I have been a long-time customer of Chad Tatkus - State Farm Agency and their customer service has always been outstanding. However, I am writing this review specifically for my most recent experience with Debbie Koontz. Not only did Debbie help me navigate obtaining the best homeowners' insurance policy to meet my needs but she never pressured me and explained all of our options in a manner I could understand. Shortly after working through that hurdle, another issue arose that was extremely time sensitive. Debbie worked with me almost every day to rectify the issue and was extremely supportive throughout the process. I cannot recommend Debbie and the entire agency enough!!

I was with the same insurance agency for about 25 years. The only reason I was looking to switch was I couldn't seem to speak to a local agent anymore with questions. I heard good things about Chad Tatkus so I looked into it. Not only was the customer service unbelievable but they also pointed out that my insurance amounts were very outdated and I was paying way too much. I was able to increase my amount of insurance as well as add my home insurance to my State Farm policy and still pay considerably less than I was for just auto at my previous agency.I talked to, I think it was danielle?, worked with Debbie, and Chad introduced himself and welcomed me. Debbie also called me a week later to see if I needed any assistance after setting the app up on my phone. I have been nothing less than thrilled with everything about the people and the process. I look forward to working with Chad Tatkus State Farm for years to come!

Friendly and helpful service! Chad and his whole team are personable, down to earth and so helpful! Chad sat down with my husband and I to go over what our policies meant and worked to get us the best and lowest rates for the coverages we wanted. They check in to make sure you’re getting your drive safe discount and super helpful if you have any questions. Love these guys and you will too! Truly feel like GREAT neighbors. Their office is comfortable, brand new and has a cute coffee bar if you go there! Love this helpful and friendly team!!

You will be so happy with this agency! Chad made switching companies so easy and handled everything for me through email so I could get the change done conveniently and without having to drive to any office and on top of that he was just plain nice and easy to speak with. Chad sat down with us and took plenty of time to go over a new home owners insurance policy. He made sure we had exactly what we needed for our new home. We found out we were very under insured on our original policy so we are very grateful. Chad explained all the aspects of the new policy in detail so we were able to understand exactly what we needed and what we’re gaining with the new policy. He also took the time to get us set up with new life insurance policies. He also explained these policies in detail so we were able to understand what the differences were in length of coverage.
