Garbage cans were overflowing inside and outside. Food was barely cooked enough, portions were small. Products in the take-out case were priced wrong, causing arguments with staff in front of other customers. Door handle on men's room was broken, had been for a long time. Floor in the dining room was covered with leaves and dirt. Both soft serve machines ran out of mix at the same time, causing even longer delays. Wasn't busy, but staff struggled to fill orders

Seriously, Dairy Queen is the home of the last, well-cooked, fast food hamburger and this location has THE NICEST people. Even post-pandemic, they still understand that customer service brings people back. 100% recommend the cheese curds; they’re worth the up charge!!

I normally go to another location but Been craving a cake batter blizzard all week so I eventually made it to this location after work to get one and service was friendly but very slow for how many people were just standing around. To make matters worse I was served a 1/4 melted soup with cookie and sprinkles pieces in it. Their prices are also more expensive than other locations for the same exact items!

Clean store, chicken ranch sandwich was ok, staff was nice, kids liked the chicken strip meal. Pricing was around $23 for four of us to have complete meals.

Literally just ordered here 5/5/22 2 pm, I’m pretty sure the guy who waited on me was the manager. Man what a super nice guy. Explained the menu and generally seemed happy to be there. Definitely took pride in his work. people that do a good job need some recognition. The rest of the staff I had limited interaction with but the little bit that I did, they all seemed very nice

1. Called the store today asked about app and was told we could use coupons. Was told don’t hit use till there. Came down tonight and was told no-. 2. Very rude girls waiting at window and grabbed my credit. Which there was no need to3. Maybe the everyone should be on same page when it comes to the dq app4. Train these girls better in customer service5. And now I lost access to coupon since I had to give code. Who is correcting that so I can use it at another wonderful dq

Ordered at drive-thru food. Popcorn shrimp 1 order was asked by Dairy Queen employee if desired cocktail sauce responded affirmative meal w drink. Second order dbl cheeseburger NO ONIONS meal with drink. Total order $19.69. Received order left and drove to local park to eat and enjoy sun. Order was not completed properly. No cocktail sauce provided with popcorn shrimp meal..shrimp several extremely tiny balls. Shrimp and fries dumped in the box together. French fries dry and no taste. Bacon dbl cheeseburger polluted with onions...was terrible. Checked the receipt clearly said cocktail sauce and NO RAW ONIONS. Ate meal(s) neither of us enjoyed meals at all but had driven to a park so tried to make best of it. Leaving park drove back to Dairy Queen for dessert...ordered small strawberry sundae with chocolate sprinkles Spoke to employee concerning meals and showed receipt. Employee did not know what to say or do...result employee said couldn't do anything about it now...gave me worst strawberry sundae I've had there..and I wasted another $3-4. It is hit or miss at this location. Fries tasted like oil needs cleaned/changed. Result for me ... won't do that again...They need to train all their employees on much better food prep and customer service.

Ordered 2 medium blizzards. 1 blizzard was the New York Cheesecake which had no strawberries at all in it and a total of 4 cheesecake cubes. Very disappointing. Basically paid $5.50 for a cup of vanilla ice cream.

Tried a new summer time mixed berry blizzard. Yep it's a winner. Tastes as good as it sounds. Oh yes, I also order a large fry extra crispy, and the crew came through without hesitation. Nothing like dipping piping hot fries in a blizzard, (think sweet and sour,) only this is sweet and tasty.

I ordered a cake with an image three days in advance. Went back to get it, the doors were locked. I went through the drive thru. Was told they couldn't find the paperwork. Waited 5 minutes. Thought I was paying for the cake and they debited my card for a cone instead and tried to give it to me! l got it refunded then was told the cake was never made. It is pouring down rain after 9 hours of work on my feet. I tried to be nice, I said I'd come back later on. Third trip for the cake, they said the POS machine was down and I needed to pay cash. I don't carry cash! I left. They called me telling me they'd take off the cost of the image (after three trips? No way!) I went to another DQ five miles away, and got the same cake, paid for and walked out 10 minutes later

It’s one of my kids favorite. Ice cream is always pretty good. However several times the food comes cold or lukewarm. My last experience I had a lukewarm burger and a cold bun. So gross. Fries same.. it’s like that temperature like when your chewing it’s hard to swallow. Very disappointing twice already. I mean. It’s already frozen why can’t it be heated properly, it’s already bad for you. And lastly, I know it’s a place for kids to work…. All of them are COVERED in ice cream. The girl that ring me up even had it on her neck. Not sure if it’s a thing that they do working there as kids. But come on.
