The entire staff is amazing especially the doctors. The last time I came to rainbow was to put my dog down in 2018 and they were amazing then and still are. They took such good care of my cat that had emergency surgery and made sure he was comfortable the entire time! They also worked with me on the price and cost which I was very appreciative of. Would recommend them for anything!

My two dogs decided to play tug of war with a groundhog ( rip 😢) and unfortunately one of my dogs ended up with a gash on her face. I just moved to the area and went to the closest vet hospital that came up on google but was turned down because they were understaffed/booked. The woman there did recommend Rainbow Veterinary Hospital and said that it was close by. I honestly thought we would be turned down again- I'm from Pittsburgh and have drove up to 2 hrs away to get an emergency appointment before- so I was expecting the worst just from past experiences.Luckily that was not the case! While I was making an appointment to come back later in the day because they were very busy, another staff member interrupted and took a minute to glance at my dog, her compassion for my doggo, for her to take a second from her busy day- meant the world to me! I was told they could keep her since it was obvious she just needed stitches and no other diagnostic tests needed to be done.I also was given an estimate & had to put down the minimum before they would admit her. When I came to pick her up, to my surprise ...they actually gave me a partial refund!Their kindness, compassion, & honesty is incomparable to any vet I have taken any of my pups to. I have 5 dogs and am grateful to have such a great Vet hospital near by.Some pics of my baby before & after ❤️

Both Dr Braun and Dr Burr were so helpful understanding and upfront about the care Lincoln needed and costs. You can tell everyone there is passionate about animals and cares about them and their well being. Made us feel welcomed relaxed Lincoln where he felt comfortable and very thorough about what needed to happen

I had to make the difficult decision to put my kitty to sleep on Friday night and this place was absolutely amazing. The lady at the front desk was very helpful with setting everything up, and the vet tech (i believe her name was Mackenzie) and vet both walked me through each step at a pace that was comfortable for me. I usually don’t leave reviews but I appreciate you guys more than you know for making a not so good experience the best it could be!

Dr. Braun and the staff are amazing. Very knowledgeable, personable and puts you and your pet at ease right off. Provides quality services at an affordable rate that doesn't put pet care out of reach. Facility is spacious, well designed and welcoming. I'd never consider going anywhere else or entrust the care of my pets with anyone else. In this day and age of sterile, cold conglomerate owned veterinarians who focus on profit and not care it's nice to find a down to earth, warm and welcoming place where they truly care.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the staff at this emergency clinic. I had called 5 different clinics trying to find someone to see my rabbit who happened to be in GI stasis. I live 2 hours from this clinic and I debated even making the drive but I am so glad I did. Dr. Garner was very kind and went over my options with me and we were able to develop a plan to try to get my girl feeling better. The individuals at the front desk and the technicians were also very nice and took wonderful care of my sweet girl. Thank you guys for being willing to see my sweet girl and for being so great at what you do!

Hands down one of the best Animal Hospitals!!! I called 31 vets before I called Rainbow every one turned me down. Feeling lost and out of hope I found Dr.Bogdan on Google. Over an hour awayi decided I had nothing to lose. I called and explain that my 7 year old Saint needed help and I couldn't find anyone to help. They said even though that were book and had surgery if I could bring her they would help. Unfortunately Rosie was just too sick and it was best to help her cross over. With compassion and complete concern for my baby's comfort Dr Bogdan and her team helped make a horrible decision and situation alot easier.I have never met a team so dedicated to their patients and owners. Never once were they looking to gouge my wallet either surprised me on how low the bill was compared to other experiences with emergency services. I will never be able to thank them enough for bringing our family and Rose Leigha Huntsman Sellers peace. I would Hamds down. Recommend Rainbow Animal Hospital to any one hands down top of my list!!

