Tim and team are very easy to work with. We had 16 window screens that needed to be replaced due to storm damage. They were able to get these replaced very quickly and we are very pleased with the quality. I highly recommend B&B True Value Hardware!

Can't just go there for a screw or connector or a can of paint. No matter how urgent it is trying to fix something... "Oh, I 'll be right back" I always walk out of there with everything I'll need... for the next twenty projects. Some of them I haven't even thought of yet. But when I walk in, go down any aisle... "Hey! That'll work for the gate." "Oh, that's right, need to hang that shelf." "Wow, didn't know you could still get this stuff." I wind up spending an hour there. This place is great!

I love local hardware stores like B&B. They truly provide a needed service for our communities. I needed help cutting down a solid wood door 1/4 of an inch and they gladly helped. The two big box stores (one of which is where I actually ordered the door) were of no help. I will definitely be finding reasons to shop of B&B in the future. Dan did a great job helping with the door. I cannot say enough good things about the people at B&B.

I don't give out five stars often... it's frustrating to see someone give one star that has never even been in the store before, but because Google Maps asked them for a review to a store they haven't been to, they figure they'll give it one star!! I originally had this store at four stars, definitely five stars now. It deserves five either way terrific store.

Have never given a Google review but was inclined too after the incredible customer service I received yesterday. Went in to the store looking for a specific rectangular door latch. There were none in stock (however this store has a great selection of items) but one of the employees took the time to use some older in stock door latches and tried to fabricate a piece that worked for our scenario. Something that you would never have someone do for you at a big-box hardware store. The other individual who worked behind the counter was also very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this store to anyone.

My local hardware store. Staff is always friendly and they don't hide and pray I don't ask a question like at many bigger chain establishments. Place is small and yet 9 times out of 10, they have what I need. Shopping small businesses and buying American wherever I can is my small part to make sure the American dream survives for the children.

What Home Depot could not do, this friendly hardware store DID! I needed a copy of an older key and Home Depot said their machine for older keys was out of service, sent out, and has not returned due to the pandemic. I'm assuming "older" means you need to have some know-how to use it? B&B saved the day and was able to make the copies I needed. They also had a bunch of handy items that I needed right by the cash register, which was very convincing. Very friendly and serviceable and I was in and out FAST!

Anytime I need something related to hardware or hard to locate items, this store has it. The staff at this location are always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help you solve your problem either with something that's immediately available in the store or, offer helpful advice on the best way to tackle the issue. I've been visiting this store for years, and it's always worth the trip.

I went in for a spare key for my car. Then, we got to talking about my remote that didn't work. So they went well out of their way to help me with it. They are so helpful. My family and ive been going here for as long as I remember. They've always have great service. I highly recommend B&B true value!

I absolutely love this place! I used to have a True Value located closer to me but they closed it back in the 90's. However, this True Value store has proven to be even more convenient due to the fact that it is right up the street from my marina where i keep my boat so..... when i need something like stainless steel bolts or screws or things that i would normally purchase in a boat or marine store (for double sometimes triple the price) i can just go up the street from where i dock my boat and get what I need for a 1/4 of the price!This particular True value store seems to have everything! Home depot and lowes have nothing on this place. Im serious, every time i think im stuck when im in need of an out of the ordinary item this place always seems to have it! And, it only requires me to ask 1 person rather than search the store and find the right person who works in that department ..(like the larger home supply stores )I was just in there 2 days ago because i wanted to buy a "screw and bolt assortment" with its own case and an "electrical connector assortment" in its own case as well ,To keep on board my boat. I had gone to my local marine store and found them but. The bolts assortment was $160 for about 150 pcs. And the electrical connector asst. Was $60 for ca 50 pc set. .... so.... i went to True value and asked if they had a plastic type box with the adjustable dividers like you would find in a craft store and he did me one better, he showed me a plastic box specifically made for putting together just such an assortment. Then he directed me to the isle that had the electrical connectors and then the isle for all the screws n bolts. So, in the end i was able to purchase a large assortment of both screws n connectors and 1 awesome box to hold it all that had a compartment for each and everything i had bought for abiut $60 !And, they had a better selection of all of these items that i have mentioned than the marine store.This is just one time out of many times this store has come to my rescue both for my need and the cost savings. All the employees that i have met so far in this store have treated me with respect and have gone as far as checking their stock or their next expected shipment manifest to make sure they have or will be recieving soon what i need. and I've never even gotten so much as an eye roll from any of them like i normally have come to expect from the larger home stores. Trust me when i say don't be afraid to ask for just about anything when visiting this True Value store. They will probably surprise you as they have me so many times and tell you... "yes, we have that... we have,several of them".....
