Definitely a 5 star business! I’ve taken my little Lily here for daycare and she loves it and she’s always happy and tired when I pick her up. Just took her yesterday for grooming for the first time and I don’t know who groomed her but she looks adorable! She’s so happy with her new haircut and so are we! Thank you all so much for being so kind and professional.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!! Over the years I have taken my dogs to a dozen different groomers, all of which have ended poorly and led to a traumatic experience! But Doggie Diva's is hands down the BEST place ever! They always get my in for a full groom for both of my dogs within one week! They always do exactly what I ask and they even have 2 different girls groom them at the same time so they are done in an hour, which is especially ideal for my 2 senior pups!! They are also very affordable and my dogs smell fresh and clean for weeks after getting groomed!! They also have never accidentally nicked either of my dogs. They also keep a neat and tidy store! I am more than willing to drive the almost 40 minutes to this place to know that my dogs are well taken care of!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I absolutely love this place. My dog has been to boarding facilities all over the country & NONE of them are as amazing as this one. I’m a flight attendant & my fiancé is a pilot so we are gone a lot. They’ve gone above and beyond to accommodate us & pick up & drop off Tatum when needed. They’re great at communicating with us. Amanda & her mom are just amazing kind hearted people. Barbara at the desk is also PHENOMENAL. We’ve had a couple oopsies with the newer hires and she’s always bending backwards to help us & she’s also very kind. I know this place is amazing because my dog was always scared to go to boarding but not here. Here he happily goes without saying goodbye to us & he loves the staff! He always comes home so happy. Even though we moved further from this place, we choose it over the places closer to us because of this. We can see it in our dog that he’s happy here. They also have taken care of him when he’s had a rash from his allergies and done what we asked & gave his medications as needed when he had an ear infection. They also are amazing at grooming him. Ahhhhh words can’t even describe the love I have for the people here & the place. I hope one day they expand, but we will remain loyal to them as long as we can until we move again. Amazing company & amazing people who truly do care about your pet. ♥︎

If I could rate this business zero, I would. the owner, Amanda, is the most unprofessional, horrifically rude human I’ve ever spoken to.Two weeks ago we boarded our dogs in the facility. Upon pickup I questioned the amount they were charging me - it did not correlate to the amount that I had calculated. It was a $100 discrepancy. The clerk assured me it was correct, and in my jet lagged state I simply agreed and paid.Moments after returning to my vehicle the clerk came out and told me that they had, in fact, overcharged me. I returned to the store and was advised to re-insert my card for a refund. The machine failed and I was prompted to again re-insert my card. I did so. After two failed attempts the clerk advised that their POS was not working correctly and that they’d call to charge me the appropriate amount over the phone.Needless to say I was pretty upset when I logged into my account the next day and saw that I had been charged the *incorrect* amount not once, but twice. When the facility called to re-process my card, I advised that I had been charged twice, and the clerk told me that they’d look into it.Fast forward to today - Amanda calls because their accountant had ’reconciled’ their books and incorrectly claimed that I had an outstanding balance. I advised that in these past two weeks I had received one refund for the double charged incorrect amount, but not the other. At this point I considered the matter closed and resigned myself to the $100 loss - I have the evidence that I paid in full. She disagreed that I hadn’t received my second refund, and asked to see a screen shot of my account. After providing the evidence, she called to say that I still owed the balance, because her ‘records showed differently’. I became snippy on the phone, and her semi professional tone dissolved. I told her she was unprofessional, and she called me ‘crazy’, told me I was a terrible influence on these ‘young girls’ (which makes zero contextual sense), and that she would see me at the magistrate.I’m floored that a business owner would speak to a longtime customer like this, especially considering their colossal screw-up. I was willing to overlook the overcharge as mistakes do happen, but am appalled at Amanda‘s threats and insults and therefore felt compelled to share my experience.

Very nice place but the nice young people were even nicer I get tired of people my age running down our younger people. They our are future and the young ones we met at Divas prove it will be a great future .Thank you for being so nice. Our Aussie Doddle Ava does not talk but if she did bet she would still be wanting to go back. She got a good work out at doggie day care slept all night through ha ha.

We don't usually board our dogs, but while on vacation we had an issue with out dog sitter and had to board them fast. We found Doggie Divas on recommendation and I couldn't be happier. We were lucky they had an opening. My dogs are older with some issues, and none of it was a problem. They were so helpful with all of my stressors and concerns, great to talk to, always friendly & kind. My dog sitter who dropped them off even said how nice & clean the facilities are, and how nice the staff was. I even hated to bother them while we were gone, but I called to check on my dogs while were gone since it was such a transition for my dogs that they aren't used to and they never made me feel like I was a pain and always gave me great feedback to ease my anxiety with them. I am so happy to have had found them. I HIGHLY recommend them for your pets!

One of our two dogs is very aggressive with strangers and they were willing to take her. (We did send her in her basket weave muzzle as a precaution.) They took great care to give my dogs separate yard time and gave me regular updates. When I picked them up, they were clean and their bedding was washed and cleaned. We will definitely take them there again!

We just picked up our little dog from Doggie Divas Bed Bark and Beyond in Derry, Pa and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. We went on vacation for a week and I’m so glad we chose Doggie Divas to board her. When we dropped her off, the girls were so nice and made us feel comfortable leaving our pampered baby:) They never seemed to mind our calls to check on her and even sent a picture of her having fun! They also groomed her and she looks so cute! I will definitely be bringing her back for next summer’s vacation :)

We went on vacation for a week and boarded our 2 year old pittie with Doggie Diva's. The staff was very kind and was willing to give us updates whenever we called, even going as far as taking pictures for us so we could see how he was doing. We had a complication with our pup and the owner was so accommodating and personally oversaw everything. You can tell that they all really love animals. I felt so much better knowing that our pup was with people that truly care about the animals in their charge. We will definitely be bringing him back and I would highly recommend Doggie Diva's if you want to board your dog!

We love Amanda & the crew at Doggie Divas! Our youngest doggo has severe anxiety due to the abuse she suffered as a pup before she came to live with us. We were so worried about dropping her off for for grooming but she LOVES everyone at Doggie Divas! Every time I pick the dogs up they're prancing and happy, I'll never take my pups anywhere else. When I previously had a dog who was paralyzed in her back legs, the Doggie Divas team took such great care with her and gave her extra love. We love it here and recommend you try them out!

We absolutely love Doggie Diva's! Our dog Rocky and her 2 doggie friends just finished being boarded for 6 days. The girls did a fantastic job taking care of our 1st time boarders! Rocky takes medication and when she got stubborn . They found a new way to make sure she got it! Can't thank you girls enough for going over and beyond taking care of our family dogs💕I would also recommend the grooming services. Rocky always looks her best after her haircut! Thanks Hope!

I don't know how they do their appointments but expect to have your dog there all day. Over 3 hrs for 1 toy poodle(7lbs) to be groomed. I can't imagine how long it takes for bigger dogs.

Terrible customer service. Would not recommend. If you say you dont want dog in cage it still happens especially large dog. Apparantly the owner thinks she knows more than the vet. Very condescending. Oh well we will try out the place in greensburg where they honestly dont cage dog.

When I called for an "emergency" appointment because my dog rolled in something gross, they were kind an squeezed me in the same day. I was so grateful! My dog was well cared for by people who love animals, and was groomed perfectly. It kept her shedding down and she smelled good/felt soft for a long while. I won't go anywhere else.