I had to put my beloved cat to sleep this weekend. Faith made the process so much easier for me. She is truly a special person and Rainbow vet is so lucky to have a special person like her. The vet was comforting as well. It is never ever easier to put an animal to sleep, but the staff here like I said made it so much more easier to handle. Thank you ladies so much for taking such good care of me and my Benny. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone with a sick animal.

I've used Rainbow Veterinary Hospital for our dogs for several years now, and I'm very pleased with their services. For routine visits, the techs and vets have both been very thorough and have taken the time necessary to ensure that our anxious girl is handled with care and patience. Questions have always been answered clearly and with good detail. The facility is clean and modern, and they offer services that I couldn't obtain elsewhere (allergy testing). In the past wait times could be (understandably) lengthy if the staff was handling an emergency, but wait times have been very minimal as of late.We've used the hospital's emergency service twice. In the first case, we had an in-home call for euthanasia at the end of our dear old dog's life. The staff were very compassionate in this difficult time, and I truly appreciate that they offer this option. In the second case, we had an office visit for a urinary tract infection, and the staff were exceptional. Despite the fact that the clinic had a very long, very busy day, everyone was friendly, and the vet provided very thorough care to ensure that a correct diagnosis was obtained and treatment could begin as soon as possible.

My ER visit was outstanding,I called and they got my sick pet in that day. I felt that Dr Fultz was kind and cared about Roxi , she was diagnosed quickly and we put a plan in place to get her back to being healthy. I loved that they followed up on Roxi with a call. I've never had a bad experience or felt like they didn't care about my pet, you can tell they love animals at Rainbow vet . Dr Fultz and the whole team I came in contact with, including the ladies at check - in are an outstanding group of humans. It’s great that they follow up and check to see how the pet is doing after they leave , I also like you get an estimate of cost prior to doing a procedure. Great hospital, Great Vets , Great people.

Yesterday my dog got very ill. Luckily Rainbow veterinary hospital was open and was able to see us. Unfortunately we found out that my dog was full of cancer. The entire staff was so good and nice. The Vet ( whom I am sorry I don’t remember her name) explained everything to us, showed us her xray results, clearly explained our options and supported our decision to let her go. My heart is broken. they let us stay with her as long as we wanted before and after. I highly recommend them.

The staff at Rainbow Vet has always been wonderful to us. They took great care of my Ninja during his many hospital visits/stays and even allowed us to stay well after closing hours the night we had to let him cross the Rainbow Bridge. These people are amazing. They genuinely care about their patients. I've never been to such an amazing vet honestly. Long story short, no one else would take us so quickly (we had a kitten who we were afraid was literally going to die) or the other vets we looked at had terrifying reviews and we were scared to trust anybody with our baby. They took him same day , did the surgery, didn't cost us a million dollars, and we got our baby back the very next morning. Excellent communication with us while they had him, excellent care, excellent aftercare instructions.I cannot say enough good things honestly. They are so great.

Called Rainbow to see if they could see her, and they took the situation very seriously, and did everything they could to ensure our baby was OK. Luckily she is well thanks to Dr. Burr and staff. I would have left a zero star if able to. If you love your pet, do not take them to Rainbow! They will rack up a huge bill of unnecessary tests. Still not able to give you an answer and want to run more tests. The place is dirty, the people are rude! Our beloved dog passed away due to these so called vets. They performed a surgery that we were told was necessary and she became septic from it. It has taken me awhile to do this review. We still never had any answers.

I would like to thank Dr. Siobhan Garner and the staff at Rainbow Veterinary Hospital for helping my buddy Finn (see picture). This little guy somehow got his leg band above the knee and it was swollen. We had to get him somewhere right away. My regular vet was closed and I kept calling around and could not find a avain vet available. I was feeling discouraged and I called Butler Veterinary abd they did not have an avain vet but they recommended Rainbow Veterinary to me. The moment the phone was answered and I explained everything to the receptionist I knew I had found what i was looking for. The care and concern she showed me meant so much. They were able to get me in right away! When I arrived they took Finn and I right away! Everyone kept me informed of what was going on with him every step of the way! When Dr. Garner came out and opened her hand there was the band. She was able to remove it! I gave her a big hug!!!! Finn is home and seems to be improving. He was probably just as relieved as I was! Thanks to all of you!!!

