Being one of first big stores as you get off the Turnpike seems to draw in a lot of people. It also means that their prices tend to be higher than many of the surrounding stores. Did not seem especially customer friendly or focused compared to several other shops we visited. There is a vendor with a very large, also very expensive, selection of blow molds. Be cautious of the ones that have been refinished and make sure to look at them with internal bulb turned on. I did not do so and upon returning home and turning it on i discovered that the colors were way off (Santa's face looks black). Additionally, the paint is not properly applied using an airbrush so the light reveals tons of paint brush strokes. I called an hour later about returning or even just exchanging it for an item from same vendor. They went on about, "well how do we know you are returning the same item you purchased. ... All sales are final". In other words the response was essentially, "caveat emptor, pound salt sucker". No worries, you made a short term profit by losing a customer for life. As they say, every lost customer leads to dozens more. The photo attached speaks to the quality of the restoration. Looks great until you turn on the interior light. To add insult to injury, we later found the same, unrestored, blow mold at another Adamstown store for half the price. The one from Adam's Antiques will now go to the yard sale as it is yard sale quality.

Nice location and dogsWelcomed on leash. We really enjoyed the sitting area outside by the fountain. It was a relaxing place to sit while others shopped.

Love, love, love this place. Tons of really unbelievable stuff for sale here. A MILLION MEMORIES. Looks like maybe 100 vendors or so. Books, furniture, collectibles, art, antiques, clothing and EVERYTHING ELSE you’ll ever want. THOUSANDS OF IDEAS. Plan to spend a few hours here. Great Saturday trip. DON’T MISS IT. Helpful and friendly staff.

Such a cool spot to find some really unique and fun, beautiful and antique items. It can get a tad overwhelming, but if you have some time and you enjoy thrifting and antiques this is a great "stop" to make. Check it out if you are in the area.

Very eclectic selection. Tons of jewelry. Wish they didn't have locked cabinets as they take a little bit out of the experience. Didn't find anything here but, I had a certain type of items in mind. Fun to walk through.

Great prices and selection. A nice young woman checked in on us frequently and took our things to the front so we didn't have to carry everything. Will go again

A super nice antique mall full of stalls. Good variety from ephemera to substantial furniture pieces. Great stuff from the 1980s and earlier. Totally worth checking out.

Lots to explore here! The space is divided into booths/areas for items from individual organizations, I guess? Not live vending or anything, you just go to the front to purchase or to ask to see something if it's in a case. Found a great mug that would cost 10x as much elsewhere, and some adorable miniature candle sticks, and a vase that matches one I've had for a decade.

They broke a piece I was going to purchase and tried to hide the damage with super glue! I put a piece behind the counter to hold while I was walking around and browsing. It was a vintage anatomical model of a head. I happened to walk by the front desk as I was browsing and saw the piece was pulled down off the shelf and a guy behind the counter was gluing a piece back on. I asked what happened and he wouldn't respond at first. After a while he admitted he broke the piece and was trying to glue it back together. Shady as hell and definitely unethical. Break a piece and try to hide the damage. Forget this place. If I hadn't caught them I'm sure they wouldn't tell me and let me walk out with broken merchandise.Update.I'm not surprised by management's response. But the employee was not immediately forthcoming about the damage, not at all. And beyond that, it was treated like it was a comical event with both the employee and the young woman behind the counter smiling and laughing about it. Nope sorry.

One of the largest antique shops we have gone to. Great selection and wide variety - we always buy something when we stop in. Plan on spending about 2-3 hours its worth it. Prices range from low to high but then that depends on the value of the item. The sales people are exceptional and Justin is the best. All good customer service. The owner is great and very accommodating with allowing consideration of discounts and taking a check, which we appreciate very much. Some antique shops are not as friendly when it comes to this. Definitely worth a trip every time.

Nice place but much of it was over priced but you would expect that given the location and heavy traffic. Have some great Antiques though if you have deep pockets .

Decent selection of vendors. Facility is an average facility. Staff was rude, unprofessional, and needs a lesson in customer service. I wanted to buy an item that was clearly mark on the tag. When I went to the front counter, the young man at the counter insisted the item was 200.00 more than what the tag was clearly marked. The young man working the desk could have been a little more professional in trying to resolve the issue. I won't be back. Of the 15 or more Antique stores along this route I have never been treated this way.

Incredible array of passionate dealers. Service was centrally located if you needed help, and the hardest part of being here was finding a logical way to navigate the many many many cases.

I mistakenly posted a review for Adams Antiques in another state (SC) that somehow was erroneously posted here by mistake. Apologies! However, we did visit THIS Adam's Antiques several months ago on a visit to Pennsylvania and purchased several items. It was a wonderful shop with a helpful staff. So sorry for any mixup.

We love to antique shop. We come to this store frequently, but for the second time we have witnessed extreme rudeness from the staff. This time it was towards us. After accidentally bumping into something a staff member loudly yelled " did you break it?" We picked it up put it back and replied no. He then said yelled good because you break you buy it. Well that was not nessasary. We are responding adults not children. He tone was very sharp and toxic. It will be a long time before I come back here if ever.

I have coming here twice a year for 9 years. This visit I was so disappointed. First off the lobby reeked of cigarettes. We asked the greater if they had and mid century furniture, he looked confused then said no he didn’t think so only colonial and citified, whatever that means. So we decided to look anyway and he followed us all around and kept saying colonial and citified. He was so creepy we left. I think this shop is off our list based on smell alone.

Great antique co-op with a wide range of prices and merchandise offered from the various vendors. Well lighted, organized and clean with friendly staff. Plenty of parking when busy during the antique event weekends. Highly recommended. Have found some great deals there over the years.

My first comment is that Adams Antiques is a BIG place. It's significantly larger than Mad Hatter which is just up the road a little. The front of Adams is chock full of cases, and the rest of the shop are booths (and some of those have cases too). There are quality antiques in there, mixed with the mid century modern and collectibles. The people that work there that I've interacted with seem friendly enough. The bathroom has always been clean. If you're in the area and you're antiquing, Adams Antiques is definitely worth stopping in to.

There's a lot going on in this shop so much to see merchandise on top of merchandise it's hard to get a feel for anything. Plus define someone to help you look at something was almost impossible.
