First time goin. I have a big fluffy cat that needed a sanitary trim bad. I can tell he was treated well by how calm he was going back home. Once we arrived, he ate all his food and was happily walking around the house with his tail all the way up. Excellent service, very friendly and understanding, would definitely go again.

My little girl came from a bad situation at her previous groomer and everyone at Doggie Do’Little was so concerned and gentle with her. Taking the time to let her warm up to them and being patient with her insecurities. I truly appreciate the extra mile you guys went to make her and myself comfortable. Eric did an excellent job on her haircut and made her look super duper adorable and cute. She smelled amazing and I have already made my next appointment. The picture below is obviously before her haircut but I just had to share it because she’s just so cute!! And here’s the after picture. Thank you all again for loving on her.

Ohhh Myyy Goodness! My Graise looks soo good! She’s soft and fluffy and smells so good! These are the sweetest people I have ever met! I just moved here from Texas and had a terrible experience at Jax Galloping Groomer today, went into Doggie Do Little Pet Salon and was welcomed with overflowing kindness! I honestly didn’t care what the price was, because she showed she cared, explained what I should get today and squeezed us in, when they did not have to, because they also do NOT take walk-ins. There were also many cute pups coming in at the same time. This place is busy in a good way and they deserve all the business. This place is a gift from God ❤️ I highly, highly recommend! We will be back next month 🐩 🐕‍ 🐕

I can not recommend Doggie Dolittle enough! They worked magic on my sweet Maci, who struggles with wooly hair when it grows out. We tried two groomers previously who did good jobs but could never quite get all of the wooly hair off of her, but Doggie Dolittle DID!! I HIGHLY recommend taking your pup here. I wish I had taken a before photo to show the significant difference. Next time I will! I’m so happy! Thank you Doggie Do’little! I’ll for sure be retuning and referring anyone I know to you.

A MESS! From scheduling, to wrong services, to attitude, to owner follow up - simply a mess. When they get it right (which they’ve done ONE out of five visits), it looks great. BUT…. After the first visit, they’ve screwed it up every single time. This last visit was the straw that broke the camel’s back.Called in a month prior to the appointment and asked to schedule the same services we always get - bath, haircut, nails trimmed. We arrive and the technician says “bath and nails, right?” We say, “no, it’s what they always get - bath, haircut, nails.” We come back 2 hours later and they are “trimmed” - not cut like they are usually done. When we point out that they still have the long hair, the groomer got very angry and said “well, they were only scheduled for a bath!” She proceeded to look in the computer to see which blade she was supposed to use and realized her mistake - then grabbed their leashes and stormed off. My husband and I (as well as another customer who happened to be standing there) were speechless.We leave and come back 30 minutes later - another groomer was doing our smaller dog (he did a great job) and she brought out our larger dog and handed me the leash. It was HORRIBLE. She hacked him up so badly that when we walked outside and the owner was there he said, “Who did that to your dog? He looks like he has tiger stripes!” He assured us he would make it right - “I’ll refund your account and get him back in with Eric so we can get him fixed up!” He seemed to appreciate the fact that I let him know about what happened - “I can’t fix what I don’t know about.” Well, he saw it for himself and I never heard from him! I figured I’d give him a few days to get things sorted out. Still no contact. Emailed him… no response.I spent 2 hours at home with our own clippers trying to fix what she had done. And needless to say, he did not follow through on the refund.NEVER AGAIN “Do Little” is the right name.

I have a long haired cat who behaves so badly when not groomed. It’s hard to find a trust worthy groomer especially for new cat clients but thankfully I was able to book an appointment within 3 weeks of my initial call. Prices aren’t listed on their website so I wasn’t sure what a lions cut and nail trimming would cost but honestly everything was very fair and if I knew how great of a job Eric did I would have tipped him way more! First impressions are important and I wouldn’t be leaving a review if I wasn’t impressed. 10/10 will go again

We used Doggie Do'little before and recently took in a rescue. They were able to get her in the very next day I inquired and did an AMAZING job on her. She smelled like a farm so bad and had things matted in her fur and when we picked her up she looked incredible. You also cannot beat their pricing and care for your animals and the staff is super friendly as well. Thank you so much for taking care of our little baby girl and we will be back soon!

