BEWARE!!!!! The Dallas CVS would not honor good RX pricing. I just had a root canal done, and the doctor phoned in antibiotics and pain medicine which I needed desperately.! The pharmacist would not honor my GoodRx pricing and it was plain to see that they could not give a rats butt about my pain or my condition and made me pay full price for the prescriptions! It was a true hold up without the gun!. I did call GoodRx and logged the complaint, and I was told that CVS has not been honoring the good RX pricing, and they apologized to me For CVS treating me very shabbily.

Do not use this pharmacy if you take any injected medications. One of their pharmacists goes out of his way to stop your prescription from being filled then waste half an hour of your in-person time pretending he can’t fill it… Then edit the prescription himself and fill it anyway. Then yell at you again when you asked why you needed to wait an extra week for a needle they had in stock. Absolute lunacy.

The Pharmacy in Dallas, Pa. is the worst. Every time I go for my meds there is a line with 6 to 15 people. Ordered a refill online and received a confirmation Email saying the med refill would be ready in 2-3 days and I would receive a text when it was ready. The 4th day came and no text or call. Stopped in to see what was going on with the order and was told the script had expired and was told they would contact my physician to get it renewed. Waited 3 more days with no response from CVS. Went online with my health provider and had them renew script as it still was not renewed via CVS which means they didnt call my physician in 3 day period. My Health providers web site and said the script would be ready in 3 days. Its 3 days and it still is not ready according to CVS automated answering service, Automated service is telling me it wont be ready for 12 days. My meds supply is gone and can't get any info from CVS. Now I have to go nearly 2 weeks without my med. I will be shopping for a new pharmacy. PIA!

8 people in line - one person working The checkout line, and when somebody has a question, how about they step to the side, and get assistance from the person in the back. This place is always busy and always Understaffed

The pharmacy portion of this store is absolutely atrocious. I try my best to lead with kindness & compassion, but the service here was so abysmal that I've taken to writing a 1 star review online, in the hopes it may save some future poor soul from having the horrible experience we had. Rude, disorganized, discourteous - the pharmaceutical staff here needs to reevaluate their lives.That said, the retail area is fantastic - kind, clean, and organized. Great place to grab a Gatorade; horrible place to fill a prescription (if you can even get it filled, that is).

I'm one to give a 10 when it's not really a 10. If there is care, honesty, and willingness to assist. ! I will however tell the truth so a company can fix it. (Commenting as I am a caretaker) Honestly I thought since it's Dallas Area Pharmacy and 24 hours it was going to be much better than anywhere else. Wrong. Not only are they almost a week late one a life sustaining medication, but the order was just put in today, when it should have been put in almost a week ago, they never answer the phone, and the staff is not only rude but snobby. Stick with your current Pharmacy. Even if it's an Hour away. Not worth going to CVS pharmacy Dallas. When we advised we were calling corporate the worker said "Go ahead". Someone needs to teach these kids respect and customer service. Also . It looks like bots give them a good rating because if it was every other honest review on here it would literally be a 1.

Absolutely the worse pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. Staff are rude and makes people wait for days for medications they need or refuses to fill them at all if you complain about having to wait for your medications. Totally unprofessional pharmacy management. 👎👎👎

You can expect a total failure to communicate and poor customer service. If there is ever a problem, you can count on this cvs pharmacy to make it worse. They will also lie rather than take any responsibility. If you have a basic prescription for vitamin D, maybe you can get reliable service. I recommend trying a different pharmacy.

