I love dunkin' my favorite coffee place but I was disappointed to have found a large amount of coffe grounds in one of the coffee's I got this afternoon.

Always busy, but always well staffed and very efficient. I'm never held up there. They are also very good with my dog when he's in the car with me- the workers always have a piece of cheese for him :-)

I seem to always get attitude from the staff at this location. Just recently when going through the drive thru i was handed my drink in a soaked cup and when i asked for a new cup so i didn't have to worry about it ripping becuase of how wet it was all i got was a sigh and a eye roll and from someone older too. Honestly come here 4 or 5 times a week and i think ill stop. it is everytime single time. Ridiculous the attitude you get from asking a completely understandable question. Dont go here of you want to be treated with any respect or common decency.

Love dunkin and this location is so much better since the remodel BUT the inconsistencies I the coffees has to be addressed particularly with the swirls, I can order 5 butter pecan Americanos and all 5 will taste different when its right its delicious but this isn't very often usually its short on espresso and almost always short on swirls cause they do little half pumps. I really wish the managers would push the issue with do it right the first time and watch to make sure they are, the last 3 days in a row my coffees have been terrible its to the point I dont want to bother anymore, its frustrating to pay $10 for two coffees and they make no efforts to make them right its all about getting it out the window because sadly most just deal with whatever they are given, please fix this!! I'm just about done and try a different location or something.

I stop for coffee on my way to see my uncle. Never any line and I don’t wait 15 min for my order of two lattes sometimes 3. So that is pretty perfect for the Dunkin service I’m used to by me.

Went inside because drive thru lines were long. The cashier got my doughnuts quick but waited for a regular coffee for close to 20 minutes because the girl never called my number. Very disorganized for the number of people that are working.Parking: Not enough parking. Lot is small

This store in Dallas is the cheapest and rudest Dunkin I have ever been too. They charge for a side of ice for black tea Every Dunkin smiles and gives you a few ice cubes to cool your tea as a courtesy. This manager hung up on my when zi called to ask for the owners contact info

Feeling slightly discriminated against because the assistant manager didn’t lift two fingers to help me redeem my free beverage. I literally go to this Dunkin’ all the time so I decided to sign up with the rewards program with hopes to try something new. This way if I didn’t like it I wouldn’t be too upset. This lady said she couldn’t help me and shrugged her shoulders and when I asked for the customer service number within the app she said “ it’s somewhere”. When I asked where she said she didn’t know. Your customer service skills are poor and that was very UNprofessional. I am Very very upset !

After having a horrible experience with a Dunkin donuts a few miles back I pulled into this store and was greeted with a smile.. The manager explained to me that they were extremely understaffed and where taking drive thru orders only. I explained that I was in a Tractor trailer and could not pull thru so she took my order right then and there. This place is Great. I am truly grateful just to get my coffee before I drive all the way back. Will definitely be back!!! Happy Truck Drivers Appreciation Week 🎉 🎉

The drive through situation is horrendous here. Cars are literally stopped on the highway trying to make it into the shopping center (huge safety hazard).To make matters worse, if you make it around the line of cars to go into the store, they are usually closed (saying drive through only).I dont get it. All I want is a large black coffee and I cant even use the store to get it. I usually skip this place now. There are plenty of other places in the area to get a good cup of coffee.

The mobile ordering hasn't been on for weeks now and I personally thought that was the one thing that kind of was a plus about this place. You cannot use the drive thru unless to you plan an extra 30-40 mins into your morning and you don't mind sitting out on the highway. 8 out of 10 times your order is wrong, still I kept going and ALWAYS gave a generous tip. Now there's literally no convenience without the mobile ordering. This dunkin didn't gradually go bad it took huge downward steps to get to be one of the worst back mountain businesses.

This place is now on line ordering or drive thru only. Long slow moving lines. Best to avoid it and find another user friendly coffee shopUpdate:in store service is back with a kiosk to speed up ordering.

As a frequent goer of Dunkin, this particular one is the best in the Back Mt and probably the valley too. Friendly staff, always makes drinks perfectly and are very speedy, which is impressive considering how busy they always are. Clean establishment and inviting atmosphere. My friends and I spent many nights hanging out drinking coffee here in high school, some very fond memories.

Usually accurate. Today I was there 3 times. After the second time I realized the guy shorted me 5.00 I called the lady said np. Took my name and said to come in for my change. Went back about 5 hours later and the woman said that she checked the drawers and none were short. I tried to explain and she didn't want to hear it...said she has to do what the owners tell her to do. Now with that being said. I would gladly let the owner look at my dunkin app to see that I was not looking for a free 5.00. Its not the cash they shorted me it was the principal. I hope the gentleman that took my $5.00 and put it along with the dollar tip I gave him had enough gas money to get home. The time I was there was 7:37 am check number 9534.

I drive big truck and it not gonna fit in there drive through . There is no truck parking but I park my truck on shoulder & walk inn dunkin and request for coffee . The guy work here he said no to me cause they not take walk inn . I request to him I feel headache & laziness that’s y I need coffee. But he said no . They don’t care . I left that place and can’t find parking near by or after 2 hour drive I find truck stop on my way and stop by . I feel some time people forget about HUMANITY .

This is one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too, I am a avid Dunkin drinker, and I would highly recommend skipping this one. On top of my order literally being wrong EVERY single time, the staff is just rude. They speak to you with attitude they make you wait forever when they mess something up and the manager is the cause of most of it, I highly recommend skipping this Dunkin, I’d rather wait an hour then to have to deal with these people. Watch out do not god here!

Women there was really rude when I came back in the store to get my coffee fixed. First drive thru employee repeated my order back to me 100% correct! Yay for him, then when I got it from the window tried it, it wasn't anything like what I ordered! All I wanted when I went back in was extra Carmel added... Nothing major! She told me " we have to charge you for that since we didn't before" I just looked at her.. she then looked at what I'm assuming was her boss and they said no it's OK you don't have to charge just add it. I felt like saying "You got it wrong in the first place! You fix it!" Over all though the coffee and most people are really nice!

Had to wait 15min for a regular coffee while my Carmel late was done and 6 people after me got there orders before I got out of there, and this is not the first time. Not only that no one asked me what I was waiting for and I had to speak up, plus finding someone to actually listen.They need a better production line,better customer service totally unorganized total chaos.

Excellent we asked for a cup for ice coffee without a straw and they have tops that you can sip just like hot coffee.Kid-friendliness: They have lots of drinks for kids and a good amount of donuts with sprinkles that kids love.

Well I was with a friend that had an issue with the app bcuz it was updating, therfor our order didnt go thru. We drove right to the window and the woman took our order with no problem n even help us with the app, even tho my friend was frustrated. Amazing. The nicest drive thru experience i ever had. Thank you and thank u fir calmin my friend down. 😜

I tried ordering on the Dunkin’ Donuts app and scheduled it for pickup. I came 30 minutes later and they claimed that they have no knowledge of my order! I would’ve tried ordering through the phone but every time I call it I just recieved static or “line not available” or something similar. You guys should seriously consider getting your phone fixed! Since I ordered on the app and they claim they couldn't find my order, I had to pay twice!
