask.no Carmel. This had a inch of Suga in the bottomBagel wasn’t toasted as requestedDay 2 : latte only had milk no coffee what so ever.Day 3: latte was so nasty coffee tastes old and never got the Carmel insideHash brown where burnt!!!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!

Ordered egg and cheese wraps, most of them were cold and, on two of them, the egg slid right out. We usually get excellent service from this Dunkin, and drive farther because the one closest to us in Stowe is truly terrible, both the service and the food. But now it seems this trend has followed into Douglassville. Extremely disappointed.

Bad customer service. One lady in specific is constantly cursing with children around, addressed my friend and I as "rascals," and constantly complains. She had a fit every time someone orders multiple items. Very rude. I've encountered her every time I've come here in the past few weeks. Good food, bad customer service.Edit: Turns out shes the manager. WOWEdit #2: IT KEEPS GETTING WORSE. She just made out with her boyfriend in front of the whole place.

I came in yesterday morning to order some food fir 6 people. And while waiting I watched a boy cleaning the drive thru area when a Manager proceeded to go up and berate the young man saying Very disparaging and cruel things to him. I felt so bad for this young man. Extremely uncalled for.There was No Reason for the Manager to act the way he did to this young man whatsoever period. I am so disgusted I'm not going back there again. Nothing like someone in charge taking out their bad laundry out on an sweet innocent child.

I have been going to this dunkin VERY regularly for 5 years and in the past couple times I have gone here the service has been absolutely terrible! It has been taking abnormally longer to get my order and then when I do actually get it the order is screwed up! The first time they didn't have plain or everything bagels?!? I literally got my coffee and ended up driving to another dunkin down the road. Another time I ordered a Carmel coffee and there was no Carmel. Then this morning I ordered a macchiato that was 99% cream and 1% espresso. Just disgusting. I refuse to go to this location any longer you guys really need to get it together.

Service was never great here, however it's gotten worse recently. The employees only seem interested in taking care of the drive thru. I waited along with two other people in line as the employees BS'd and took care of the drive thru orders. All we got was occasional glances until they reluctantly decided to help us.

This is more a warning than a review. In the age of Corona, the employees here don't wear gloves when making food, as is required. Next time, If I see them not wearing gloves, I will be taking pictures and reporting this location to the state food safety inspector.

How do you mess up an order of regular coffee with three sugar and three cream? They put some cream in. No sugar. I was driving and started drinking it and it tasted so bland! Not at all what I ordered. We drove back to the same dunkin and just took the sugar ourselves. Somehow they also messed up my daughter's donuts.. is it really that hard ?

Every single time I order an americano I get black coffe. Every time I’m there I feel like the staff hates me and I am annoying them. I made coffees with previous jobs. I’ve been in CS and I am a very easy customer.. don’t know why an associate literally just walked away from me after rolling her eyes Bc she couldn’t get my receipt.

I did not visit this location but it's original location up the road..ordered avocado toast..must have passed the bread OVER the toaster and not enough avocado to even cover bread..dont know why I expected little tomatoes..picture maybe? Anyway it turned me off of ever ordering again!

Stop by around 11am - Ordered a signature hot latte and got it just under a lukewarm temperature and they didn't even put the whipped cream. I could tell by the taste that it wasn't fresh coffee either. Very disappointing 👎🏻

Order an iced coffee with cream and sugar. Asked for one pump of the mocha, the store manager repeated only one pump of the mocha. I said yes please, I don’t even think there was coffee in the cup. Terrible service especially if the store manger is messing things up.

Extremely slow service.Donuts are advertised on the board for $.99, but we were charged $1.09. The cashier gave me a hard time when i called him out on it. He said the manager must have put it on the board wrong.Slow and overcharged 10%. I won't be back.

Haven’t received a bad coffee yet and the staff knows my orders based off my on the go name! When I order something unusual they even double check it’s correct for me. Great location!
