Highly recommend!!! Louis has been are exterminator everytime and he is very friendly , tells you the honest truth , tells you what you can do to prevent !! When ever I make my appointment I always request Louis since he has been on my property everytime and knows the history !! But highly recommend Viking !!! They have helped us with are issues !!

We had an issue where a nest of yellow jackets made it into our bedroom. On a Saturday morning, Viking was able to get someone out to the house within 90 min of calling to neutralize the issue. Other places we called didn't seem to care or think it was an emergency, where Viking said that anytime there is a break through its an emergency. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable about the situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any issues you may have.Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

We called 5 different places for an Emergancy with hornets in our bedroom. There were hundreds. Viking answered and we’re out to us in less than an hour. Viking serviced a few of my rentals and their service was lacking. I had a roach problem at one house which they could not get under control even with weekly visits. It’s a twin house and it was determined that the could be coming from next door. After inspecting problem myself I noticed there were cracks the seemed to be coming through. I called Viking and asked if they could seal cracks and the said they could not do that. I asked if we could try bombing house or electronic deterrent and they informed me they could not do that either. Me and my maintenance guy went over, bombed house, filled cracks and put electronic plug ins on each floor. After that there was never issue again.I also had squirrels in attic at one of my places. Go came over and couldn’t figure out where they were getting in. I walk around house and see there is a hole in the eve above bedroom window. The guy then tells me he can’t get on a ladder or go on roof. He goes on to say the can put a trap on ground and it would be $600 a week on top of my monthly service fee. I went to Lowe’s and bought a $40 trap and again solved problem myself.Also have vacation rentals in mountains and they could not solve insect problems. These guys can’t solve any problems you hire them to do.Services: Rodent extermination, Cockroach extermination, Ant extermination

I am not one to take the time to sit down and write a review ( mom of two under three). However! This is an exception. I have never been so impressed with service. I have had a recent flee issue ( ugh!) and it was a night mare. The quality of health is number one, in my home, as I am sure for any parent. As a customer of B & D I called them right away. They responded immediately, educated me on what I need to do and in between prep and arrival for treatment #1 they answered all my questions before and after. ( I am sure it was annoying). However, they were professional and empathetic with every call; for that they absolutely deserve this review and I would absolutely recommend this company.Thank you Brandyn and Christian !!

I had an initial visit from Viking technicians to get rid of mice. Both technicians, Matt and Luis, were professional and respectful. Both wore masks and put on booties before entering. They were able to explain their methods and answer questions. With the package I chose, I’m guaranteed follow-up visits to solve the problem. I received a prompt response when I inquired about squirrel exclusion services. During my inspection, I also inquired about treatment for mice and spiders which, they were able to accommodate me with a quarterly package. I was very pleased with the initial inspection as I felt it was very thorough and the technician was very informative. They arrived in a timely fashion and provided the services at the agreed upon price.