This was our second visit, and the results have been super at both visits. Brittany clearly loves what she does and is a master at making our Yorkie mix totally handsome.She pays great attention to keeping him all in scale and each session starts with a talk about what we're trying to accomplish... keep him a little longer in the cold weather... keep him shorter in wet muddy weather.So happy we found her and Doggie Do'Little Pet Salon!

Brittany H always done such a wonderful job with my dog Hollie! Hollie’s nails were quite long and she was starting to have issues walking. Brittany got Hollie in quick and took excellent care of her, as always! Hollie came out trotting like her herself, smelling pretty and looking beautiful!

Ben had his second visit today. HE LOOKS amazing! 5 stars!I was surprised when I called for an appointment for my Aussie! They had a cancellation for the next day so I took it. On line registration was a breeze and I was able to email proof of required vaccinations. I was also pleasantly surprised with the friendly staff who listened to what I preferred for my Aussie. (This was his first visit ever for grooming)The salon was very clean! I had no idea they also had a very nice well stocked selection of pet items.My husband received a call that our boy was ready to be picked up. Right on target for the estimated time that was given. He looks AMAZING! I am sooo pleased!!!! Brittany did exactly what I asked. I had to call and tell her thank you because my husband picked him up.Thank you so much Doggie Do’little! Benny looks perfect ❤️

I recently visited the salon that left me extremely disappointed and frustrated with the outrageous prices they charged for their services. The whole experience felt like a complete rip-off, and I can't help but express my dissatisfaction.Firstly, let's talk about the prices. This grooming salon appeared to have zero regard for the value they were providing to their customers. The exorbitant price tags attached to their services would lead one to expect a top-notch experience, but sadly that was far from the reality. It was evident that they were more interested in making a quick buck than genuinely offering value to their clientele.To make matters worse, the grooming service itself was subpar at best. I brought my pet in with high expectations, hoping they would receive the pampering and care that they deserved. Unfortunately, what I received was a lackluster grooming session that left my furry friend looking no different than when they went in.In conclusion, I strongly advise against wasting your hard-earned money at this outrageously priced grooming salon. With their lackluster service, lack of attention to detail, and overall disappointing experience, it is evident that they are more interested in profiting from their customers rather than providing an exceptional grooming service. Save your money and find a reputable establishment that truly prioritizes customer satisfaction and quality care for your beloved pets.

My two boys had a spa day today. Eric did a great job. Both boys were calm and relaxed before and after their grooming. Looking forward to their next spoiling at this lovely doggie spa.Also bought some Fromm dog food for our senior girl too; she loved every bite!

Very friendly and detailed. Listened to what I was asking for our little dashaund. He is so clean shiny smells good and very well manicured thanks to this groomer. My only suggestion is to have more style handkerchief for them. I wasn't a fan of Ballon pattern. Thank you.

We are loving the new groomer! My husband said it was the first time that Max went in without shaking and came out looking wonderful and relaxed for the second time in a row! They have always done a great job but this new groomer that they have added has been a blessing to our Max and us!Update to today….. we are loving Amy!! This was my first visit and I couldn’t be happier! They were able to schedule me within 24 hours of my initial call - wow! The grooming appointment was scheduled with Brittany and I could tell, right away, by our first phone conversation she was going to be wonderful with my girl. Queenie is an 8-month old golden retriever full of excitable puppy energy (this was my first concern) and has extremely dry flaky skin in addition to IBS. We spoke at length while scheduling the appointment and Brittany was very clear and transparent regarding her experience and what she was able to do alleviating my concerns. I arrived early for the appointment as we had a few more things to discuss. Her care and compassion were not only directed to Queenie but to me as well. She is quite gifted, knowledgeable & personable. She assured me she would be very patient and help Queenie work through any issues with kindness, gentleness & patience but still maintain leadership with Queenie. Throughout the appointment Brittany kept me advised on how things were going, which I very much appreciated. When it was time to pick up Queenie we had a quick follow up conversation about how things went overall, discussing the skin issue and possible remedies and what homework we can work on until our next visit (Queenie didn’t have a good experience with our previous groomer). It was a stellar day and a win for everyone. Queenie had a fabulous visit, looks absolutely gorgeous, she made a new friend & I have one more supporter and encourager on this journey of dog/human relationship! I truly couldn’t be more pleased with our experience! Great job Brittany - well done! I’m looking forward to many years caring for Queenie with you taking control of her grooming needs.

