This place is open during this storm. And they are requiring employees to drive in this weather.It’s good to know our hometown Dunkin does not care about our neighbor's. They are willing to chance their employees life driving in this mess of state roads. Terrible owner. Terrible management. All for coffee and a profit. Profit is more important than their people.Shop small. Franchises care just as little as corporations do. Disgusting

The people were in very and they tried to help me with the app but I couldn't get it to work their phone app need help but the people are totally awesome I would have loved to get a dart chocolate filled donut but they didn't have any it's kind of like a cream filled donut but with dark chocolate instead of cream filled I went on my birthday<3

Any issues I levy against this establishment aren't at the employees. The employees are always nice and pleasant. It always just seems like the staffing is off at really qierd times and they're out of things constantly that I feel need to be inventoried better.

They were understaffed, which is understandable, but ignored people in the store and prioritized drive thru customers. We waited in line for 45 minutes without being helped. If understaffed in the future, management needs to turn off mobile ordering and ensure they are waiting on people actually at the store.

It seems that this location used to be great, but my daughter's (who are the customers and not myself) have complained the last few times they have gotten an order here. Very slow, incorrectly made items as well as given the wrong product. As far as dunkin overall, their donuts have shrunk greatly over the years and just don't taste as good as they once did.

This is my favorite dunkin to go to. I've been to others and the coffee and the doughnuts are the same but the people at this location are so kind! They're always trying their best and even when my coffee doesn't taste quite right, they happily fix it for me and are so nice about it!Yeah sometimes they're out of my favorite doughnut or flavoring but I know that's literally not their fault.

Credit/debit is always down, inconvenient for people that do not normally carry cash. Never have any bacon, always out of something. Orders are never right even when we order only two or three things. We drive the extra 20 minutes just so we can avoid this one.

This Dunkin did have great management, that management left. Now, it seems that everyone works at a slower speed and consistently get the order incorrect. I wish the older manager would come back.Update 8/20/2022 - currently in at least a 20 car deep drive-thru line that is moving at a snail pace (or not moving at all). If you think going in would make it faster, sorry but you are also mistaken. Since my last review I would say this specific location has seen a decrease in their ability to run at a reasonable pace.

Not impressed with flavored coffee. Got a Lg peppermint mocha & they used a Lg cup & filled 1/2 with coffee 1/2 with reddit whip & all the peppermint was on the bottom. Eww. Used to enjoy DD occasionally but I'll pass for now or at least this location.Another visit My frozen hot cocoa was huge & delicious but that's not something I have gotten before but would Recommend :)

Great DD site!! The staff is very polite and the service excellent. My sandwiches were ready by the time I finished picking out donuts. Very clean as well, a young man was wiping everything down while I was in there. I highly recommend this DD store!!

The drinks were good but the staff there currently are a hot mess. When you order your stuff, they don't go in order at all of who gets their stuff 1st, it's in random order who gets their stuff 1st and we were there at least a good 30 minutes for literally a few drinks because they kept giving out random orders and making drinks that nobody ordered. The staff also gave another woman not fully cooked at all hash browns. The bathroom was also out of order which we really needed to use at the time so that sucked too!

I ordered a medium pumpkin latte and over half of the cup was whipped cream. My friend ordered a large black coffee with less ice and they gave her an unsweetened ice tea. When they went to fix it, they gave her a large black iced coffee with a lot of ice. They seemed fully staffed and not overly busy.

I’m not the reviewer type, but good customer service needs to be shared. I go to this Dunkin everyday and not one time have I had an issue. Every single person that works there is super upbeat and friendly which sets you up for a good day. There have been one or two times where my order was messed up and the employees not only fixed my order and gave me my order free but then allowed me to keep the wrong order as well-keep up the great customer service Dillsburg dunkin :)

Pretty good Dunkin, good food and staff , only problem is not even there fault, they are just so busy it takes a while to get your food. Overall though very good place.
