We had screened-in porch that we wanted to change into a 3-season room. Garrety Glass came and in two days did a wonderful job making the change over. Everyone was very friendly, they came and finished right on time. They took care of getting the permits and electrical for us as well. We could not be more happier with our new 3-season room. Broke a pane of glass in a curio. Never ordered glass in my life. Looked online for suggestions in York, PA area. Garrety Glass was highly recommended. Called on a Friday and they took all information for this single pane of glass. Got a call the following Tuesday to pick it up. Fit perfectly and looks great. They made the whole process easy. I can't say enough good things about Alika Lauer and Nick Cook, who worked so hard to keep things running smoothly. Nick and Alika were the two installers. We had a large deck with several levels that we wanted to convert into a screened porch with an outside section. They sat down and went over all the options with us in an understandable and detailed way. The install happened sooner than we expected and they were on time, respectful of our property and kept us informed on the timeline and the progress they were making. I would definitely recommend them.

My wife and I had talked with our next door neighbor and people in the neighborhood who also used Garrett Glass. They all recommended this company. I watched as they worked on our next door neighbors house turning their screened in porch into a four season room.I was sold, we contacted them to have them screen in our back patio. They arrived on time and were very courteous. They cleaned up after the job was done. After telling them about being nervous about our dogs stepping on small sharp objects in the yard. They took a shop vac and vacuumed the area of the yard they worked in. I want to thank, Marc and Josh for a job well done.When we have more work done in the future we will request them.We love our new screened in porch, Thank You!

We used Garrety Glass to replace the glass in our bay windows. The UV coating was coming off and looked terrible. Anatolli did a wonderful job and they look brand new again! Garrety made the whole process quick and easy from start to finish. Would recommend, 10/10!!

Top notch from start to finish. We love our previously screened porch turned into a 4-season glass sunroom! Every morning it’s the first place we go to enjoy coffee and the view. With ample sliding screened windows it can still be a “porch” when the weather allows. It’s a great extra room for entertaining as well. Jordan, our sales rep, took his time with us (we had lot and lots of questions!!), explained everything, and the crew was professional and meticulous! Garrety Glass is an excellent company with an excellent team from the sales call to the final installation of our sunroom, they provided a pleasant experience. Micah, our construction leader did an awesome job of tearing down our old sunroom and deck; and building a new deck and installing the new sunroom. He and his team were professional and very hard working. They worked nonstop from the time they arrived in the morning until they left in the afternoon. Micah is very knowledgeable and is very particular about his work. I would highly recommend them.

We had a large screen in back porch that needed the screen replaced.After searching sunroom ideas on the net, I realized the better investment was to have the porch enclosed.The Garrety Glass rep that came to the house was friendly and and no sales pressure.We felt we were talking to family , it was greatThe crew that came to install the enclosure was the best one could ever hope for.The weather here at that time was so hot, and yet they worked all day long each day.Very dedicated to doing the best job possible.They had to replace some of the frame work of the porch due to rotted wood.We were offered 2 options on how to do that, we chose to have everything capped ( posts encased in siding type material ) there was no pressure on which option.I really should have taken a picture of this old porch before they enclosed it, you would be amazed at the difference.Having this sunroom is a worthwhile investment.It adds value to our home, and such pleasure to our lives.Don't settle for anyone else, Garrett Glass is the best, I honestly can't imagine anyone doing a better job.

Garrety replaced a broken window in my living room. Staff were helpful and courteous. They had someone come out and do measurements. It took awhile (- 2 months) to get the replacement window but it was during the holidays so I can understand the delay. Actual replacement took little time and there were no problems. Window looks great!!

We love our new sunroom Garretty Glass built! It was a screened in deck on the back of our house, which we didn’t use very much. Now it is a quiet, relaxing oasis from which we can watch the wildlife that frequents our back yard. It is so soundly built, and our fur babies love the lower windows we chose for their viewing entertainment. Micah and his crew were great, and they worked very hard to give us a beautiful room that we will enjoy for years to come!

