Don't even try ordering from here. Our food was so greasy, so undercooked. It was horrible. We both started projectile vomiting a few hours later. I hope nobody ever has to have this experience every front anywhere! We dumped the cheese sticks out of our bag, and they were formed to the cup! I still want my refund! By far, worst experience!

Some Sheetz are great. Some have gone a bit downhill. Chrissy at the Edinboro, PA store was so pleasant and helpful! She's just awesome!

Just got dinner here on the Friday before Labor Day, and I just wanted to say the workers are killing it!! It was CRAZY busy with about 1 hour waits for food but despite that the workers were so kind and friendly. I didn’t catch the woman’s name but I had a great customer connection with her. I believe she had stars tattooed on her temple. Super friendly staff and very kind every time I go. Keep up the great work!!

The place is clean enough but don't bother making online orders there. I need an order online got in store and paid for it, but I ended up waiting for 20 minutes before going to the to the counter and asking if they'd even started working on it. Meanwhile, at least three employees were standing behind there singing and dancing to the music with no orders to fulfill. End up leaving with no order and no refund because I was in a hurry. Thanks for nothing, sheetz.

The manager today put my gas on the wrong pump. I went to go in to get a refund. She issued the refund without telling me that it would not refund me right away the back-and-forth, then locked my card as I went back in to repay she was extremely ignorant when I brought up my refund. She then told me it wasn’t her problem. It was my banks. Verifying to me that she was the manager as I said, I would like to speak to one. She then proceeded to act like there was nothing she did wrong. Absolutely pathetic. Is that what we’re really looking at as far as management in our local businesses. I’ll definitely be taking my business down the street from now on.

Check your bag of food carefully! They tend to forget part of your order. And they never answer the phone if you call them. It's always a madhouse and super busy. I'd go elsewhere but they have no close by competition to go to.

I strongly dislike leaving any type of review for I don’t like to be dramatic or discredit a business. Unfortunately today I was KICKED OUT of a Dillsburg sheetz off 15 for ASKING A QUESTION. My 60+ y/o friend, again emphasis on 60+, had been denied service for maybe the 10th time for trying to purchase beer with a legal form of Id, from only 1 employee. He goes in regularly to purchase and has been able to do so from others, except from when there’s this particular manager working. White female lots of tattoos to paint a picture. Today he once again was denied service so I went in and purchased myself. The lady that attended me was very cordial and nice, so after purchasing I asked the question “ is there a reason why you deny service to a 60+ yo with a passport?” The lady told me she would never. I believed her she seemed genuine, so i asked to speak to a manager. She calls this particular manager (apparently there are multiple ) and I know she is the one that continues to deny this gentleman service. I ask her the exact question I asked the first lady. She simply tells me, “I don’t need to explain myself to you. Please leave.” I was taken aback. I said “I’m sorry?” She again said “ I don’t have to explain anything to you you NEED TO LEAVE NOW”. Not only was that incredibly unprofessional but I was truly embarrassed considering there were many costumers around. All I did was as ask her a probably uncomfortable question of why she’s the only person that denies service to this HISPANIC, again HISPANIC, 60 year old man who’s trying to purchase beer with a VALID FORM OF ID. Not only is that uncalled for for a manager to throw out a customer for simply ASKING A QUESTION ( maybe she knew exactly and felt very threatened) but to deny service to someone who is 60!!! And Hispanic!!! Countless times. 60!! Not 20 or 19. 60!!!! Not once , not twice. A good 10 times. Again, she is the only one that denies him to purchase beer, the other workers are very cordial. This is a ridiculous and embarrassing experience for me trying to get a simple answer. Again i was KICKED OUT for ASKING A QUESTION. But most importantly, this denial of service towards this gentleman may scream R**IST! I am filing a formal complaint to corporate and will seek legal action if necessary.

I frequent this particular Sheetz, and I have never had a bad experience here. The associates are the best, and are very helpful with the MySheetz Rewards program. I also find this Sheetz in particular is faster and more accurate with orders than others I’ve been to. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this Sheetz over others in the area.

