This is what McDonald's buns look like. They think that serving the public burnt buns is good for business. I don't know what kind of managers they have running mcdonalds. Must be some high school kid. Because if my manager put out food like that, they'd find themselves on the unemployment line. All they do there is carry on and mess up pepples food. Third time they messed up buns in one day. And never offered to compensate me. I minus it 5 stars. Go to dairy queen they got better food.

I ordered the pens dinner pack thru the mobile app at the donegal location and it’s suppose to come with 2 cheeseburgers 2 mc chickens basket of fries and 20 piece nuggets for 19.99 and I got the 20 piece chicken nugget and basket of fries they didn’t give me the sandwiches so they messed up my order if you don’t know how to use your mobile app then don’t offer it at the donegal location I paid 21.19 for a basket of fries and a 20 piece chicken nugget

The blonde young lady working the register has renewed my faith in the customer service industry. He excellent attitude made me feel so welcome and as though I was her top priority. For this experience alone I would tell anyone to stop here.I also must include that my food was actually hot and fresh. I can only conclude this is what a McDonald’s is supposed to be like. Corporate executives, take note.

Placed an order on my phone and selected deliver to the table as that was an option 20 mins goes by so i went up to the counter to see where our foods is and its just sitting there at the counter. Also my kids apple slices were out of date as well see pice we were there on 7-9-22.

this place consistently shorts you on fries. And sauces for your nuggets. I've seen more fries in a medium fry from other establishments than a basket of fries from here. And as far as the sauce goes, I always ask for 2 ranch and 2 bbq with my 20 piece. They haven't got it right yet.

Went thru the drive thru with my 2 kids. They did not have any pennies, so they asked if I really wanted the 4 cents back.That's fine, whatever. They handed out the food and it was on my way. I get down the road and found they forgot the kids fries.So we went back and waited in drive thru again since the lobby was closed. Got the fries and they were already cold.Dissatisfied with both service and quality here.

Dine in not available and only drive thru. Very, very, and very slow. I think just one person working the shift😩 I feel bad for the lady that she’s working so hard by herself. She NEEDS HELP! Since she was the only one working, she was making the food as the orders came in. So, the food came out hot and very crispy. The best nuggets and fries that I’ve had at McDonald’s!

This McDonald's is usually the best in the area. Today June 16 2023 they were very sub par the girl running drive thru doesn't even let you talk before she says is that all. AnnoyingGot no straws napkins anything look forward to this McDonald's on the way to camp but was left upset

My husband and I got there 2 hrs before close. When ordering r food the lady at the front rolled her eyes and rudely reminded us that they closed in 2 hrs. Everything time we said a food item to would huf at us. When the food was ready she through are bag of food on the counter and walked away. So we went and sat down to eat. We notice that there was only one table clean. We got are food out and it was just thrown together. We fixed it, cause we didn't want to deal with the girl again. We then notice we was missing a few items. Wh went up to the counter and she said "she is your money back for it Im not making anything for you." We took it and sat down to finish are food. At this time we still had 1hr before close. I didn't even sit down yet and she turn off all the light and are over to us and said "you need to leave where closed." I said "what time do you closes?" She said at 11 or something. I said "ok well it's only 10 so I'm gonna finish my food then I'll leave thanks." She got mad and scramed at us saying she is leave so we have to leave. We didn't leave and finish r food, then sat there until 2min before closed. We then got up and walked 4 steps over to the Gass station side. She then left. There is nothing for her to lock up since the McDonald's is in the Gass station.One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Everyone I talk to said they have the same experience. Do not go here.
