Great place to work and shop. There are a variety of people who work here from all different walks of life.Giant recycles EVERYTHING! I’ve worked in a number of industries/work forces (to include the US govt.) and never have I seen more recycling and/or recycling efforts than at Giant! 96+% rate of recycling- that makes my Earth loving heart happy and warm.I recently injured myself at work (just a minor muscle strain) and was given ample time to recover, the telemedicine (video apt) was prompt and everyone was super knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Not only does Giant provide stellar support for connecting employees with reputable doctors (as it relates to work related injuries), but once I returned to work, at least 4 different managers asked how I was feeling and I felt each person genuinely cared what my reply was.This is just a fabulous place to work and I’m excited to be employed in such a caring and dedicated company.

It's is clean and well stocked as a grocery store should be. The sale signs need to be paid close attention to, though. Items make it into spots that are similar but not the same as advertised. For example, the item in question is of the same type and same sale, but not same price.

Has a large choices of everything I look for, different prices to choose from, very reasonable , I enjoy shopping there, also has very good bargains on things I buy , brand name items, I enjoy shopping there and getting the flyers to see their sales.

Will mop the floor at 9pm when they close at 11pm and will stand in front of you until you move. will lock the front doors with no signs that the doors are locked to exit or enter very uncustomer friendly

Its an ok giant stocked well always and clean decent prices but they like to triy and not let people i half an hour befor closing i cant get there till 10 30 and they close at 11 not 1030 so this is an isuse they need to work on defintly

This is an awesome business. It's like an old-fashioned 5 and dime, with so many treasures. They have custom framing and a large selection of craft items as well as well-made toys and puzzles, decorative items, jewelry, cards, and too many other things to mention.

The store is clean and well stocked. The employees are always helpful. I use the curbside pick up (giant direct) often as well. It is a great time saver. The ladies are always super helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this store.

I love that this store seems to have a lower turnover rate than most retail stores I shop at. The employees are super friendly and make for such a comfortable shopping experience every single time. I'm not particularly fond of the public restroom that's available, however it is just that. It could just smell nicer lol.

Very very racist place and if you are any color or race other than white you are treated differently! The staff especially managers need some customer service training. They are very rude and doesn’t accept their mistake. Hate this giant!!!

Great location.. always looks clean and most employees are nice and very helpful. Was looking for premature baby formula with extra calories to help promote growth. Found one wasn't the one i was hoping for tho.. i prefer mix but only found pack of premade bottles which is nice but don't last as long at all. Other than that the donuts here are great.. bakery staff always does a great job!!

This is my go to grocery store clean , staff seems happier and treated well you see them get along. I know they are paid more then the other grocery store which is a big reason I come here. They often reduce produce daily and have a unique section of produce you cannot get at market which I like trying. They have a reduced rack of items they are getting rid of or do not sell. They also seem to get more new items in so I can try new things. Prices always seem better.

I only go in for sale products and that is such a hassle just to do that between e-coupons and other coupons and then using your phone sale prices you have to spend $25 or more. Such a hassle. Then every time I check out there's a problem with my receipt I have to go back in. They don't even understand how to read the receipts right. They get confused when I go to customer service. And they always wind up owing me money because something didn't go right

As always the store is clean, well organized, brightly lit attractive displays and friendly staff. The produce is normally the best of any market in the area. Same goes for meats. I shop for a catering service and I will check out every market for quality and price. Giant eagle wins hands down in nearly every case

This is a super place to shop! The store is clean, and they have a great deli. I spend way too much time here when I shop,because it is such a pleasant experience. The only thing I don't like is that some of my favorite items keep disappearing from the shelves, and I have to shop elsewhere for them. The sales associates check out that I try to use when she is there is so nice! Sorry I don't know her name.

The Giant has a nice selection of beers and wines. You have to pay at the register in the beer section. Just a tip for someone new to buying alcohol at Giant. You can't purchase it at the front registers. A rule in Pennsylvania by the PLCB.

This goes out to the Danville Giant,,,placed an order for chicken for a birthday party on Thursday March 24 2022,the party was on Friday March 25 ,it was to be ready by 4pm when person who took the order asked for my name three(3) times ,but apparently did put the slip where the staff could find it, we went to get it and there was nothing was ready .But I would like to thank Aliza for being so kind and making our order top priority.
