I'm really disappointed with the haircuts my girls received. After stating that I only wanted an inch off one of my girls, who they said was not matted, she came out looking almost shaved down. After picking her up, I was told I would need a groomer who uses scissors. It would have been great if I was told this before they buzzed her down. My other who, who they did say had knots under her arms (I was a little shocked by this but her hair is more coarse and thick), they didn't even try with her. Both girls are buzzed down but have their originally fluffy tails… they were never touched. What a waste.Adding another comment: My dog that was buzzed did not need to be, not as much as the groomer did. These girls were brushed every single day. One girl was apparently flawless on matting and the other had some around the armpits. The approach taken was lazy. These girls has so much hair and came out naked. When asked what I didn’t like about the cut, I was flabbergasted that they would even ask. I hated everything about it. That's when they said I needed a groomer who used scissors - why wasn't this said before the appointment started? I provided insight into what I was looking for.I am truly traumatized by their approach especially since I make sure to brush them every single day.This session was simply about speed and dollars not about quality.

I dont recommend this groomer at all. They did a pretty good job the first time when she was a puppy before covid. Didnt take her back in til now because of covid so I trimmed her myself, but decided to let the groomer this time. I will NOT be taking her back. Very poor job, looks HORRIBLE. Patches of untrimmed fur left on her face and feet. Her ears were not done inside, which need to be kept plucked, and I pointed this out when dropped her off. Also ears were not even trimmed on the outside at all. When I called to tell them i was told the groomer was already gone for the day, but it was another hour and half til closing, so im sure i was lied to. I let them know what was not done or wrong and I would NOT be returning. Their response was Sorry you feel that way...and they hung up. It even cost me 20.00 more than last time. The reason they told me is because shes a year old now. I paid 63.50 to have a 15 pound cockapoo trimmed ....only to be a botched up mess. She was there 3 hours from the time i dropped her off for her apt til they called to say she was ready. I had even stopped by 2 hours after apt to see if she was ready. I was told another half hour. Got a call for pickup 45 mins later. I will be finding another groomer. I like a poodle cut on her because she resembles the poodle more. Not going thru that again or having my dog look so HORRIBLE after leaving the groomers. I forgot to mention they cut the top of her head short when i asked them to leave a little puff and they didnt even bathe her either....and i was charged that much. UNBELIEVABLE!!

I took my Father's border collie here for his first ever grooming experience. The price was very reasonable and the staff (owner maybe?) Who I interacted with was very sweet! And the pup looks incredible!!

This place is amazing! I have an old pug mix that I adopted who hates having his nails done. We had a terrible experience at Sunbury Animal Hospital that left my dog needing an emergency visit to the vet and me in tears after getting his nails “trimmed” there. So we decided to try this place out. These ladies are kind and gentle. They care about what they do and they care about the dogs. They really know what your dog needs, and you can be there with your dog the entire time, they don’t “take them in the back” like other places do. My dog, Fuzz, not only can now get nails trimmed on all four paws, be he doesn’t cry or get stressed and he gets a special treat and lots of love and attention when he goes and his nails are healthier. I am so grateful to find a place that my dog as much as I do. Would 100% recommend these lovely ladies at nail to tails!

Absolutely wonderful place I am so pleased with This Dog Groomer. You can always tell when it’s a good place when your dog is so excited to go. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who wants their pet pampered while they’re not with their owner.
