We went to Indraloka Animal Sanctuary yesterday for the pampering pigs event and I must say that the place is absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing and the animals were well cared for and very much loved by all. My 5 year old son and I had such a great time meeting and and learning about all of the resident animals there. I recommend scheduling a tour or going to an event there. You will not be disappointed.

Happy animals! Visited here for Thanksliving event Nov 5 2022 and couldn't have been more thrilled with the experience. There was a vegan meal, raffle, and of course the feast for the animals!

Indraloka Animal Sanctuary provides extraordinary care for the 200 or so farmed animals who live there. The setting is gorgeous—verdant and rimmed by the Endless Mountains of PA—and the animals have an onsite veterinarian to help care for them. The Caregiver staff is amazing. Everyone is so kind and loving. I highly recommend taking a public tour or attending an event.

amazing place! my daughter went to earth camp for a week. she absolutely loved it and couldn't wait to go every day. the teachers are great with kids and take great care of the animals that call this place home.

Great place to take your family! The girls that did our tour were super knowledgable and personable. I give them much credit for following their dream of giving these animals a sweet, safe place to live out their lives! You'll see everything from chickens and goats to pigs, horses and even a couple alpacas. If you want to show the kids farm animals in their natural habitat- this is the place to go!

A place that truly cares for animals with love and respect. The staff and volunteers are amazing. Indraloka is a wonderful place to support. I would recommend bringing the family on a tour to learn about the importance of sanctuary work and the personalities of the residents. I appreciate the sanctity for all life that is apparent here.

Was here for an event. The horses, including a former racehorse, do not have stalls, and look to be in poor health. There really is no good reason I found out as to why they do not have stalls. Its a shame that the owner, Indra Lahiri, got into the position to own a sanctuary, when I feel as there are many other individuals who would do a much better job if given the opportunity. I love all the animals, but I got the feeling when being there that the owner isnt educated enough to be in the position she is. I give much credit to the caretakers, though. They really do a lot of work to keep the animals as happy as possible

I think it sad to try to rescue animals when you don’t have the responsibility to be able to handle it yourself and have to ask for handouts and free help. To me you should only take on what you know you can handle yourself, that’s why most of these animals are in need of places
