Waited for a half hour to get a flea and tick collar out of the locked up case. Talked to 3 different employees nobody had a key. Pressed the button a few times nobody ever came. People had an attitude whoever I asked. Myself and 3 other people were waiting. I left and will not be coming back for pet needs. Absolutely ridiculous. They all need to communicate better. Terrible.

Cashiers need to be nicer, especially the self checkout ones . I was just letting the cashier know I had two different orders and she told me I didn’t need to tell her . Made me feel Ackward . I would rather give someone a heads up rather then they wonder why i didn’t scan a $30 item with some other kid clothes

Never use a Walmart bakery. Confirmed the order twice and still done wrong. And their “fix” didn't make the cost worth it.Update: The bakery manager called asking why I didn’t pick up my order and when we told them the name was spelled wrong and fixed poorly, she showed no remorse and didn’t apologize. Terrible customer service all around.

I had a situation with the main store manger Tori also Lisa ,(the other store manager ) wouldn't let me hold a couple items over night when I forgot my debit card when I was there for an hour Also drove and hour and a half and needed my items for my daughters cheer try ours the next day. It was extremely uncompassionate when i told Them the situation and said I would be in at 8 am and it's now 9.pm I Highly DONT their store or their managers

For the last few months I've had problems with ordering my groceries through this store. Every time I place an order, I come home with missing items. I’ve tried going into my original order but all I can see is the order for what was given. What’s going on with this store? I always get notified when they are out of an item and asked if I want a substitute. This is not the issue though. I’m not getting messages for items they are out of so the items I am missing is not because they are out of stock. The next time I order, I will screenshot my order to see if it happens again. Also, they need to do a better job training their personal shoppers on how to pick produce. I’ve had soft cucumbers, soft tomatoes, over ripe bananas and old green peppers.Anyone else having this problem?

My wife and I just recently went to Walmart over the Christmas season. We heard that the store was recently remodeled. We were pleasantly surprised. The isles are wider, and the store is laid differently. Very easy to find everything we were looking for and they added nicer displays. The trip to Walmart was very enjoyable.

I don't like the self checkout if you don't get a discount for doing their job for them. Also if there would be an error in scanning it would automatically be assumed that you purposely did it. They say it would go on your record regardless of it

Why is your deli closed at 6 pm and everything is just empty. I called to ask what was up and the manager said “they had some call offs so they had to decide to close the deli”….mmmm I’ve worked in retail 10 years and when fall offs happen it’s a manager’s job to fill those spots. Not just close them

When i ordered on the walmart app they only delivered 3 of the 9 items i wanted. When i called they said it was "out of stock" so i had to go to the exact store i ordered the delivery from and i found all but one item

Love what they are doing with the place. It's so clean since they have done the new flooring,and have alot new merchandise. The whole place looks great. Please don't take away our checkout people cause first I don't want to do it, second I think they need the jobs your trying to take away from them. Remember Christmas is coming and they have familys

There’s several Walmarts up 22, this one used to be messy years ago but recently I visited and wow it’s organized and clean. Idk if there’s new management or staff but they’re doing a great job. I believe best Walmart to stop at on 22.

Blasting country music in parking lot need to focus on cleanliness of store. But I will increase my rating of this store from a 3 to a 4 star because they have more organized clearance sections bunching the discounted items together for the most part

it's not bad, but not great. they did a remodel, and moved the aisles around, so, trying to re-learn where things are now. it would be nicer if they took out the action alley displays by grocery. they extended the actual aisles but now the main alley is extremely tight to get through. most workers don't acknowledge your presence, but that seems to be a walmart issue in general, not just this store.

I was pushed for time and went in to print 3 pictures from my phone. A young associate named Alex was very helpful and kind in helping me get my mission accomplished. Good job Alex in Photo/Electronics !I wish money was plentiful so I wouldn't shop here.

Update11/18/2018. I just lowered my review to 1 star. I was treated bad last time I was here. This time, today, I asked a woman in the Christmas seasonal area very nicely if she could tell me if they had a flood light in stock that I was looking for. She made a disgusted sound with her lips and completely blew me off. Hey, at least she didn't give me the finger. This was at around 2:55pm. The lady in back of me couldn't believe it either. I get that you don't like your job. But please be nice, or if not nice, just not outright rude.

You do self check outs, but force everyone to have their receipts checked at the door. You guys as a company need to figure out if you trust your customers or not, if you don't, then bring back registers that have people manning them and everything gets rung up.

The produce section at this store is disgusting. There are fruit flies constantly swarming around the moldy fruit on the shelves. The vegetables are always rotten. They should be ashamed of themselves for trying to sell this garbage. 90% of the employees are rude as well. All levels of management must be awful for it to be such poorly run store with miserable, unhelful employees. I'd give it zero stars if I could. This is by far the worst Walmart in this area.

Racist, unkind, and ignorant! The woman at self checkout and the “entourage” of her “backups” once we paid for our items, were the most humiliating/miserable people we’ve ever encountered. I will make it known to anyone to NOT shop this store. Nobody should ever feel so attacked! You’re all POS! If I could give zero stars I would! If your skin is not white you will feel very uncomfortable here! DO NOT RECOMMEND 🙂

Normally I’ve had ok experiences when visiting this store, it’s smaller than most superwalmarts, and the selection isn’t as good however, most of the staff are nice enough. However, my last visit, I made the mistake of biking to the store instead of using my car. There are no bike racks at the store, so we chained our bikes to the back side of a railing (on the side opposite where the walkway was) on the side of the store where it would be out of the way of foot and auto traffic. An associate told me I couldn’t lock my bike there and I asked him to find out where I could lock it, since there were no racks. The manager came out and reaffirmed I could not lock it there not offering any other location my bike could be locked. Then he said “ I don’t know why you would ride a bike here anyway”. Huh? What did he just say? Oh no he didn’t! I had so many nasty sarcastic retorts run through my brain, but thought better to ride off into the sunset while biting my tongue (mostly because my son was with me). I should have gotten his name, but guess I was still in shock over my audacity of riding a bike to a store (What was I thinking?). I could go on, but suffices to say, one star rating due to not being bicycle friendly.