We recently had a traumatic event that took the life of our baby ferret. We took her to Rainbow for cremation services and the staff far exceeded our expectations. We received our cremation ashes on the exact day that we were told. The cremation ashes were beautifully package with the footprints that we ordered, a beautiful card from the staff and the engraved plaque that we ordered. An absolute great experience at such a terrible time in our lives.

They are your typical crooks. They make sure you have no other choice but to come back over and over, and spend, spend, spend. Do NOT trust them. I’ve caught them lying multiple times. Also, most of the front desk staff are miserable and OBTUSE. I had one hang up on me. I will never go back to those Crapweasles again.

Brought my cat in for an infected back paw. They were busy but I didn't have to wait long. We saw the Vet Tech right away and then the Doctor about 15 mins later. Eval went well and I was able to see the work up price and decide what to have done before hand.We have been here a few times in the last couple months with my dog as well. They are following and treating him for a bladder tumor. This is something his regular Vet would not treat. When they diagnosed him, they spent alot of time with us explaining the sonogram, their findings and our options for our dog short-term and long-term.I feel both of my animals have received appropriate care so far. :)I haven't priced other vet hospitals in the area so I am unsure how their prices compare to anywhere else honestly. Facility is clean, neat and organized. Staff and Doctor were friendly. Nice, comfortable waiting area with TV, coffee and tea.

I've been to this clinic twice now in an emergency and they helped me one other time over the phone. In all three instances the communication has been phenomenal and the care has been excellent. Every staff member is friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their services.

I'm giving one star because it will not allow me to go below 1. Don't take your pet here for something simple because they will try rack up your bill with as many tests as possible. Also if an assistant comes into the room showing you a pre-determination of services and costs and you verbally agree to part of the listed services, then she asks you to sign that document, DO NOT sign it. Make her print a new one with what you agree to. She agreed to only have the administer the services I agreed to and check in with me from there. Then they never did check in with me and did an extra $150-200 in services that I didn't authorize. Instead of fighting with lower level employees around midnight I decided to get my animal home and get some sleep. Calling thier office in the morning. The office didn't make it right. In fact the next day I sent another vet. Dr Amanda Zoldak, I found a copy of the x-ray that I did have them take via text. She scheduled an appointment about, but could see in the x-ray right away that there was a large hairball that the rainbows vet totally missed in the x-ray. Dr Zoldak recommended me good over the counter hairball control remedies that I ordered right away to give my cat. I wish I went to The Little Vet Clinic in Lisbon to begin with because a $60 office visit there and another $20-30 in over the counter hairball control was all I needed. Dr Zoldak could tell seeing my cat that I ended up paying over $500 at rainbows, and the consideration of a lodged hairball being the foreign object never crossed their mind at Rainbows. Dr Zoldak could tell in the X-ray it was a hairball which caused colonitis. Their vet kept asking if he ate a toy or something and flat out refused my request for a hairball medication which come to find out there Is a prescription one shot they could of administered that lasts 2 weeks and would of helped break up the hairball the rainbows vet missed. When the rainbows vet was looking at the colon she actually said I think that's colon, but I'm not 100% sure. She did see gas build up and air bubbles all caused from the large hairball she didn't see in the x-ray. Dr Zoldak asked me questions about my cat and found out he had been licking my hair while I was sleeping a lot which can contribute to a hair ball. Do Not Take Your Animal here unless it's a definite emergency and a last resort. My pet wasn't even comfortable there, but he was at Dr Zoldaks office The Little Vet Clinic in Lisbon, who doesn't take advantage of people by trying to pile up a bunch of unnecessary tests for something as simple as a common hairball.
