Every single star of this review is for Jeremiah at the Pharmacy window. 10/10 - knowledgeable, efficient AND patient, and very helpful. Thank you for not rushing me and for answering all of my questions. I hereby nominate Jeremiah as Chief DEIJ Training Officer for this CVS pharmacy. Hopefully, a couple of the other pharmacists will be studious in their note taking.

I have my specialty pharmacy medication delivered here so that it wouldn't be stolen from my apartment door step. They have always been helpful and kind. I see some of these posts on here are very negative. Do you know that the pharmacists work a 12hour day and only get a 1/2 hour for lunch. There usually only one pharmacist to fill all the orders . I understand that it can be difficult when they are very busy. I used to work retail and work 9 hours without a set break time. If we had a chance to eat if we took a bite of our sandwich and someone walked in we had to go help them no matter how hungry we were. I always enjoyed when some one would be polite and say please and thank you. I always appreciate the hard work these pharmacist do it's not easy . I always smile and be kind, say thankyou and have a nice day. My Pop always said that if you want someone to be nice and polite to you you do it first. Put yourself in there shoes they are people too . Sorry goes along way when you inconvenience someone else. Use your manners. And have a nice day 😁.

Love that it's so local to home firstly. The staff up front is usually helpful (when you need it), and the pharmacy employees have been knowledgeable, professional, and at times funny to keep situations light. Forgot to add that the try to remind us to use our CVS rewards card/coupons too. Thanks!

Justin in the pharmacy is one of the rudest cvs team members I’ve ever worked with. Today we stopped by to grab a prescription and flu shots. What should be a few minute process turned into a 25 minute wait. We had to keep moving so we told the tech to cancel. As we walked out of the store “you don’t want these?” Was shouted from the pharmacy. Mind you, there wasn’t a line or a high volume at the pharmacy whatsoever.

1-2 days ago I was at the CVS in Croydon, the woman that was ahead of me was trying to change her phone number I believe. The female cashier asked the male associate for help and he quickly came over. After he was finished, he opened up another register and told me he could cash me out. After I paid, I realized the gentleman’s shift was over because we both walked out of the store together. My point in this story was his shift was already over, but he went above and beyond to help us both. I do not remember the gentleman’s name, however he was wearing glasses and had the rubber ear plug mens earriings in his ear. This cvs store employee deserves to be recognized because he went above and beyond, although his shift was already over. In todays Society, you see people rushing out the door the minute their shift is over, this gentleman did not. He made sure all customers were taken care of.He deserves either a raise or a giftcard or a reward of some kind. His excellent customer service should NOT go unrecognized.God Bless !

The pharmacist is so rude, I didn’t know I needed to update my daughters insurance because I’ve been getting her medications there since she was a newborn (w the same insurance) I didn’t know they closed for lunch and I had walked there since my husband took the car to work, they asked me to come back later and when I explained I didn’t have a car to come back and I walked 15-20mins to get my daughters medication the pharmacist snatched my insurance card out of my hand and then threw them at me. So unprofessional and disrespectful. RUDE. Really ruined my day….

great customer service at the pharmacy! Got my flu shot and was in and out. Another amazing plus was that they actually pick up the phone! Worth the extra few minutes to drive considering how disorganized the other CVS locations near here are.

Junior pharmacist is very rude. Told me my insurance company cut off my medication and there was nothing they could do on their end. Just about gave me a heart attack. Luckily my insurance company explained that I just needed a pre-certification. CVS didn't have the decency to tell me that. Going to use Rite Aid from now on.

I ordered personalized photo items LAST YEAR in December and never received them i've gone back there 3-4 times asking about my items and still nothing. We paid on a card so we have a paper trail showing we purchased 2 items that we never received. This cvs isn't near where i live so its difficult to go there.

The pharmacy manager Mr.Boyden is very rude. He approached my Mother in the aisle speaking in a very loud tone about her medication. Hippa violation!!!I definitely reached out to corporate and put in a complaint.

The pharmacy manager Justin is rude. He hangs up on you and feels he has the right to question medications given to you by your doctor. I understand the concern but the approach is demeaning. Possibly additional training in customer service or non direct communication with prescription recipients

Someone needs to be aware that whoever loaded the lottery machine didn’t scan the stack(book) of certain lottery scratch-offs!!! This is causing chaos and mayhem because if 1 of these tics is a large cash winner or even a small prize winner it be voided most likely because it be invalid!!! 😡😡😤😤😤👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻🙈🙈🙈💵💵💵💵

I came in today for a couple bottles of tart cherry drink that were on sale, got charged the full price because I didn't have a cvs card and wasn't offered to get one to receive the sale price, full price on a milky way bar too?!! I was just passing thru on my way to an appointment from Mayfair. I ain't got time for this nonsense. 🤬

This is my pharmacy on my CVS store only one closest to my house and I don’t drive and this place is a complete and absolute disaster and nightmare Pharmacy staff is super rude and mean store staff is unintelligent unhelpful negative and just plain unwilling to help in anyway. It’s overrun by junkies all outside and all inside barely any customer wears masks and none of the staff wears their masks correctly the parking lot is set up in the dumbest way and leads to countless accidents this place is an absolute disaster
