They were great I went in there I needed a cutting tool for my Dremel that would cut metal hard metal and they sent me right to the Dremel bits They were very busy . And then I asked for help with finding an additional cutting tool for the hacksaw and even though they were really really busy they were just like boom right there to help wonderful people wonderful store and I think they had everything I needed I may have to get a sawzall later but but for now my Dremel , hacksaw and safety glasses I got from them also well hopefully do the trick I ordered a tailpipe cutter from eBay because no one local has one and it's supposed to come tomorrow it's what I really need but in the meantime this other stuff will probably do it... I hope....Like I said they were totally awesome.........🌹🐾🐀

This is a great place with very knowledgeable staff. I am here frequently and almost always have a question or am looking for suggestions. The staff always know their products. Reading the other reviews yes they are more expensive than your big box retailers. You are getting something that the big box stores don't offer here. It's knowledgeable and friendly staff. When is the last time you were at Lowes or home depot and someone even knew you were in the store forget trying to find help at one of those. I'll gladly pay a few bucks more for items and have a person that cares enough to ask if I need help or found what I am looking for. We need more places like this and you can't get that without higher prices. Knowledgeable people are not cheap. Also just the time and gas savings of getting to the big box stores is amazing. At this store I can walk in and out in just a few minutes. We need less bix box stores and more stores like this.

As a small business owner, I love supporting other locally owned businesses. I was there to buy some supplies for our new puppy.The owner asked if I needed help finding anything and we had a nice chat about rescue dogs. The cashier asked me to bring the puo in for a visit. Always great service here, whatever I am looking to purchase there is always someone to help.

You can’t get walk through this store without at least one person asking you what you’re looking for. While I personally could find it anyway, it’s just great customer service. Still, they get me to where I need to be faster and are nice to talk with about your project. They have excellent inventory although I would love to see more lumber/drywall products so I don’t have to run all the way down to Luzerne from the lake.

I have to start off by saying I like the selection at the store. Almost everyone is helpful. My problem is the young blonde girl at the cashier desk. I am sick and tired of being absolutely ignored every time she is working. I walk up to the counter to pay for my items. I say hello. Her response.......nothing! She was having a conversation with a young male at the counter. He actually said hello. She couldn't seem to dig her nose out of her cell phone. I paid for the items and couldn't even get a thank you! This happens all the time. I complained online a while ago and she actually said hello a week later. Management needs to straighten her out or let her go. This is bad for business. I'm not sure what her name is but the receipt has Employee number 26.

Helpful and friendly employees. Seems like a family business and that's great for the area. Prices of the merch is more expensive than the big retailers but that's to be expected. Too rich for my blood but definitely an okay place for some material if you're in a bind and need to pick up some things real quick.

Staff was very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We found just about everything we needed. They have plenty of gas and charcoal grills, along with all kinds of grill accessories.We came back in the fall to look at a variety of Stihl leaf blowers and other fall lawn cleaning equipment.

I've only been there once but the staff was helpful and there were plenty of associates to help me. Prices seemed reasonable for the items I was looking for. The store is clean and well laid out. Had no trouble finding my items.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Rena+ her team are the most courteous +helpful people I have encountered in quite awhile. I bought something that had a manufacturer defect + it was resolved quickly and more than fairly. They also value their workers +customers safety during the pandemic unlike the hardware stores closer to me. I will gladly drive the extra miles to 415 going forward.

I really love this store. They have just about everything you need most of the time. When they first opened, I would go here if I didn't feel like going to the big box stores. Now, it is my first stop. I have been there five or six times over the last month and I have been asked if I needed help each and every time. Also, their prices are very comparable to the big stores. Plus, you can be in and out of there in half the time. I strongly encourage everyone in the Back Mountain to give 415 Hardware a shot. You will definitely be a regular.

Great store truly getting back to basics. I was able to get the paint I tried to get at 2 different Lowes and Home Depot who showed on line the stores had it in stock. Great deal on windshield washer fluid 2 for $4.00. Stop by I think you'll be happy you did.

That’s store has to have the highest prices on any kind of tools I’ve ever seen in my life. I paid cash for them I am and the cashier stood there and looked at me he said oh would you like a receipt ummm yes I would like a receipt.... First and last time in that store

So happy Dallas area has a hardware store of this caliber. Nice selection, but not overwhelming. Very helpful staff. They have all the usual hardware items: plumbing, electrical, seed (veggie & bird), tools/tool handles, fasteners, etc. But they also have a grill section & Muck (brand) boots/shoes, among other things.
