I would rate them at 10 stars if I could. Their customer service is excellent. They have stayed open late to see my dog when he experienced an emergency. You can get regular appointments within a very reasonable amount of time. I think Dr. Ryan and Dr. Campbell are excellent at what thay do and they don't add unnecessary tests and procedures to run up your bill.

I took my cat to get her fixed. After paying $500 they forgot to give me the pain medicine, called me on my way home, i had to turn around for it. They also forgot to give a cone until i asked for one. When she came home i noticed the tip of her nipple cut off & a grey nail clipped down to the nerve. Very upset with my experience.

Most of the vets I saw over the past two years were great. However I recently obtained a second opinion about my dog’s knee and learned my dog had a chronically torn CCL that was missed. I can live with that and transfer care. My biggest complaint is that the radiographs I paid for at animal care do not exist! They will not release them to me, my new primary vet or my orthopedic specialist. This is negligence or fraud.

My dog has had kidney issues over the past year and they were very caring and helpful with advice and care. Unfortunately I had to have my dog euthanized in the end and their compassion was outstanding. They even send me a sympathy card! I definitely recommend Animal Care Center for your pet care!

The doctors and nurses are awesome....the one receptionist gal has a bit of a control issue telling me to pull back on my dogs leash when he was simply saying hello to another dog...both tails wagging and absolutely a non-issue. For some reason the desk gal felt the need to control a situation that needed no control or input from her.

Love all the doctors, technicians & staff. Wonderful with your pets. I had to say goodbye to two of my rescue greyhounds 1 month apart Nov 2022 & Dec 2022 they were both 11 years old. Adopted a rescue from Ireland she even had her own pass port. Had her for 10 months she was in pain so I took to her to Animal Care Center and she had cancer so for the 3rd time in eleven months I had to say good bye agin. Animal Care Center were very kind, compassionate, and patient. They give you all the time you need to be alone with your pet before & after. I love the option of being there holding my pet through the process I hated it, but the thought of them being alone was more than I could stand it also was closure she wasn't suffering and she knew she was loved all of them. I highly recommend Animal Care Center.

I had an absolutely amazing experience here! My cat Tiny was sick and they took him in right away. Dr. Ryan took amazing care of him and everyone in the clinic was so kind and accommodating when I was really worried about Tiny! I would highly recommend this place and Dr. Ryan to anyone!

Brought my dog in for his weekly injection but request prescription was not available - said no vet to approve it until the next week! After I asked again they said vet denied it - when I know my vet had said we should always have some on hand.I thought this was an isolated incident, but see several recent complaints similar to mine. They seem to have forgotten customer service in favor of lots of red tape and delays for everything.

I have a friend that works there and I told her what was going on with my Roscoe. She told me to call in the morning and and make an appointment with Dr Ellet.My boy was diagnosed with IVDD, I was heartbroken. He's almost done with the steroids he was given and he doing VERY VERY VERY well after only a week. I KNOW, I KNOW he has to be crated but he hates that thing. I haven't had him in a crate since I got him at 3 months old. I have him laying quietly beside me on his bed and I give him massages every few hours.He my buddy and I love him more than life itself. We bonded immediately when I saw him.

This place is a joke. I have been going here for the better part of 8 years. Recently our savannah cat had become ill. We got him in. He was examined for 5 minutes and they said he has cancer. Just like that. Yup he has cancer. Said they're going to do an ultrasound and to call back for the result. In the meantime I took our cat to another well respected clinic where they said cancer could be a possibility but it's one of many things it could be an they wouldnt dare jump to that conclusion. So I call the acc back for ultrasound results. "We don't have any ultrasound results in file". I asked when they would be and the guy on the phone says we didn't do an ultrasound. Isn't that amazing. So I flipped out. Obviously anyone would. We're fighting to save our pets lives. Anyway not to long later we decided to euthanize him. They were all glad to do that. But now a few months later I adopted 3 cats from a local shelter..called to get appointments and they said due to previous "altercations" (seriously an altercation?). They only want your money here folks. This place has gone down the toilet since they moved to the new location and if you value your pets health stay far away.

This place is fantastic. Customer service is outstanding, pleasant, and caring. They got our dog in for an emergency appointment, and the wait time was minimal. All tests were run and completed ASAP. The Dr. From Scranton area was a nice and knowledgeable young man.The cost of service was very reasonable.I could ramble on and never say enough nice things about the staff here.Thank you for caring for our children.

Dr. Lapos was wonderful. She came in introduced herself and immediately took to Max,. He loves people. I didn't need an MRI she took one look at his knee and knew exactly what was wrong. Offered me two different scenarios on operations and I elected the one they do most with least cost and just as good as an outcome. Max had the knee operation and is doing fantastic the only draw back is he loves to run and jump and he is in the house most of the time with small walks of 10 to 15 mins. We took the bandage off the next day he was walking on it a little at a time and within the first two weeks he put full pressure on it and is doing well. The Vet herself and her staff were kind, and very patient with my Max. They told me he was one happy boy. The one tech told me the next morning after surgery he was laying flat on his back with all fours in the air I guess he was looking at his wound. I would definitely recommend this Vet hospital to anyone who needs a first or second opinion. Thank you so much Danville Animal Care for helping Max!!

Useless place. Tried calling to get medical advice for our dog and they won't answer anything even small questions without first seeing our dog. Can't even call and ask for medical advice from a vet clinic what kinda world do we live in. I'm not taking any animal to a place unless you answer questions first need to know the place I'm gonna be taking my animal to is gonna be compassionate and understanding. Too many "Vets" now days just want money without caring about the animal or its owners. Seems shady to me. Submitted a claim to the BBB seems I'm not the only person with bad things to say. Funny they hide it all behind good reviews. I have family on the head of council for Danville and they will hear about this

Got my pet in fairly quickly, always top notch care. Caring and thorough vets and techs. Will there be a bit of wait time for evening appointments? Yes, but understandably so with other emergencies coming in. One of only places in the area that didn't turn me away when I was looking for vet options (lots will tell you that they aren't accepting new patients or put you off). Spacious new building with ample parking.

Dr Ryan was very calous and unsympathetic after our dog got a clean bill of health from them 16 hours earlier, then died unexpectedly after our dog took their prescribed Medication.

I brought my cat in after her right canine tooth broke at the gum line. They had to do an extraction of the rest of the tooth that remained in the gum. I was impressed with my entire experience and here is why:- FAST and EASY to get an appointment. Cat broke her tooth at 5 pm, called vet, was able to bring her in the next day for initial examination and they said they could do the surgery the next day (which is so fast in my experience)-DENTAL SURGERY they called me after the surgery was done at 11am, told me she did well and was waking up and would be ready for pick up between 2-3pm. They sent me home with easy to ready discharge instructions, pain medication, a copy of her bloodwork, and colored photo's of her teeth/inside of her mouth.-FOLLOW UP- I received a call the following day after surgery to see how she was doing-ESTIMATE- they gave me a high and low estimate and it ended up costing me the lower range of the estimate!Staff was friendly and answered all my questions. I would use them again and would recommend!

Beautiful facility. Doctor was thoughtful, and gentle with our dog. She asked really pertinent questions and spent time with us. Exam was not rushed. Would have given 5 stars but the front desk staff seem a little confused or unsure.

Went with an emergency with our dog. The best Vet clinic ever. I am now going to move all my animals to them. Wonderful staff, squeaky clean, extremely fair pricing and the dog felt the vet tech was her new best friend. I am so grateful.