I come here everyday for lunch. And without fail my order is made correctly and perfectly every single day. The staff is always friendly and very nice to talk too. By far the best Sheetz location I have ever visited. I have never had such amazing and consistent service. Absolutely amazing! Thank you to all of the wonderful staff!

Newer Sheetz low standards. Dirty, mismanaged. Food left a lot to be desired. I stopped stopping there after I was hospitalized with an unknown bacterial infection after having a drink from their soda fountain. I noticed at the time that it didn’t look spectacular but thought I was being unreasonable. 3 Days in the hospital in isolation. Couldn’t even see my kids.

Literally the worst sheetz I’ve been to. Everytime I come I have issues. This time I got a quesadilla with chicken tomato and pico. Got home and it’s just chicken. Shocker.

I stop here every morning on my way to work. This 2 star rating isn't a one time experience. Usually get there about 5:30am. Normally just getting coffee. It's not unusual to stand in a line back through the store at this time due to only one cashier. This is a very busy road location, you probably need more than 3 people working the store at this time. I hear many complaints from others whole standing in line. Occasionally I'll stop in the way home to even worse conditions in the evening. Store dirty, very long lines and people waiting for food.

A very nice store. Employees and management do their best to keep it clean, stocked and stay on top of customer service due to it be very busy cause of the location. The food is great. An employee Josh goes above and beyond to help you. Highly recommend any time of day and especially at night time.

This is my favorite Sheetz whenever I’m on my way to DC. The store is large and clean and the cashiers are usually friendly. The restrooms are much nicer now since it was remodeled and always have to get a coffee freeze (I’m usually done with it by the time I drive past Gettysburg).What’s not to like about Sheetz

This is the worst laid out parking lot at any Sheetz I have been to. Very small and not easy to get in and out like most. My biggest problem is they only have 2 diesel pumps. Which can be a huge problem if someone leaves their vehicle (usually a gasser too!) at the pump to order food. If you're going to order food or take awhile inside..park in a spot first and don't take up 1 of 2 diesel pumps! Very inconsiderate to those who drive diesels. I have actually complained about other customers doing this to no avail..they don't care! The store is usually clean (cannot contest to the bathrooms as I've never been), but once in awhile it can have a dirtier appearance. The employees aren't overly outgoing and friendly, but decently pleasant most days. Have ordered many MTO food items and they are always hot and good. The prices are gas station prices so I'm sure most know what to expect.

I didn't believe how bad this place was until I got here. Please direct all complaints to Joyce Lynn who is the gm of this area. It's dirty and before I was allowed to photograph the dirty sections a supervisor asked me to not take pictures. It's allowed to ask to boot photograph the location but please don't be rude. Bathroom was covered in urine. No paper towels. I go to Sheetz all the time and couldn't believe the rude attitude and slow service. This is the exact reason wawa is winning the convenience store wars. Serena the cashier had zero personality and was completely unable to answer questions and is extremely unhelpful. I was asked to LEAVE for taking pics of the location. Seriously Sheetz maybe you should worry about customer service and clean facilities and less on harassing reviewers.

The only reason I stopped here for gas was because my toddler was hungry and I used the app to order her a Lunchable to eat while we finished our drive. I ordered the food when we were about seven minutes away, then pumped my gas before parking in the curbside pickup spot. I checked in on the app and then waited thirteen minutes before finally giving up and going in. I find out from an employee that he was “just getting ready to come out to tell [me] they are out of Lunchables”. Why could I order food that’s not in stock? Why did it take 13 minutes of me being parked right in front of the doors for someone to tell me that? Even worse - why did I have to go in for that? I intentionally used curbside so I didn’t have to deal with getting my child in and out of a car seat. Extremely poor customer service! And I’m even more angry that I wasted money getting gas there first to use up some time when I could’ve driven to plenty of other cheaper spots.

Wouldn't even give 1 star if possible. Entire Coke case was empty yet you can see the case sitting behind. Asked if someone could just get 1 for me, I was told maybe wait I will ask someone in a minute. Really??? Where is the management?? Poor customer service and worse store managing!

We love Sheetz in general. But the food at the Dillsburg one... Consistently a long wait. And if the order has more than a few items, it's about 50/50 whether everything will be there. Ordering in person, or ahead of time on the app makes no difference.
