I enjoyed it here. I got a pizza, a cinnamon sugar soft pretzel, and an apple juice. The food was really tasty. Will definitely enjoy Sheetz made to order.

Came at midnight because its the only place in the entire area open. McD’s is closed so this is the only place possible to get food. Think theres only 1 persons working to fulfill 10 persons orders. I would not recommend stopping here for food unless you are willing to wait 45 minutes to get a fried food.

I'd give 10 stars if i could. Outstanding place, especially for us truck drivers who are limited to only certain places to park, eat, ect. Food was perfect, store has a large variety of drinks and snacks. Plenty of room to park and move around. 👍🏼👍🏼

Donegal sheetz needs better snow removal someone is going to fall and get hurt, also the bathrooms and the store is very dirty. For a new store it’s a shame it needs better maintenance…..

Big variety of great food made to order. They were fairly quick pumping out people's orders one after another though I think I only saw 2 employees in the kitchen and it seemed more than busy enough to warrant another set of hands.

Very slow MTO orders. The two people working are working as quickly as they can, but this location on the weekend is the only place outside of McDonald's.With two young kids we stopped to grav food QUICKLY but it was not quick at all. They definitely need extra workers to help at this location. We are going on about an hour before we have food and there are still 4 orders ahead of us. Again, the workers are doing their best, but the volume coming through needs to have more staff to crank out orders.

Definitely some growing pains for this Sheetz. I put an MTO order in one evening and waited 20 minutes. It became very clear that the staff were new and still learning. In that 20 minutes, I saw maybe 2 orders delivered to the very large crowd of people that had piled up waiting for orders. I had to go back up to the main counter and request that they cancel my order and give a refund. To their credit, they did so with an apology. But this place needs to ramp up their staff and capabilities. It's going to get busy seeing as it's the only Sheetz nearby and is directly off of the Turnpike.

This Sheetz has to have the most incompetent employees I've ever experienced. I've ordered food (an hour ahead of time) 4 times now and every time my order has been screwed up. From wrong flavorings in drinks to entire missing subs. They need to hire an entirely new food crew that can count to 2.

One particular MTO employee is horrible (the one that’s supposed to be the final check on the orders). Constantly rude to customers. Missing condiments and utensils numerous times so now I check my orders before I leave. Today, she questioned why I was looking in my bag that she had tied up. She assured me multiple times everything I ordered was in the bag but put “extra” sauces of what I ordered on the counter. After taking everything out, sauces were once again missing from the bag. She clearly forgot to put them in and tried to get me to stop checking the bag so I wouldn’t realize her mistake. She never once apologized. Very slow day too - you’d think they could get the only order in the queue 100% correct.

Order number 916 on 10/8/2022. I ordered a simple large chai tea latte. I put my order in at 12:22pm and finally received my order at 12:53pm. People in front of me that ordered way after me got their food and drinks before me. Don’t waste your time here SUPPORT THE LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS SILVER HORSE COFFEE instead they are only another mile up the road and their product is so much better.

Normally a Sheetz fan. But just left Donegal hungry after waiting over 35 min for my MTO which was a basic turkey and cheese sub only to find out that they hadn't even started it yet and it was looking like another 30 min or longer. Lots of other people also waiting.

Getting truck diesel is a nightmare in the early morning. Jim the supervisor said my card would not swipe even though the blue loghts on the machine would not light up. I had to go to the ATM and pull out cash because that swipe did work. The diesel register is slow and locks up all the time. Trying to get a receipt after fueling is also a problem with the supervisor. 2 of the diesel pump leak from the hose and the employees just keep putting down dry sweep. This is very poorly run sheetz probably the worst store in the entire chain.

I completely understand that this location attracts high traffic, however; the revenue that flows in should equate to the proper level of staffing required to maintain a certain level of successful functionality. I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness, layout and customer service.

Got a Quesadilla here. It came out burnt as hell. They were just going to put it in my bag anyway. I told them to make another one and they did. But tge lady in charge told me that they always come out that way and i should tell them next time to take it out early. Hiw about just adjust your oven so it makes a quesadilla instead of a carbon sandwich. Then i got 2 sour cream cups. Got to my truck and opened them. They were like milk. Almost spilled all over me. It makes me wonder if the food us even safe to eat here.

Waited 25 mins for an order of a half sub, bag of fries, and bag of cinnapockets. Got my food and they made my sub completely wrong. Not to mention that the kitchen employees seemed to be just leaving the kitchen over and over.
