Hate when I have to use this store. Their cashiers seem to always be having social hour at the register. Customer service is one thing, watching people in line put their items down a walk out because you can’t end a bs conversation for the past 15 minutes is another entirely. I’ll overnight my items from Amazon, works out to the same price anyway. Cheaper if I subscribe.

They groomed Coconut in a timely manner, my only complaint was that they called me every 5 mins when my dog was done being groomed. I was told it would take 3 to 4 hours. Coconut's services were completed in 2 hours. I informed the groomer that I was in route after the third call.
