Did not get my dog groomed yesterday. Nothing to do with the groomer.My problem was.I just wanted my dog groomed no bath. Apparently they will not do one without the other. I did not see a notice about that on their site, was very disappointed. That's their policy I guess....

The cashier was not having a great day. I approached the counter, since she did not greet me or look at me I said to her, "good afternoon." Because she did not respond I looked up and said again ," good afternoon. " She grumbled something and then asked "is this all?" I said yes but I am a vital care member. She says put your phone number in. When I did. She gave me my total. I said is there a manager I can speak to? She calls the manager and suddenly the cashier became helpful. She became willing to let me load my coupons, willing to scan the barcode, and willing to accept my rewards. Of note, there wasn't even a line. When the manager came because the woman started treating me like a human being, and responding when I asked questions I didn't mention anything to the manager. The cashier behavior was unprofessional, impolite, and nonresponsive only and until I asked for a manager. This adjustment simply proves to me that the cashier was well aware that her conduct was wildly inappropriate. Without one word, she completely changed her behaviors once I asked for a manager. How sad.

My experience with Petco grooming was fantastic. The staff was positive and I saw staff grooming other dogs they were taking their time. The staff did a good job Princess was happy I'm happy. I would recommend to bring your doggie at Petco.

It was ok. A bit high on the prices. My man spent $30 for a shampoo brush and a bottle of shampoo. The grooming area didn't have brochures, and they were rude when I asked for info. Very expensive items., but my 8yrs old son enjoyed it due to the little animals and fishes in there.

I greatly enjoy going to my local Petco. The associates are friendly and helpful. They're a positive bunch eager to help. They love animals like me!

Seems like it gets harder and harder to get the dog food I need and the treats for my ferrets ..they never have the vitamins for them either . I feel it is alot of stores though not just Petco ...I would love for the products I need to just be available

I honestly don’t understand why this location has low reviews. Maybe from previous management and groomers but my experience was amazing!! I was previously taking my boy to a different Petco location and suddenly grooming became an issue. After three failed attempts with his original groomer that had seven grooms with zero issues previously , I was extremely confused. So I decided to bring him to this location instead. The ladies did such an amazing job! Amazing is an understatement because he was long overdue and I know that it took a lot of patience to complete the service. They were kind, thorough, and didn’t quit on my boy even though he was clearly anxious in anew salon. Shout out to the grooming team and staff here!

Our Pitbull is elderly and recently the 3 steps out back have become too great a challenge. I was seeking a solution of ANY type. I headed for the lumber yard for ramp supplies plans in mind... Time to clock in for work was rapidly approaching. Before going into the hardware store I Called the Nearest Petco. Marcus answered the phone was super helpful. I was walking out with the ramp minutes later. THANK YOU Marcus & both of your team members for making a stressful errand quick & easy!

Forgive me I can not for the life of me remember the other associates name, I initially asked him for help, he said once he was done with the current customer he would help me. Well everyone decided to checkout at the same time and he got stuck behind the register. Another associate, Marcus just so happened to be taking a call and came down the aisle I was in, once he was done with the call, I bombarded him with questions about this frog that came into my life! He was frustrated I could see (again ppl were checking out) but regardless he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions! I ended up only needing crickets!!! Once I got to the register I asked the first associate if he knew what kind of frog it was and he was just as helpful! They both gave me some great advice on how to take care of my new friend!Now, I’ve been to several Petco stores and NEVER have I received THIS amount of professionalism! This is what customer service is! I’m a chef, so I can appreciate them a bit more than most, because I know how difficult it is to deal with the public! Thanks guys for making my trip to Petco an enjoyable one!

The staff walked right by me when I entered the store with no greeting or assistance offered. They were not customer focus. All the employees were congregating at the front of the store talking to each other. Horrible customer service.

My search ended when I discovered Petco in Upper Darby. I am a proud owner of Betta fish imagitarium Rose Petal Male. Also got 1 for my mom. They are excellent to release stress.

The cat groomer at the Upper Darby location failed to inform me of the Petco policy that all vaccinations of cats had to happen 24 hours prior to the appointment. I clearly stated I had just taken the cats to the vet and had just dropped them off back at home. I scheduled the appointment at 1700 hours for a 1030 appointment the next day. My time was completely wasted. I found a local small business owner to support, paid half of the price Petco would have charged me, and likely got twice the amount of service and care I would have gotten from Petco.

This Was a good visit maybe only because I got cricket. So only had to deal with the cashier but on previous visits when I go to get fish. The lady is very unknowable about the fish she sells. Seem like she does not want to help you. She even told us the fish we purchased would die in a day but they are still alive and had babies.

Every single groomer My dog has been to, he’s loved. He was abused as a puppy (because people are awful) and is usually skiddish around new faces. He prances right in this salon like he owns it. No barks. Or growls. Or teeth showing. Jessica C has been doing a wonderful job with him, but honestly every single groomer he’s had has been fantastic!

Completely unprofessional I had a a dog grooming appointment and was canceled because the electric was out which was out of there control.. it was also out my control I didn’t receive a call or a follow up to accommodate my pet. Unprofessional and o we priced compared to Doggie styled would not recommend.
