Second time you all don't have running water this month but you’re still selling hot and prepared food!!!??? That’s a health code violation! They were already shut down last time for selling food for 3 days straight with no running water when the health department had to step in but here we are again!??? Employees can’t wash their hands! So gross 🤢 This location is dirty on a good day anyways and just needs to be shut down all together! Unreal! SMH***update!!!!! 3rd time now in the same month! 10/30/23 …and I have pics this time! No running water for employees to sanitize and wash hands and foods still being handled and served!🤦🏻‍♀️ Why is this ok?????? Can this place just be shut down already??? Let’s get a Wawa or sheetz in here instead bc this is just foul!

Service and chicken were absolutely amazing...Reading other reviewsits hard to believe this is the same store. Whatever you're doing to turn things around (training, hiring processes, canning the poor performers?), keep it up. We'll done folks!

This rofo has come a long way. Its been having such bad luck with a good bit of things. But the staff are always so kind and helpful and actually communicate with you. I am a regular there. Things are making a turn for the better with the new manager that has taken over this past year. I love my rofo and never had any problems with food or anything being dirty. Shout out to Nathan last night helping me get my dinner straight after a long day of driving my school bus all day around 730 last night. I could go home and enjoy my awesome chicken and fries hot and ready to put on my plate to sit and relax. Keep it up Rofo your doing great!!!

It’s been 4 years since I left this store after I helped open it. I am a local and consistently came in after leaving the company. The last 2 years, the quality and environment have gone downhill at a tremendous rate. As of the last 2-3 months, it’s gotten awful. Employees screaming curse words from the deli, food almost always is made incorrectly or just a sloppy mess, and yes, employees are always short-staffed. I’m sitting at a RoFo in Catonsville as I write this and there are 6-7 employees here currently. Why the disparity?

4 years ago I helped opened this store. I come back once a month if that. I went inside today, and let me tell you I have never seen a more nasty dirty place ever in my life!! The floors are black, the doors are black when they are supposed to be tan. The bathroom doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in months. The employees are very rude and don’t respect the customers. It’s very sad because this store use to be amazing and so welcoming.

Great if you love undercooked and soggy chicken and raw potatoes. $15 ten piece chicken meal and family size fries in the garbage. Wow. Health hazard!

Since the big 10-5 shutdowns. We have been hard on this RoFo. I will admit they had chuuch bags for Cust appreciation day. Nicely done. Prices still highest in category. But the big Hoopla Why do most convenience stores offer free Wi-Fi. By means of logging in. But RoFo hides lies and says it can’t provide the password even for the reward members. Then they build some area that looks like a chill spot to enjoy that Beer ya got from cooler. Cell service is mediocre and no hotspot just screams we want to be the leader in business but we don’t want to provide amenities that others provide. Oh and real quick shame on highs for charging for air to fill tire. With websites stating free Wi-Fi we say you been here 4 years. Your charging high dollar for products. Now step up and provide Wi-Fi. Have a team leader change password every 7 days to keep things legit. Oh and post it. Let’s see if Rofo steps up or stays as is. Seeming rather than Being.

Unbelievably dirty! Line 20 deep because of your self check out amazing idea. Your employees are lazy and have no motivation. There is a shelf completely empty of milk, I can clearly see crates full of milk in the walk-in. I asked your employee to fill the shelf and they ask me how many I need and just go get the milks and leave the shelves empty. If I was a Cloverland Dairy I would be irate at the complete lack of understanding and/or motivation to sell products. Retail 101 fill the shelves fill the racks, consumers can’t buy it if you don’t have it out there. You guys were my go to for a long time. Whenever I have the choice between you and Wawa it’s Wawa every time.

I came to get chicken tenders as I love Royal farms chicken tenders and I'm sitting inside eating so never left the establishment.... I found a black hair in my chicken "Manager on duty" says it's off your sweater..... I have a purple Ravens hoodie on..... Is that black no sure isn't!!!! So as for my concern check your stuff for hair and if you find one they will not care so this staff tonight showed!!!!

Linda, you disrespected my wife while I was standing there. She asked you in a very nice way if she could please have a specific piece of chicken. You paused stared at her rolled your eyes like a 16 year old, slamed the piece of chicken you had down and snatched the piece she asked for. All while committing multiple health violations. Consistently out of food, my sandwich was pathetic, and they don't enforce mask mandate. Barely a teaspoon of sauce, I requested it toasted, bread was burnt, cheese was still cold. I had to completely remake the sandwich at home. Do NOT give them your money.

Smelled good, chicken draws you in, but the bathroom was terrible. Door was sticky and visibly dirty. Baby changer had never been cleaned. Pandemic over! Bring on the germs??

Came for gas at 4:40 in the morning only to find out they don't open till 5am and the gas pumps don't even work with a card payment until after that. There was an unofficial printed sign on the door that says it opens at 5 am... Google says it's open 24/7.... apparently not
