The associates are always kind and knowledgeable. Items are always easy to find. I just wish they would get the voltage regulator for the freezer and start selling pizza, ice cream, small dinners and chicken again. They have lost a lot of money since the freezers have not been in working order since June of 2023. Plus the local residence have no place to buy groceries in the area and they depend this store for some of their food items.

This location is convenient for the community and surrounding areas. There are no other pharmacy's in Derry. Store is clean!! If you buy the sales, use the coupons and rewards program, it's affordable. Must be a "glitch" in the register coupons system though. Many people including me have received $ off coupons with an expired date. And they're not on specific products, but a total purchase. Finished frustrating for somebody that can't see well including the elderly too often get overcharged thinking the coupon is valid. There is an older woman that works at your pharmacy that is absolutely amazing and I'm sure SHE keeps customers coming back as well as associates in the front ☺️ who always take time to help me. Drive thru is the worse quality of any Rite Aid pharmacy we have. They take forever. No questions about it. Needs revamped most people use the drive-thru because they can't get out of their vehicle and I no consumers who have switched pharmacies because of that problem.

I've gone to this rite aid for about 15 years and I've been getting my insulin from this store which was entirely fine until this past year. They fail to ever give me a full supply of my insulin anytime I order or rather I'm waiting at least 2 days to recieve my insulin but they still somehow fail to give me the correct amount. Also, some of the employees seem to be very incompetent and unaware of how to do their job. As I've had pharamcists ask me personal questions as to why I have such large order when I've had the same order for the past 8 years of my life when that information should be confidential. I do not recommend conversing with the pharmacists or this establishment in general.

Not the most friendliest staff. I had to wait two days for insulin to get filed because they ran out, where I am a long term insulin use patient. The staff at the back of the pharmacy some of them are fine and other have a attitude.

Typical Large Chain Pharmacy...but Pharmacists and Staff are very nice and always willing to help!Usual Wait Time After Dropping Off Prescription: (depends on business)But typically 30-40 minutes