Update 6/2/2022 - went to pick up a prescription that I received a call from them CVS this morning saying the vet had called it in and it was filled and ready for pickup. Of course, when I tried to pick it up, I was told that the vet had not called it so they couldn't fill it. I then called my vet who called Walgreens in Dallas with the prescription. No more prescriptions for me or my family will go to CVS in Dallas.Update: Dropped off a new prescription yesterday before noon and asked (twice) to have another on file filled. She asked if I wanted to wait. I said that I'd come back around 6 PM the same day which she said would be fine. I went back to pick up the prescriptions a little before 7 PM and they weren't ready. I went back during my lunch break today and one was ready (the new prescription) but the other wasn't even entered to be refilled. I picked up the one that was ready but will have to go back for a 3RD ATTEMPT after 2:30 PM "because the insurance won't let them fill it before 2:30 PM". There is no insurance for these prescriptions because they're for a pet. CVS used to be a good pharmacy pre COVID ... so frustrating.I would give the Dallas CVS 3 or 4 stars since I previously had pretty good experiences, if not for the rude kid at the drive thru pharmacy window today. After waiting in the drive thru 30 minutes (4 cars were in line ahead of me), I was told that the prescription that was supposed to be ready an hour before was not ready and it would be a 20 minute wait for them to fill it. So I waited another 20 minutes in their parking lot to get to the window to be told that they were still working on it and had to wait another 5 minutes at the window. When you're already frustrated by a bad experience, its unfortunate when the employee makes it even worse by being rude.

Emergency room doctor electronically ordered 3 prescriptions the night prior. The pharmacy opened at 8 am. I called at 11am and was told they would be ready in 30-45 minutes. I waited the full 45 and used the drive thru only to be told to give them another 10-15 minutes. I could make another loop in the drive thru or go inside. I waited my 10 minutes and went inside only to be told 1 was ready and the other 2 were not. I was told another 10 minutes. Finally at around 12:15, they were ready. 4 hours and 15 minutes from the time they opened to fill 1 order is unacceptable! Corporate needs to take a closer look at the management team here. Disgusted!

Good if you're in a pinch late at night or something. Terrible for filling your everyday prescriptions. I've had to come here 3 or 4 times to get finally get 1 script filled. Every month there is a problem getting my prescription filled.

Half the time my perscriptions weren't in stock and important things like antibiotic, and blood pressure medicine. They are impossible to reach by phone on hold very long time. The pharmacy staff are generally unfriendly that work the counter. They There is a very long wait for perscriptions we are talking like 5 hours. It was closest to my house. I go to Weis now they are very pleasant, have what need and ready within half hour and ways answer the phone.

I have had nothing but negative experiences with this pharmacy. I have had problems with my prescription ever time I need a refill for the past year. My doctors office has called to complain, but this time it has gotten out of hand. They held a medication and for three days I have been without it, and now facing issues. I'm so disqusted.

My doctor sends my prescription over and it’s usually always ready by the time I get there. I have it set up for text reminders which are great, they remind me if I haven’t picked up. I’m able to do everything on the Cvs app without having to call. Friendly staff and enjoyable shopping experience in store.

I've been sick all week and used them for my pharmacy again and twice they don't have any of the meds to treat pneumonia......... I understand they won't have every single med on stock but at least have the decency to call me before my doctor's office closes so I can try to have it sent elsewhere. Since this has happened twice this week I will no longer be using them as my pharmacy. That and I can get away from that stupid circle I have to go through just to get there

I am extremely dissatisfied with the pharmacy I needed a prescription filled I started calling at 9 am and they had no urgency despite my request due to a post surgical infection. Marlene was rude as well as the other staff. This is not the first time prescriptions were not ready on time.

Love shopping there for health and beauty supplies. The store is very spacious, organized, and well stocked. I don't use the pharmacy- it's usually really busy, too long of a wait..and I like to support the mom and pop family owned pharmacy.

I'm going to leave 5 stars because I've never had an issue with any of the staff, products or the pharmacy. However, walking into the store, it has the feeling of a third world country. There is so much trash in the parking lot and all of the flower beds are overgrown and cluttered with dead trees. Maybe it's time for a facelift and a trash pickup day CVS?

The site said the pharmacy was open at 7 am. Went to the store and there was a metal grate covering the window with a sign saying that the pharmacy wouldn't be open until 10 am. I m not getting it.

I have never seen a more messed up pharmacy than this one. It's a joke. Cant get the medicine filled right the first 4 times and then when they finally get it right they make you wait in the store for 2 hours.
