Absolute worst service i have ever experienced for a Dairy Queen. Asked manager/owner to remake a blizzard that they added chocolate syrup and the owner refused, he said I we ill gladly make you another one if you pay again. It didn't even pass the upside down Blizzard test. He stated its on the web site and thats the policy. Fountain drink machine watered down, Never again. Just by pass and drive into Ligonier, worth the extra 14-16 miles.

SLOWNot only did we wait 25 min for our food after our melted blizards, but the cashier seemed dumbfounded on how to do her job.We were the only people there, the inside is closed, and they were more worried about talking and on their phones.

I bought a cone at the drive-thru. I paid in cash and was due 4 cents in change. She just took my cash and never even attempted to give my change due back. Just handed me the cone. I let it pass this time but next time I'm demanding my change. They have a tip container by the window. I don't her name, but she was a heavy set white lady in her 20's is my guess.

Ordered an ice cream cake and cancelled over 24 hours in advance as there were dangerous road conditions that prevented us from getting the cake. The manager kept my money and refused a credit or to work with me in any way. The cake was a standard ice cream cake found in their freezer. This business is not customer friendly and will keep you money at any cost.

Placed a mobile order - when arrived to get it we were told they never got a mobile order. Provided them receipt directly from app, and logged into our bank account to show payment was taken. Manager said she would not make the 4 blizzards because she was not going to lose her job and told us to call corporate. When I asked her what her name was then, she refused to provide it. She was a blonde woman with glasses. We then asked her to call the store owner, as we feel we should not have to pay AGAIN in order to receive our order. The store owners solution was for us to pay again and should we be double charged he’ll refund us at a later time. It’s not the consumers responsibility if your mobile app glitches. If I can provide you a paid receipt you then should provide the product that I paid for, without question. Horrible customer service - I wouldn’t recommend using their app because they don’t care how many times you’re charged… they don’t care if the app shows paid and the order is confirmed to you. There is no way via the app to cancel or mark that the order was not received. So beware!

It was a hot evening. We decided to get ice cream. Dairy Queen is usually very good. We sat in line about 20 min. Then ordered a banana split. We paid and left. My wife starts to eat. The banana was black and mushy. I wasn't going back to complain but that's inexcusable.

It smells horribly when you walk in. The staff was very nice, very friendly and helpful!!However, my blizzard was not flipped upside before it was handed to me and it was melted before I walked out to my car. The ice cream is not at the correct temperature for a blizzard.

Stay far away. . . Manager/owner has an attitude problem. He got super twisted when he couldn’t hear my order at the drive through. His anger escalated at the window when I told him the order was wrong. I was asked to repeat my order, then got yelled at for doing so. After that he started doing things like snatching my card out of my hand and slamming the drive through window open and shut. It was kinda funny to watch a grown man meltdown over ice cream.

Ordered a sandwich and blizzard. They gave me the blizzard while my sandwich was being made. At first glance, I thought that maybe they just didn't blend it properly so I started digging around with my spoon. I've gotten the turtle pecan blizzard plenty of times at different locations. The cashier sent a gentleman over, which I assumed was part of the mgmt team. He said that there wasn't anything wrong with it. I told him that it was basically vanilla ice cream with a few specks of chocolate dip. After arguing with him for a few minutes, I asked for a refund. He kept insisting that there wasn't anything wrong with it. He finally gave me a refund for the blizzard, and told me not to come back and to go back to the Mt. Pleasant DQ. You may be saving on food costs, but loosing customers may not be worth it in the end. I know I will never return to this location.Parking: Doesn't pertain to my issue

Great location but we laugh at the fact that pricing is a little different every time. Today I decided to bring it up and was yelled at by the drive through order taker. Granted she must deal with a huge volume of tired skiers on a February weekend so I just paid the $1 extra and let it go! Great blizzards regardless as an after ski treat.

I've had several problems with this particular location over the past few years and decided to see if, in fact, anything had been done since my last visit a year ago. I'm throwing in the towel on this one. Surly employees and substandard product. No concern for customers. It's the same thing over and over time after time - this location with its current management is incapable of change, so there are no more chances, no more repeat visits, and hoping for improvement. You win. The only thing Sheetz needs now is soft serve ice cream.

Great place. Drive thru is pretty efficient. Sometimes we have to pull around and wait for our food but I don't mind because that just means they're cooking a fresh burger for me. Mmmm now I'm hungry. Damn

My family and I have been to this location many times. The food is always good, the staff is friendly, and the place is super clean. Just a tip if you order the peanut butter bash: try chocolate ice cream... Delicious!However, I'm keeping two stars because tonight's visit hit a pet peeve of mine. I do not like it when a retail business begins the closing process before they are officially closed and while customers are still in the building. We were still seated and eating at 9:30 and they weren't to close until 10. They could have had one more last minute dessert sale but they had already shut down that option. Employees were loudly turning over chairs on top of the tables that were not being used... Not exactly the environment you want while you're eating. I felt uncomfortable and like I was being rushed to leave. I went to use the restroom before leaving and an employee had just finished cleaning it, she told me to just take the garbage can out of the sink. The front doors were locked well before 10pm and while guests were still in the building, I don't understand how this is appropriate because I consider it a safety hazard.The employees weren't being rude by any means but at the end of the day the job should be about the customer, not about leaving the exact minute your shift is scheduled to be over. This is something that absolutely would keep me from returning

Ordered a a.1 signature burger combo with a Pepsi an got a deluxe with a mountain dew and used a coupon that the guy I think didn't even scan because I watch him rip it up an throw away an didn't give me my receipt for my order unlike the other dQs. Just make sure before u leave to check your orders because they have very poor work ethic at the Donegal dairy queen.would of gave a good review if they didn't mess my meal up

First time the wife and I had been to this particular Dairy Queen location, we were out of town and here for just the weekend. There was a long line in the parking lot due to the dining area being closed which sometimes deters us from visiting places that don't have their dine in areas open for just that reason. However this particular Dairy Queen location proved us completely wrong by being very quick and efficient. Not only that but the employees were polite, friendly and served a very tasty product. Last but not least they made my wife happy by having the pumpkin pie blizzard that she had been looking for. Thank you Dairy Queen and employees, happy wife happy life.