Omg, my fur baby looks and smells so beautiful. I have taken my 2year old to the big names stores to be groomed and was never happy. Sometimes I felt she wasn't even bathed. Just dry washed. Today she looks like the pearl she is. And she is not bald. Her hair is flowing and sculpted to her body . 😍 and she knows she is beautiful. Thank you doggie dolittle.

Just brought our Honey in for a nail trim. I tried to do it on my own, but usually takes three people and we never get it done. The folks at the Doggie do little Spa did a fantastic job and are fantastic people. Very friendly! We were in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you for the patience you gave our little girl.

Love this place! Just moved to the area and needed a place for my dogs to get their nails trimmed. My dog Bella (black nose) just had her first spa day and loved it so we will definitely be back! My second dog Finn (amber nose) doesn’t do well temperament wise for a spa treatment so he just gets his nails trimmed. The staff is fantastic in handling my two very different temperament puppers so I highly recommend!

Bethany does a great job with Westside Story", the name she has dubbed my three Yorkies.While our fourth beloved canine, Benji Bean, detests going to get groomed, Bethany does a great job with him too.

Very pleased. We had a different groomer before and my dogs weren’t fond of them. Our one dog doesn’t like being groomed at all so they did the best they could and when she was showing signs of stress they stopped and called us. Glad they care about my dog enough to stop. They also told me things to do to get her to be less stressful. Thx so much

My family dogs have been coming here for years. When my dog was first rescued her coat was in bad shape and two groomers Bethany (I believe) and Eric did a wonderful job helping my dog and Eric has been her groomer for each visit. I would give these two people specifically a 5 star review.Onto the issue. My dog was supposed to be groomed last week. Because my dog was a family dog first and under a parent name, they usually sent reminders to her although I’ve requested during multiple visits for my contact info to be used for this dog. Each time they said no problem, but each time the appointment reminder came around it was sent to my mother. So I left a message to confirm the time, didn’t receive a call Back. My mom called and informed me that my dogs appointment was cancelled via automated text that same afternoon. I call after close to leave a voicemail to inquire about why my appointment was cancelled/to reschedule and someone picked up (Brittany I believe was her name). I explained to her the situation and that I have repeatedly requested an individual account be made solely with my contact info since July. she was defensive and told me that eric was no longer working there and Amy had just walked out. I told her I sympathize with that, and I would just like to get my dog rescheduled at this point. The rest of the convo was pleasant enough and it ended with her telling me she would let me know if Jason could get me in the day of my cancelled appointment but at 7AM, and would inquire why my original appt was cancelled. I said I can make it work and looked forward to hearing back. The next day I await her call and ended up calling in with no answer, I left a voicemail. No one got back to me and I accepted that my dog would not be getting groomed that week. I called again this morning and again, no one answered or got back to me.I understand short staffing. I am also extremely disappointed at the lack of communication as to why my appointment was cancelled (a mass email informing clients about the lack of groomers would have sufficed), but an automated text is unprofessional in my opinion. I appreciate the woman who answered the phone after hours, but she said she would follow up with me and never did. This entire situation had 3 voicemails from me that til date are unanswered. Their current misfortune possibly explains this incident but doesn’t explain why no one ever changed my dogs account info to have me as first contact for reminders and pick ups. I highly suggest the person who runs this to take a personal inventory on why their staff is “walking out” and how they choose to navigate difficult business situations in a professional manner. I left two stars because Eric always did a wonderful job with my dog and family dogs. At this point, I’m hoping the owner will respond to this leaving the info on where Eric took his talents.Live laugh love!