Excellent service! Garrety came in to finish our 3 season room after another contractor left us with an unfinished job. Everyone is top notch! Jeff arrived and after listening to our concerns gave us and entire presentation on the company itself. He was able to show us product samples. Very knowledgeable! Our next appointment was with Jeff and Wes. Wes took laser measurements. Both gentlemen were very professional and thorough. We were kept in the loop while materials were on order. Once installation began, this further confirmed that we had hired a great company. Micah B. And Josh, our installers were very proficient, arriving on time and clean up. Our 3 season room looks great and we couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend this company. Everyone is an employee of the company, no outsourcing! Everyone that came to our home, as mentioned above, are highly trained. They take pride in their work and the results speak for themselves! We love our 3 season room!

Writing this review because we choose this company based on these google reviews and frankly now regret it. We ordered windows for nearly our entire house except for two that had been replaced about 7 years prior. We picked this company thinking we would have a high quality window with great installation. There were more expensive then other companies we looked at by several thousand dollars but we thought the extra money was worth the peace of mind of having a good product and installation. We had issues starting with scheduling. After one phone call that we missed it took a week to be able to get into contact with someone despite multiple phone calls to schedule. And once we were able to get in contact the time given was weeks different from what we needed with a new baby on the way. We reached out to the manager who luckily was able to reschedule to a better time for us. They came and installed windows. I later found about 4-5 small screws on our carpet in three different locations. Luckily I found them before our dog did. I didn’t realize that they don’t replace the trim around the windows like our previous window company years ago did. In the removal of the windows some of the trim cracked. They did a bad caulk job to put back the old trim, the color was different from the paint of the old trim so it really stood out. We again contacted the manager and sent pictures. He agreed that the appearance was suboptimal. They sent someone out twice. We showed them our other two windows that were previously replaced 7 years ago that had also replaced the trim and asked for them to do the same, and Garrety said they didn’t carry anything like it, that the old wood Anderson windows they took out, the trim with them was unique, and they didn’t carry anything that would replace it. They ended up replacing the caulk with a color that was a better match. Looks better but ultimately not what we expected but we wanted to just be done with it. Now here we are in the winter and these windows are subpar with the cold air it lets in again especially compared to our other two windows. It is the worst in the baby’s room especially at the bottom, it feels like there might be a slight gap letting cold air in. But it’s more than just this gap, all of the windows you can feel cold air around it. It just looks and feels like we were installed a poor quality window product. Our other windows were a middle grade window so it’s not like they are some fancy triple pane special. We have buyers regret for choosing this company.

Jeff the sales rep worked with me to design something that would fit my yard, my budget, address the needs for me, my cat, and my dog.Andy and his crew were great. The attention to detail is impressive and their work ethic is sorely absent in other contractors that I’ve used. I actually miss them now that they’re gone!

I used Garrety Glass to manufacture and install shower doors in two renovated bathrooms. I could not be happier with their work. Not only did they measure once for a very complicated system, they measured a second time on a different day. I was quite impressed they wanted installation to be smooth and it was. Andy and Mike were top notch technicians polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. Going forward, this is the only glass company I will use. I live in a 97-year old home with the original windows that are crafted to open via a rope and pulley system. I contacted Garrety Glass for a repair of just one window in which the rope on both sides had recently broken. I was delighted that they had someone who could do it and immediately scheduled a free estimate with Dennis. Following his visit, I received a quote that included 4.7 hours of labor not knowing how extensive the repairs would be if the molding were difficult to remove, etc. Thankfully, not only did Dennis do such an exceptional job with the repair that I don't even need to touch up any paint, he completed the job well under the time estimated. He was very patient with my questions and photo taking of the repair process which is fascinating for old house lovers. The company staff were also very professional throughout the scheduling (and rescheduling) and billing process. A refund was provided as well for the overpayment of the labor time. Original consultation for our shower door was great. The timeline not so much. Original order took longer than expected and once it arrived it was wrong. Not a Garrety issue but disappointing. They had our order reworked. Arrived when they said but there were concerns with time-frame to get it installed. The shower door looks great. The installer was precise and meticulous. Lots of frustratration with the timeline but most of that was out of their hands. I'd imagine if you don't advocate well for yourself it could be easy to get pushed back if issues arise.

From start (with Gary our salesman) to finish (Tyler and construction crew) it was a great experience and we have a beautiful new deck to enjoy!Garretty Glass also installed a set of exterior French doors in our home and they look and work great too! Called Garrety Glass for a quote on having a broken window replaced. They responded back right away with instructions on what they needed. Needless to say had them back out to replace the window. Communication is great and very professional. Would highly recommend
