This pharmacy is awful. They don’t answer their phone so forget about calling. They don’t fill your call in prescriptions so don’t bother going through the automated system- they fill your script whenever you show up to pick it up. They’ve gotten rid of their drive through, there’s no staff, and you could wait an hour in line to get whatever it is you went for. My wife was told last week to come back another day because they were closing early (earlier than their new early adjusted hours). They had a line so long they told her they’d close in 90 min before they had time to get to her. We have been there several times in early afternoon and the pharmacy is just closed because they don’t have staff to run it. My kids were sick and needed antibiotics and that was a freaking mess trying to get things filled somewhere else. This place is NOT reliable whatsoever. Anywhere else is better than here.

I'd give less but it won't let me.I blame the management not the employees for the staff shortage in the pharmacy department.Nobody answers the phone at all in the store no department would answer the phone. Pharmacy because it's short staffed (when they decide to be open) or general merchandise department.Why can't management step up to help the stores?? Especially when the one in Delmont services a lot of elderly in the community.No wonder the Walmart up the road is getting more of their business.

I need to update my previous review. This Rite Aid has truly improved by 1000% since my last review. They, somehow, remember who I am when I come back (either because I'm there frequently for our family, or maybe because of my last review). They are punctual, courteous and extremely helpful. I have no complaints. The staff is amazing, especially the pharmacy. The past couple years have been rough, and it's nice to see smiling faces every time we go to Rite Aid. Thank you all!

This stores pharmacy is never open anymore. They pick an chose days and when they are open, they tell you that they can't filled your script while you wait because they are to far behind. To try and do it another day. When your doctor sends a script over it'll be over 2 days for it to be filled and that is o ly when they are actually open and you called asking about it. They state oh you wanted that filled. Come on riteaid get it together.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been going to this riteaide for over 20 years since I was born. They don't even answer their phone anymore. I'm on heart medication. I tried getting ahold of then for 2 weeks, and I ran out! Me and my wife couldn't get ahold of anyone, and then you wait 2 hours in line! After being a customer for 20 years, I had to switch to cvs! If you have important medications, I highly recommend switching pharmacy's .

Been calling this pharmacy dozens of times this week, all during business hours and outside their lunch window. Why is there even an option in the phone tree to talk with a pharmacist if no one there ever picks up the phone? Numerous times, I can hear someone pickup the phone then immediately hang up. Get your prescriptions at Walmart instead - they actually answer when you call.

Medications NEVER ready on time. Ive waited over a week to only be treated rudely. This pharmacy has gone down hill. Stand in line each time for over an hour only to be rudely treated and told meds are still NOT ready. Me and my family members need these meds to stay alive. As for our household, we will be going elswhere from now on. Short staff or not, its not my problem when Im trated lije Im a bother to your pharmacy associates.

Absolutely horrible. The pharmacy is rarely open; when they are, they have no staff so the drive through is closed. Line inside is currently backed up to the registers in the front of the store. Fill your prescriptions elsewhere or plan to wait over an hour. I've been having this same experience for months at this location.

Horrible attitudes in this failing store. Pharmacist chewing with a mouth full of food not wanting to be bothered with flu vaccine and no it was not lunchtime . Miserable store-finish closing it!

Absolutely worthless. It's impossible to get through to the pharmacy - they either are closed, or they don't pick up the phone. Go somewhere else for your prescription needs because this location doesn't care about its customers AT ALL.

I love the years that I have had a Rite Aid as a customer for me and my families cares & services. Neil is the best! He is fun, polite and very helpful when needed.But lately you never know who your going to get, and there is no personal connection to us customers anymore. Ii also takes longer and longer to get a script there. It use to be a 15 minute wait, but now it's 30 minutes to an hour...if they have the medication at all! I am very disappointed in the service!!

Brian is by far the best pharmacist I've ever had, his memory is impeccable. The store is well organized and clean. Staffi is normally friendly. Most of the pharmacist's are ready and willing to get the job done. There are only a few pharmacy staff that tend to send you in circles for example, my most reacent visit, a pharmacist lied to me. My physician changed two of my medications, he increased the dosage on one and decreased the other. The pharmacist ran the reduced medication through my insurance plan, (who was ready and willing to fill the medication) byt the pharmacist told me to break my current pills in half and the lie was that the insurance wouldn't cover it until a later date. I called the insurance company to verify what day I could pick up the medication and they said that it was already paid for. So the pharmacist claimed that the insurance company wouldn't pay for a few days when in reality they have it on the shelf. This presents a danger... when a doctor reads my med list they will see that I am on a higher dose than what the doctor really wants me on. Other than that, this store is great. (Typical pharmacist red tape control power kick with a little white lie attached)

The rite on 22 in Delmont is terrible they will not answer there phones so u have to go there and wait in line to let them know what prescriptions u want filled. Then u have to wait for another half in hour to get your prescriptions.

im so disapointed in this place brian lead pharmisist is always on point and g8ves no hassle everytime heck of a good guy.unfortunatlly he cant work everyday they need better people in there working.i was given a promise time of 130 after sitting in the parking lot waiting for 2 hours i then go back to get my script 3 times and was told it wasnt ready i then went into the store to wait bc now 3 hours have passed by. after being in the store i waited another 4 hours and some change to get my perscription, absurd waiting a total of over 7 hours to get my persciption thats bullsh** im not from the area so of course i had to sit an wait. very dissapointed in this pharmacy and then i go a few weeks later an im told it would be atleast an hour notice they said atleast what happened to there gareenteed promise time, then here i go again sitting an waiting it takes 2 mins to fill a script trust me i know so what do yall do all day long smh

Waited at least 10 minutes for a car in front of me in the pharmacy drive through then was asked to drive around the building because the pharmacist needed to verify the script (which shouldn't take the 10 minutes I already waited). I felt slighted the cashier was worried about the person behind me but not the time I already waited to get my script. Terrible decision!

They never answer their phones anymore. It wasn’t just one time, it happens every time now. Let it ring for over 15 minutes, and it just kept ringing, and could not get to the pharmacy.
